Well, she couldn't get upset at the fact that Usagi's house got busted up in some freak storm. And it was nice of him to offer to help her with repairs, but why was Usagi living on her own in the first place? Makoto had been her own for a long time so it wouldn't have been a big deal, but Usagi had always been with someone, so why had she been alone here. Makoto would really have to talk to this guy and thank him.

"It's kind of make sense, especially if he really helped you with all the repairs. Though Mamoru might be a little jealous when he comes to learn that you shacked up with another guy after a storm."

But Makoto would definitely spend as much time as she could there, playing games, cooking, just hanging out with Usagi. Whatever came to mind.
