I'm fine with handwaving the meeting. Might even be better because there's some of what Tech Boy can do that I can describe and a whooooole lot that I'll be just winging. In brief, he can do whatever it is Ashe needs done. He's obnoxious, but his work is discreet. (I'm talking to Shades' player about setting up a meeting with those two after their hiatus is over. Gotta meet both the people he's working for to make this legit!)
