[Nico isn't particularly optimistic, but he'd rather go back upstairs than stick around here. Once they approach the stairwell, he shifts out of the way to let Lev go first, because he's the one with the bow and arrows and Nico would rather not get in the way if there's a need to use them. Not that he saw anyone up here earlier, but after being in the kitchen he's feeling more unnerved now than before.
It's as empty as it was the first time, and same with the third floor when they get there. Nico makes a beeline for the big window, no matter how unsettling it is to see the huge living room beyond, and pushes against the pane. Being the son of Hades he's, you know, half a god... but the dollhouse apparently doesn't give half a shit because it doesn't even budge. It absolutely no-sells him. Being pocket-sized really, truly sucks.
