[ r u d e. but also helpful, so whatever. she doesn't stop the person from reaching over her, although she's definitely ready to Fight if they try to take the bundle of blankets she found. ... she's cold, okay, and she's not feeling particularly chipper because of it. however, she sees what's happening basically right before it all goes to hell, and she yelps, curling her arms over her head because it might just be a pile of blankets, or there could be something up there they can't see. luckily it's just thick, scratchy fabric that dumps all around them, and by the time the dust has settled, her hair is kind of frizzled to heck from all the static electricity, and she looks half amused, half shocked.

and for a second, just a split second, when mike pulls the blanket off of his head and his hair goes crazy wild, she laughs. like they're home, and all mike wanted to do was rush out to hang out with the boys out in the show, but mom told him to grab a scarf from the hallway closet. but it's never that easy because their dad tends to just shove all of their winter gear onto the top shelf of said hallway closet, and hopes for the best. so it feels familiar, mike scrambling to pull one one scarf ( one blanket bundle, in this case ) and making everything fall on top of them in the process. like they're home, yeah. ]
