How annoying it is to follow the thread of a story when you're dropped into it halfway through. Written documentation aside, few people ever remember things the same way - or even remember the same things. And it's all so confused!

As best as I can tell, it means the town is less... protected. Is that the right word? Maybe... cloaked? I'm not wholly sure what that means, but it seems as if people are concerned.
