It's nice to meet you, Elena. I'm Cecil, I woke up I think yesterday now? No one I know is here, at least not yet.

[He considers the question for a long moment, looking thoughtful.] For a while, I was worried that no one else in the world existed. That it was just me, in my recording booth, talking into the void. So we could all be dreaming. Why not?
