It sounds like bullshit, as far as Tim's concerned, but he's also stood and watched, unable to move, and watched death happen. Maybe he wouldn't be able to do anything. Maybe he'd just try to hide. He likes to think he would be an advocate to righteous justice, and not a farcical kangaroo court, but who knows.

He supposes he won't know, if these things have passed.
