Orpheus takes a second to try thinking about what death being behind in his work would mean, and decides that that's not a rabbit hole he's comfortable going down right now! Possibly ever. Thankfully there are more important matters to attend to at the moment, so he has a good excuse not to dwell on it.

"I think just lifting it will be fine?" he says, eyeing the scythe a little nervously and having to raise his voice a bit to be heard over another keening wail from down the hall. "I don't need much more space to get at whatever's under it."

It's a heavy-looking piece of furniture, but he has utter confidence that Thanatos can lift it because, well, the whole god thing and all. He leans back down again and takes another swipe at the mystery object, fingertips brushing against it. "If you just tilt the drawers to the side a little I should be able to reach it."
