[ Ford allows himself to be shooed, well aware of the dangers of fire even if he's not always as respectful of those dangers as he should be. When he realizes she doesn't have anything as mundane as a match or a torch he watches with renewed interest, already expecting to see something exciting.

[ Despite the mild way he words his shock, Ford is acting before he's even finished speaking. He shucks off his coat and hurries forward; fortunately, he's tall enough that the garment is likely to completely engulf Lysithea. He's hoping she isn't so panicked that he can't just wrap the coat around her and smother the flames that way, but if she is he's not above kicking her legs out from underneath her or flat out tackling her first - whatever it takes to keep her from burning to death. ]
