Normal humans may feel a certain warmth near the statues. They may also feel a very deep sense of nostalgia.

As for people who are able to feel magical/spiritual energy, they may feel a similar energy from the statue as they do from who the statue was erected for. In other words, there will be trace energy of the character left in the statue! This energy level increases every time a character dies.
