Ruby caught the look in Neo's eyes and had a good idea what the tri-coloured girl might be upset about. She let out an audible gulp as Neo caught on to the fact that she was without her weapon. That wasn't good.

"I'd really like to catch up, but I have somewhere I have to be? How about another time?" She had a feeling with that glare that Neo wasn't up for jokes but it was the best she had. Ruby had to put some distance between them because she did not want to be on the bad end of that umbrella. She was quick to activate her semblance and dart back a few feet. She hated that she couldn't rely on it as it didn't travel quite as far and wore her out faster, but it would have to do to get her started.
