"I've got it, yes!" Orpheus is able to grab the little metal thing - which is indeed a key - out from under the dresser without any trouble, sitting back upright and getting to his feet. Thankfully the key does fit in the lock on the drawers, which springs open readily only to reveal... nothing. "Oh."

Orpheus squints at it, and, seeing something etched into the bottom, carefully picks up the lamp resting on the dresser and pulls it closer. Sure enough, scratched into the bottom of the drawer is a message.
