Character Name: Wes Wrench Preferred Player Contact: You're most likely to catch me on Discord at ampersandie#8263, with a private Plurk to stickyholograms being second best. OOC Limits: I don't see any clear path that would lead to it via this event, but my major trigger is trauma or injury to the wrists and/or throat. I just always ask for it to be avoided when threading with me unless very specifically and very intentionally discussed beforehand.
Desired CR: I'm up for nearly anything. Wes has gone through a weird time over the past several months. He temporarily forgot his own history as a result of the death flu, so he lived a blissfully ignorant few weeks before realizing that he's an unrepentant murder with no hope for a future beyond Deerington. No existential crises here, why do you ask??
All that said, he's a little more primed than usual to talk about the life he's led, and also to be influenced into doing dumb shit and rebelling against his whole upbringing. If you're a baddie who wants to use him for nefarious purposes, great. If you're a saint looking for a pet project soul to redeem, give him a whirl. If you just want to throw empty beer bottles through windows, bleach your hair, and listen to punk rock at an obscene volume, might I offer this man as a co-conspirator?
Unwanted CR: I'm always cool with adversarial relationships, but I'd like them to serve a purpose and have the potential to lead to some character growth or advancement. Basically, no hate just for hate's sake. I could get that from the national news.
Event Ideas:
• Wes will be present at both The Beach and The Burning Festival for all your party shenanigans. He's also more than happy to help save you from a tentacle monster or pull you out of the quicksand. If you want someone to chat with about the nostalgic item you just pulled from the drift, feel free to talk it over with him.
• Likewise, he'll be present at The Ballroom Dream, so if you want to share a dance he'll promise to try very hard not to step on your toes. Happy to have him wandering around to shake your character out of their trance, or to be the tranced-out one that your character needs to bring back into "reality" instead.
• Would love to send him to a Funeral or two as well, and might be inclined to give him one of his own. I'm planning to handwave any communication barriers to allow him to participate in this prompt because as far as I can tell it's the intention that counts, so whether one can hear another or not, life, uh... finds a way.
• Also please let him see your idealized hotel room or come take a gander at his (once I figure out WTF it will be).
