What would happen to someone who inhales Researcher Spores, and while having Insight Touch touches the door in the Flesh Falls Sinkhole?

Do the Sleeper copies react to input? As in, if one touches them, do their eyes move? Do their pupils dilate, do they maintain eye contact? If one were to get morbildy curious apply pressure to an eye or even burst it, would this have an adverse affect on the Sleeper? What would happen if one were to remove their own Sleeper copy, or destroy it?
