[ At any other time, Tony would laugh, crack a joke, do something to get a laugh out of Peter. But after everything, he feels like he owes him more than that. Sure, he doesn't know where on the timeline Peter falls, but- It doesn't even matter.

He's glad that, as far as he knows, Peter came back, survived the last battle, and presumably went on to do bigger and better things. For the Peter right in front of him, he still wants to make sure that happens somehow. Timelines are tricky things.

But the point is, Peter deserves a serious answer. ]
