When he laughed, her nose pinched up and she shook her head just slightly as if she was offended, but the smile on her lips and the tender look in her eyes was proof she was not. Her playful personality was rarely lost even in moments of great worry. It was a survival mechanism most likely, but one she was sure was better than most.
