Character Name: Alec Lightwood
Age: 22
Employment in Deerington: F.E.A.R. Investigative Patrol
Residence in Deerington: 310 David Cliff Apartments
Day to Day Activities: He makes regular patrols around the city, both as part of his job and as a way to keep himself occupied. With all the sudden changes that happen he likes to remain up-to-date on the landscape. He also frequents the library, doing as much reading and research on the history of the city and anything he can find out. He can be found at the gym exercising and using the punching bags in particular. He also sets up targets in the park to practice his archery.

About This Character: Alec grew up within the sheltered and closed off culture of Shadowhunters, a race of humans with angel blood who use magic runes to boost their own abilities to hunt and kill demons. As such, Alec can come off as seeming a bit superior, especially when interacting with individuals without supernatural abilities. His people are supposed to be the only thing standing between his world descending into a demon ridden hell, and so his culture fosters a bit of a God Complex. Fortunately, Alec is reasonable and can be called out on his attitude. And he sure does have a lot of attitude. Alec's baseline is snarky and sarcastic and he tends to have a quip ready for all occasions. But under his less than kind seeming exterior he really does care about people and wouldn't think twice about throwing himself into danger to save someone. He's a deeply loyal person once someone gets close to him.
Any Warnings: He's a professional demon hunter, many of whom take on human appearances. He's been trained for combat since he was a child. Shadowhunter culture in the series has shades of homophobia and bigotry aimed towards supernatural races. Alec is learning to accept himself as a gay man and see past the influences of his upbringing, but it's a process of unlearning certain rhetoric.

Present Life: Nothing big is going down yet. He's still getting to know people and is working to learn more about the world he's in. His relationship with Magnus is a big question mark as Magnus' time in Deerington has left a mark that Alec isn't quite sure how to maneuver around. He's developing a begrudging friendship with comics!Bucky that is hilarious. Recently he's been trying to ignore the rumor mill and prepare for the next big awful thing to go down.
Future Ideas: Getting more involved with F.E.A.R. stuff and having him interact with other F.E.A.R. members would be great.

CR You Want: Friends, sparring partners, research partners, fellow F.E.A.R. members to team up with, people to verbally spar with him, people who will drag him out of his apartment and introduce him to fun/pop culture/etc. I'm equally open to negative CR as well.

Day to Day Activities: These days, he's getting a feel for the place, so he's likely to be out and about, popping into shops, checking things out, chatting with people.

About This Character: Flirtatiousness, thy name is Jack Harkness. He’s a charming, time traveling con-man turned Earth’s defender, always quick with a quip or a complement.
Any Warnings: Jack's had an up and down past with some morally questionable stuff (at best, he was a con-artist, though one con almost resulted in the world population getting over-written with nanogenes. Long story.... Also, he's made some very grey decisions while working with Torchwood, the worst being letting a group of aliens abduct a group of orphans, otherwise the world would have ended). He’ll avoid bringing these up, but he swings closer to the heroic these days, especially with The Doctor keeping a hand on his leash.

Present Life: He’s just reunited with the Doctor and adapting to a whole new face on his old friend. Also he’s hit up Lux and a few other places…. And once the player gets her head together, there will be an open post, complete with event craziness….
Future Ideas: I’ll be going for a little dark comedy where something happens to cancel out Jacks; 51st century pheromones for a bit (a week tops). He'll still be friendly enough, but he'll be less likely to flirt till the effect wears off.

I am also somewhat slow as a tagger, but oh my gosh, seeing the Joker here is thrilling to me!! Super looking forward to throwing Blake into the fray. He will probably quietly whisper warnings to his closest CR, but otherwise will sit on his heels to start and see how things go (because it's no fun if he runs his mouth to the network, lbr).

Did you want to keep up on the test drive thread and call that game canon, or start fresh? I'm okay either way. I'm glad to give the Joker a leg up on Blake, if you want that. :D

Speaking of instigators!! Blake's deemed the Ultimate Instigator for this event, so if you want to try to get a follow-up going at some point in the next couple of weeks, I would be game for that, too. \o\

Otherwise, I also play Molly Solverson from Fargo (TV) and she is also a cop and probably will be so distressed by the Joker, but is also the kind of person that might squint to try and see the best in him.

I am so HERE FOR THIS! Loving that Maul could possibly have an influence on Paimon and everything that could happen between the two of them.

That would be a cool idea! Maul would try to rebuff him a little at first, but it wouldn't take too long before he'd be willing to give in and accept whatever help Paimon is willing to offer. Demon guide dog ftw! Sorry Peter, you're doomed to a lifetime of neurosis and mental breakdowns while around Maul.

Originally I planned to make an intro post where J asks what everyone's Ultimate titles are to see who has what skills and also to maybe stir up some fights between people sharing similar titles. But with everything already going on in the game, I decided against it. You're more than welcome to participate in J's trial log if you want to but it's understandable if you're already at capacity in terms of new threads.

Whatever form their next interaction takes, I look forward to it!

No worries, I've been quiet the last two months due to the state of everything. I'm finally starting up again, so it works out. As for bonding over Jack, that should be interesting! Cas never developed full parental feelings toward Jack, so he won't be as bad off as Claire but he does view them both in the same light.

Oh god. Someone should have burned that before he laid eyes on it! Worst car ever!!! But yes! That sounds good to me! They have to start somewhere after all!
