[Perhaps there is some small measure of surprise in Zak's expression as Crowley quickly descalates. He would never have expected any other of the fallen to do so. Richard certainly never did.

His own wings lower, tuck inwards. He's about to put them away entirely when he notices a woman some distance away who is staring. At him, he feels certain. Not just the demon beside him. He has the distinct sense of her gaze on his back.

...That suspicion is made much deeper when he does put them away into non-corporeality and she seems to react. That's....that shouldn't happen. Mrs Sheringham hadn't warned....

He turns his attention back to Crowley, expression still grave but now also faintly concerned.]


That much is abundantly clear.
