"I'm not putting you out of your bed," Tim protested, and not least of all because it was a little strange to sleep in someone else's bed if they weren't going to sleep in it too. He wasn't going to make any assumptions about Martin and Jon's bedroom activities, back home or here in Deerington. Instead, he just wasn't going to fall into the gracious trap of being offered space he hadn't asked for.
"And if you do the whole Oh no, Tim, I wasn't going to sleep there anyway, I prefer the sofa, well good, I can rough it on the lounge floor and make you breakfast in the morning. What about that, Blackwood?"
