Welcome to the newest event! This is an exciting time and the event provides several chance encounters for your characters. Remember, everyone, all things in this game has consequences so don't think this will be the last you hear of this event.

As a general note, he's injured from events in the TDM so he will not be at 100%!

X'rhun is actually... not going to be affected by the moon because his night vision is complete shit and wouldn't be able to see much of it to admire it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ BUT because he's diurnal he'll definitely be affected by the day effects.

Because of the day effects he'll definitely be found wandering more often at night than usual! It's a big change from his usual strictly day hours... Which means he'll be bumping into a lot of shit because he cant see well. Who wants to be his guide? Or you know, just party with him, because that's a thing you do right?

Still unsure about the corn maze. He's not likely to do that, but will accompany a friend if they ask.

Food and drink! He will be having mostly alcoholic cider (god someone please control him, he's a wild, chatty, affectionate drunk), hot chocolate, and pumpkin spice lattes (taking advantage of this is A-Okay, though I'd rather skip out on really heavy things like him being forced do nasty stuff, thanks. asking him to tell the truth is completely okay though)

Now for the big thing I want: I shall be putting X'rhun into the night carriage rides (and he can see the threstrals because... shit), and because of that he will be fighting to protect whoever he'll be with. If there are any takers for a death scenario, I will killing him off in front of one companion! If you'd like your character to be that companion/witness, let me know! Close CR preferably, but I wont say no to new CR if they come first. If you don't want your character to see him die but would still like to have a carriage ride with him anyway, let me know too, and I'll have both carriage scenarios as different prompts.

I'm not sure there's too much to do with this per se but it will probably affect his day to day interactions with people!

HE WHO WALKS BEHIND THE ROWS

Sean, who has spent the majority of his life basically working in indentured servitude (as much as he doesn't want to admit it lmao), is a perfect candidate for corn-related bloodlust. therefore I'm tempted to put him in the corn with a sharp object and see what happens.

I'm not totally interested in him committing actual murder, but causing injury or at least getting really angry/aggressive is definitely a possibility. if he can be snapped out of it by chasing someone out of the corn even better.

actually the Isle of Man has some pretty wild Halloween/Samhain/Hop-tu-Naa traditions that Sean will happily bring to the party so to speak, e.g. turnip carving (fuck an expensive pumpkin), songs about witches, fire traditions and general merriment. his Foolish Fortnight is just gonna be two months long instead of two weeks, I guess.....

he'll probably stick mostly with cider (the regular kind), but may also be convinced to try candy apples, donuts, or alcoholic cider. this is the month of Sean's alter ego, Sean With Actual Personality, coming out to play LOL

CR Wanted: The answer here is always EVERYTHING. New CR is always welcome and I love the opportunity to develop existing CR as well.
CR Not Wanted: What sort of nonsense is this.
Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: As just an FYI, Allura always comes with some magical alien powers, but they do have consequences. Her space mice are also available for shenanigans.

Allura regularly watches the night sky so she is definitely going to the affected by the moon-induced insomnia and lunacy which will consequently bleed through the whole event. During the daytime she can probably be found half-dead at the flower shop and the library, though I am open to having her end up most places.

At night time she will be on a high all over the place. This will also be an opportunity for her to want to partake in the thestral carriage rides which includes fighting the monsters that attack them. She does have some super strength and space magic, though she's already exhausted so the later won't really work well. (But what does she know if she doesn't try?)

This also means that in her nighttime mania state she is going to be so about the monster mash and the tricky treats. I definitely want her to get smashed, but I'm open to the other treats too!

I would also love for someone to catch her in a sleep paralysis and potentially try to help her out if it.

Character Name: Ouse Kurosawa. She is not related to Rei Kurosawa, if anyone is wondering.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: So here's a quick summary:

- Ouse is not prone to stargazing or watching the moon too closely (wrong Fatal Frame for that one), so she'll be alright as far as sleeping goes! That may be about the only 'normal' thing she has going on

- She will absolutely go into the corn maze with anyone who wants her to! She might not do it all on her own, but if anyone wants a frand with them, hit her up. She'll probably watch the corn maze and try to listen to the voices in the interim. Whilst she might not specifically have any kind of inclinations toward other people controlling her life, there is still an ingrained corruption to her spirit and mind from the Black Water, so murderous bloodlust isn't as far of a step as her usual mild-mannered proclivities might suggest. If you're unlucky, you might even get to see that corrupted form.

- CARRIAGE RIDES is what I am big on in this event. Most specifically, the "after 10pm" variety of them. Seeing stuff she probably shouldn't is basically Ouse's entire life, so I am 100% keen on her getting to see the face of God up there behind the moon... and then landing and wondering wtf just happened. While also being horribly injured. Problem: she has like no real ability to fight or defend herself outside of her corrupted ghostie form, so there's not much she can do to stave them off from the Thestrals. She will probably try her hardest anyway, though, because she will take one heck of a liking to them.

- That said, she absolutely will be able to see the Thestrals and will probably want to pet and coo and cuddle with them a lot, even if they're weird skeleton horse things. Daytime carriage rides are also entirely possible, if anyone wants to. She'll probably spend a decent amount of time around the area.

- Also, she'll be around for the party, and all the food and drink there. She's not inclined toward alcohol, entirely, but all the rest of the food she'll probably try at least once because... she's curious and is from a weird era in Japan where she couldn't very much partake in a lot of American food. So she's always willing to try new things! Fair warning: She is already flirtatious and too quick to fall for people, so those Donuts are going to be wild.

1. logan won't be falling under the moon spell, but you're welcome to give him treats or find him wandering the parties at night, clearly looking affronted as he tries to just find a place that's quiet, for once.
2. he's also going to go around slapping people awake who he sees all frozen in fear, so that's a thing.
3. the corn maze will obviously pull him in, and you can either a) save him and witness his STUPID FUCKING PANIC ATTACK; or b) play with him going feral because he's an idiot who can't say no to voices in his head after all the brain-breaking that's happened to him over the years.
4. HE WILL BEFRIEND THE HORSES, BECAUSE OF COURSE HE WILL. come befriend them with him!
5. or be the sad sap pulled along with him as the horses pull them into the sky and bad shit happens and the carriage crashes and there is INJURY EVERYWHERE. do note that he's probably going to be SLIGHTLY more concerned with the horses than you, though. :( the horses are his friends...

I'd be interesting in Logan's Stupid Fucking Panic Attack in the maze. It's not like Dixon would have even the slightest clue on how to handle it, and might even make it worse, but for all we know it could end with them at the bar being like "so let's not do that again".

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

Part One: Hours of the Night Are Many

Kurama tends to watch the moon at night as a way to calm himself. He also records the phases for when he's most irritable to try and pin down his struggle with his demon nature.

During the Day Kurama has classes and will be very focused on doing them, even though he'll be exhausted. Couple it with an already aggressive and irritable demon, who already is wary of everything and Kurama is likely not someone one wants to annoy. So feel free!

At Night, anyone encountering him might see more of his old tendencies. Kurama is a fox, who can be incredibly playful when he's comfortable with someone. He'll probably be toying with people left and right, and sometimes, depending on how he feels about someone, may encounter some sadistic glee. People are generally safe - he doesn't want to hurt anyone, he just wants to burn his access energy. Even if it means laying traps out for people to be caught in.


He Who Walks Behind the Rows

Kurama in the maze is probably the most dangerous, if anyone wants to have a character injured or killed. Because he manipulates plants, the entire area is a weapon for him (though he will tire very easily). Demons in his canon tend to be violent and aggressive, with a healthy dose of a lust for blood already. Combine that with the effects of the maze and he'll be dangerous.

As a warning, anyone with spiritual characters, characters who may not appear human or characters that exude power that can be sensed are at higher risk, as he will view them as threats or annoyances and want to be rid of them. Also anyone who deigns to tell him what to do, because Kurama the Youko does what he wants, he will not be tamed.

It is possible to get out unscathed or to defeat him. Use of his demonic power tends to wear him out easily in Deerington and he isn't at the top of his game due to exhaustion.


Carriage Rides

Kurama has died once before, which is why he's in a human body to begin with. He'll be curious about the thestrals, and he won't mind a carriage ride. If anyone is interested, he will try to defend you until he runs out of juice.

He's also not above sacrificing himself, but I'm not looking to kill him just yet, unless a thread heads in that direction naturally. We'll have to see!


We Did the Mash

What Kurama has is entirely dependent on if anyone wants him in any particular state. He doesn't much care for sweets, but he doesn't mind things like cider and hot chocolate. He may be curious about the others.

Her camera might also be able to harm him, or at least annoy.make him uncomfortable if he's caught in the viewfinder's way when she takes a picture which could be interesting.

So I'm kinda like /HAND WEIGHING MOTION between mostly the maze or the general nighttime fox shenanigans.

i'm tempted to have her discover the glamour thing too by the thread's time (whichever one) just bc i'm a sucker for symbolism and the fox vs rabbit thing is Too Much To Ignore

Majima is crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, with a side of Blood Knight and a secret, incurable goofy streak a mile wide. He's got a very grey morality in some respects, and genuinely cares about people, particularly those in emotional distress. Are you a sad little girl he will spend hours at crane games just so he can win the stuffed animal you want, BUT DON'T CALL HIM A GOOD PERSON HE HATES IT.

This month, I'm focusing on deepening CR/new CR, and I'm always down for new CR in general.

CR I'm particularly into this month includes:
▶ Recovering from the emotional hurricane that was last month. If your character shared memories/visions with Majima last month, I'm into decompression interactions to kind of talk through/explain things because he rarely feels that out of control of himself or that free with personal information, i.e. THANKS, HE HATES IT.

▶ Still more emotions! Even leaving aside those memories, Majima's in more of a mood to discuss home and his past. He also tends to take a genuine interest in other people and listening to their problems, so if your character needs someone to listen/help with something/hash things out, he may very well be your dude! At best, he'll offer one, maybe two solutions, but generally his style is listening without much judgment.

▶ Mystery investigations, as always! He has a general open log up here in addition to the event. Majima's got a high tolerance for horror and a knack for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, so if you'd like to poke around in Deerington's many secrets, I'm into it. In particular, he's interested in the Elementary School, the Mayor, and the Broadcasting station.

▶ As always, a wild mix of action/comedy/drama. I have a high tolerance for ridiculousness, and luckily this character lends himself well to doing incredibly stupid things in complete seriousness. Active thread partners and improvisation are totally my jam! I'm super down with being personally victimized by some Halloween decorations as well.

CR Not Wanted: Debating whether I want him caught up in the Children of the Corn thing or not.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
▶ Thestrals!
Day Rides: This sounds super cute... I'm into it. Could be fun for seeing more of the forest than they would otherwise, too.
Night Rides: I'm so down for a desperate, losing fight alongside the other passenger in their carriage.

▶ I'm interested in some of the effects of the treats, namely the donuts (happiness/affection), candy apples (telling someone what he likes about them), getting falling down drunk with the alcoholic cider, and perhaps pumpkin spice lattes (obedience).

▶ Also, being from 80's Japan, Majima's heard of, say, trick or treating, but he's never been to an actual American Halloween celebration. No idea what pumpkin spice is, either, so if you'd like to do cute Halloween-ish things (carving pumpkins, planning a costume, etc.) with someone who's going to be kind of a space alien about it, he's your dude.

▶ I forgot to add: Majima's glamour will be a kitsune, with the ability to... uh, transform into other things. Wow get off me he wants to know what it's like to fly ok

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

• Bruce frequently suffers from insomnia anyway so while I won't be having him stare up at the moon, he'll at least try to help people who're new to the experience.
  
• If anyone starts seeing the hag at night and is friends with Bruce... If they confide in him and want to, he can offer them a place to stay at his - he has a guest room and a fairly comfortable couch in the library/study.
  
• Bruce will be in the cornfield if anyone would like to attack the doctor...? Otherwise, he's also available to help people getting attacked. Attacking and hurting Bruce will bring out the Hulk. Landing a killing blow on Bruce will bring out a feral Hulk which you'll be lucky to survive so... Have at ye?
  
• While Bruce won't be hopping on a broomstick any time soon, he'll be getting giggly on alcoholic cider, and potentially be saying nice things... Feed him donuts if you want cuddly Banner.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: MKAY so I'm going to try and limit myself to 1 at most 2 threads per section for this, to try and keep myself better on top of things. Stuff I wanna play for sure though;

⇢ Chloe is going to go through the corn maze for sure and she absolutely feels powerless to adults and specifically to men. I'm willing to do maybe 2 threads with this, one where Chloe ends up under the effects and either tries to or successfully hurts someone and then another where someone manages to talk her down and get her away from said maze. I'm up for combining the two of these into one if someone's super up for it.
⇢ CARRIAGE RIDES!! Chloe will be able to see the Thestrals, and I'd be down for doing an after 10 PM ride with someone if they were interested.
⇢ WIth the Monster Mash, I'd love to have her eat a donut and get super affectionate with someone since she's... not the sort who usually is. She's also going to have alcoholic cider and fly a broom.

If someone has another specific idea, I'm down for talking about it!

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Moira's not usually a party person, but her curiosity also always gets the best of her.

⇢ Moira won't be affected by the lunar madness, but since she works as a doctor and also a scientist, she would want to study people who are, if anyone is up for that.
⇢ I'm down for her going through the corn maze. She's not going to be affected by it, but I'd be up for her running into someone who is or walking through with someone who is. She's got some healing powers in case anyone is injured and wants her to save them after being attacked, too. She's not aware it sucks her own energy yet so this would be limited to helping one person because after that she'd say fuck that unless it was someone really important to her.
⇢ Day Rides or Night Rides on the carriages I'm all for. She has a long-range attacking ability to help protect the carriage, which is super helpful.
⇢ Someone force this chick on a broom.

➔ Who wants to get stabbed by Eddie? EDIT: You can now get stabbed by Eddie AND Richie if you would like! Chase and I are gonna have a joint prompt for people who can get attacked by both the boys!

You bet he's gonna be in the corn maze going Children of the Corn on some adults. I'm going to have him do a little broadcast of pretending to be lost to lure in adults for the good ole STABBY STAB. He's 5'0 and weighs next to nothing, but he's fast. So he could either injure your character or flat out kill them honestly both is totally possible. I AM READY TO PLAN either him getting yanked out of that trance or him being just a stabby boi.

With Richie he will be a LOT more dangerous because he's braver by default around his friends, and maddened by the LUNA(cy) and the corn he's gonna be gung-ho murder happy.

➔ Eddie's gonna get turnt at the all-month party because why not. He's a kid and will be cramming a lot of the food. Probably flying around on a broomstick like a jackass with his friends. Hopefully he won't break an arm. Hopefully.

➔ Those are my two main plans! I am down to plan additional information. Idk what I'm doing for his glamour transformation yet but it'll prob match Richie's in some way because #BestFriendLife. It'll probably also be the same transformation throughout the month but don't quote me on that.

>The moon: Those who know Angela, know that she is the optimistic and caring type of person who has been trying very hard to take care of everyone's medical needs. She doesn't sleep a whole lot as is and she's been trying to work around the clock for the betterment of the sleepers. The moon is going to get ahold of her and really drag out some of the rougher angles of her personality. So if anyone wants to try and help, or see her at her most frazzled I'd love to get to play out some other sides of her as she tries to keep her demeanor together.
>The Maze: Angela is also someone who has looked after and cared for the younger groups of sleepers, so if any of them want to do something in the corn maze let me know? She will be wearing Valkyrie, so she may be able to prevent death? Or it could fail! Who knows!
>Night rides: Want to see Angela in battle? The night ride after 10PM is a great chance for that. So if you have been wanting to fight with her or have her protect/heal/etc. let me know.
>Food and Drink: And I would also like to just have some serious fun with the festivities, so maybe some heavy drinking and eating? I'd love to plan out some just fun things to do to lighten up the heavier stuff.

-Rei isn't going to get a case of the Moon Crazy. She's just not that enamored with the Moon. Despite having a close personal relationship with it.

-She's also not affected by the corn maze since she's more or less in command of her own destiny. However, she might count as an authority figure if someone really wants to try and stab her.

-Carriage Rides. I AM HERE FOR THIS. Rei is going to be weirdly fond of the Thestrals and she's definitely able to see them.

-Monster Mash/Drinks: Rei will go for sure just out of curiosity, and probably play around on a broom while laughing at how silly it is. I'm happy to have her eat or drink most of these, though Pumpkin Spice Latte I'd want to limit to previous CR and plot those out because there would very likely be fallout.

CR Wanted: I'm open to all sorts of CR! I've just joined so I'm trying to get established here and would love for Dixon to make some friends, but I'm also 1000% down for antagonism and fighting. Or someone to babysit him because he's an impulsive idiot.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

I'm thinking I'd like to do two or three things, the corn maze and the festival and perhaps the moon spell.

For the festival, I'm planning on Dixon doing the stereotypical cop thing and eating the donuts. He'll have some of the candy apples too. He's a fairly affectionate, clingy person by nature (unless he doesn't like you in which case it's a Bad Scene), and he'll be extra social and out-of-it. So if you want your first impression of this weird guy you don't know to be him going on at length about how cool your shoes are, patting your shoulder and trying to get you to listen to his iPod, now's the time.

As for the corn maze - Dixon's never killed anyone, but he's definitely got it in him. It won't take him long to be swayed to violence, but he's also not that dangerous compared to some of the other people here. It shouldn't be impossible to wrestle him out of the cornfield, and could lead to some bonding CR, as after the initial bloodlust wears off he'll probably be pretty relieved at the rescue.

And maybe the moon spell to just get him to talk to more people?

Abigail will be falling under the spell of the moon so that'll be fun. She already has nightmares so what's some paralysis. Someone please wake her up.

I also really want her to see the thestrals, but she won't be going on any carriage rides unless someone's REALLY persuasive because personal space.

She'll be at the party and possibly eating a donut and maybe drinking a pumpkin spice latte. So if anyone wants a very happy (whaaaaaat) and obedient teenager following them around, hit me up. She'll also probably ditch her scarf so her scar on her neck will be visible because why hide under layers when the weight of the world is off of her shoulders! The obedience will also be fun to deal with once I canon update her to the end of season two and she's gotta bounce back from some lovely Stockholm Syndrome. Wooooo. Let's kick off her intro to the game with a bang and people getting the completely wrong idea about her :)

I'll probably also have a regular intro piece for her exploring the area and probably getting lost.

He's going to be a little moody because he's not the most mentally stable to begin with and he knows this shit is making him worse, or maybe he's having an episode. El Cancer World Tour flashbacks anyone? He'll mainly be in his suit during most nighttime activities.

He's going to go into the corn maze and hear their weird voices and try to figure out what the hell is up with that. Though he won't hurt anyone since he's pretty used to having a severe case of the bloodlusties. Feel free to attack him tho, as long as you're prepared for your character to get the injury back due to his healing factor.

He'll probably befriend a thestral, he might go on at least one carriage ride for the sheer novelty of it, but expect him to be a chatty cathy because friends or something..

He is of course going to connect with his inner Sabrina the Teenage Witch and fly on a broom, probably crash, possibly maim himself on accident. Yikes.

He's also going to try probably all the food and drinks so if you wanna do something with that, it could be fun!!

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Well, nighttime is Batman's prime witching hour, so he'll be out and about all during that time. He also tends to neglect his own sleeping schedule in general, so at first this won't be a problem, but as time goes on he may get sloppier and make more mistakes. Mood swings may make him angrier as well, but mostly pertaining to those who deserve it. He'll be right at home among the bats, and most characters in the game haven't really been introduced to Batman yet, so if you want to mistake him for a CREATURE OF THE NIGHT that could be a possible cr opportunity.

He's less likely to go on carriage rides or pumpkin picking, but if you want me to hit up or plan any cr with you around your character doing those things we can chat here or on plurk at BATGUY!

CR Wanted: I'm up for anything interesting, but some of my favorite CR to seek out with Bucky is him being a big brotherly-type to people, him finding common ground with the closest he can find to peers or other soldiers, people who can offer mutual support, scrappy people with big mouths, and anyone who wants to call him on his shit. Also anyone who wants to flirt with him, he will flirt right back if they are mid-20s or older.
CR Not Wanted: Not looking for a ton of shipping-type CR right now, but flirting is def welcome and encouraged. (FWB/hookup is possible if there's chemistry, but I'm not looking for longterm shipping type CR right now and just want to be up front about that.)
Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
-Bucky will be dying during this event. I need to figure out the timeline of that, but I am definitely wanting to do that, so he'll be dealing with a week of flu-like symptoms after the fact.

-Bucky will be starring at that moon, so he'll be a totally irritable insomniac during the day. Being anxious and antsy will probably translate to Bucky going full Mountain Man for a chunk of the month, just wandering in the woods with his deer friendos and avoiding people (unsuccessfully, I'm sure). He'll be a little disoriented and I might play with some light hallucinations. He will try to sleep, so if anyone wants to snap him out of his paralyzed state, that would be great! At night, he'll be experiencing the manic effects, which for Bucky are going to be really out of character for his usually calm demeanor here. I'll probably do an open post of him tending bar at Glass for this, but I'd be down for other stuff, too.

-He'll be down for a maze or two and some pumpkin picking. Which means he'll be falling victim to the bloodlust since he's under the spell of the moon. If anyone wants to get killed or attacked by him before he dies, let me know. He won't be going back in once he's killed.

-In the park, Bucky can most definitely see the thestrals. I would love to do a terrifying nighttime ride.

-Bucky will probably decorate his front yard and he'll be enjoying the music at night because while it's a little past his time, it's only about a decade off instead of the usual seven decades off. He'll definitely be excited to dance at night. (I would prefer to handwave this and do a post-dancing thread if you want to do a thread with this, as I wind up doing a lot of dancing threads with Bucky and threading it out gets old after a while.)

-Treats: If anyone wants an overly affectionate Bucky, I'd be down for playing with the donuts. Also down for playing with the alcoholic cider, since Bucky hasn't been more than tipsy or buzzed since 1943.

Given that this event has some elements with like anger and such I apologize if lack-of-sleep Hana is super cranky. She won't be flying into a rage or anything, but also not super pleasant compared to normal.

For the carriage ride, I'm contemplating D.Va being injured? She's not exactly afraid of heights and or burns, so we'll see how that goes. If anyone wants to join her in this awful carriage ride of Not Fun™ feel free.

Hana will probably be getting a little intoxicated/probably drunk for the last bit of the event. That will be a nice change of pace compared to tired-and-cranky and terrified-and-burned, I think. If anyone wants to deal with Drunk!Hana hmu. She will be a very affectionate drunk with occasional outbursts of gamer salt.

Now that I'm winding down some of my old threads, I have room for new ones! I'm up for either horror bits little nibbles of life-among-horror.

Horror:

• Daemon's gonna get Moon Drunk and be homicidally cranky during the day. If ya want to be almost-murdered (or murdered-murdered) for something really benign, hmu. My other notion is to play with the hallucinations (maybe he mistakes someone's identity?) and/or have him 'fall asleep' in a public place and need to be shaken out of his hag trance (and maybe confusedly want to fight his rescuer?).
  
• I'd like him to go on the thestral flight with someone and almost die. :D
  
• I also volunteer Daemon for stabbing and sickle-ing in the corn maze! He's going to be bloodlusty himself for part of the month, but he doesn't think anyone's a threat so. If you think HE'S a threat, absolutely. Let's do this.

SoL:

• Daylight carriage ride through the forest? :D? Pet Thestrals? Pat bloodshot Daemon if it's later in the month?
  
• Daemon's definitely going to pick up a hat and broom. Maybe go exploring by air with him, esp. any of the previously unlocked areas?
  
• Beyond that, Moon Drunk Daemon is a party Daemon what with the dancing & drinking (he...rarely gets drunk so this'll be...epic). He's going to be inviting people to dance at the drop of a (witch)hat. Plus add in any of the treats! Even-and-especially the obedience one, though his response to that will depend on your character.
  
• From the Deerington Post: The Glamour! Daemon's magical costume is going to be Dracula. (Only he...doesn't realize it's Dracula, so someone might need to explain it to him.) At night, tho, his superpower will be to turn into a tiny batfriend. If you would like to have fun with a small, insect-eating, black batfriend, let me know. He's going to an insomniac, bored out of his skull and looking to occupy himself, and he's well aware that small batfriend form is much less threatening than his usual.

Glamours – Adam’s going to be extremely drawn to the use of the glamours and the ability to be anything he wants. Until the bottle runs out, he’s going to be something different every night or two, and never mind the risk. I’m happy to come up with specific glamours for specific threads—some ideas he’ll be trying, since there will be plenty of opportunities until the bottle runs out: high-powered lawyer, football player, 1920s daredevil pilot, antlered forest god, wizard, witch, troll, androgynous fairy, princess, angel.

Sleeplessness – Who needs sleep? Not Adam, certainly. He’ll be suffering the full effects of the sleeplessness during the day. Let's go full paranoia hallucinations, that sounds fun.

Corn mazes – Upon request. Adam does have a lot of repressed rage and hostility against perceived authority figures, and I would like to see that anger in him pushed. I probably won’t put an open prompt for this, but if anyone’s interested we can plot.

Broom rides – Yes please. Also sounds like a good opportunity for some exploring and investigation! Time for AERIAL MAPPING.
Donuts/Candy Apples – I always ship Adam/Happiness. Happy, friendly, affectionate Adam available for anyone who would like him.
Pumpkin Spice Latte – Obedient Adam’s going to be super creepy to anyone who knows him. Will be obedient and submissive to both player characters and to Deerington itself.
Alcoholic Cider – Adam’s mostly been avoiding alcohol because he’s wary of running afoul of the Authority, but with the wide availability of the refreshments during the event and the party influence of the moon, he’ll be drinking (and drunk) on the regular.

Pumpkin Carving - Adam has never carved a pumpkin in his life but it would mean the world to him to do so. Give me all the fluffy pumpkin picking and pumpkin carving threads with this child who never had a childhood.

- Scarlett getting affected by the moon and basically turning into a mess. Keeps fucking up at work at HoTD, smashing bottles and shit. She’ll just be really frustrated at not managing to sleep at first and be very cranky about it – but the turns into a crying mess and just bursts into tears at small little things. The kid needs a damn hug and a nap, y’all.

Maybe some minor hallucinations – like seeing people from her homeworld and maybe running out into the road or getting lost in the woods or something. Someone wanna stop her getting hit by a car? There you go. And the partying is a given.

- Reacting/freaking out to the Thestrals, particularly with someone who can’t see them.

- Possibly throwing her into the corn maze. She’s been literally controlled by her own father in her past (not to mention will be under the moon’s affects) so she could be going on a rampage. If anyone’s after their character getting savagely beaten (maybe killed?) then that could be a thing.

- PARTY TIME. I’m defo interested in the treats. Particularly the candy corn or pumpkin spice lattes. And definitely the alcoholic cider if someone wants to deal with her drunk arse.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: i'd like to hold off on doing any super duper intense stuff until i get my footing in the game (so, probably until october when i assume shit's really going down) so i'm going to have to opt out of anything really traumatic. that said:

► we can totally get something going with the carriage rides too! he'll be able to see the the thestrals and it'll probably say a lot about him that he'll be chilling with them for the majority of the time. i'd like to have him go on one of the night rides with someone if anyone feels up for fighting a bunch of cosmic horrors with a furry and then failing miserably when the carriage plummets. to that end, i have this dumb idea where he goes full wolf mode when he and whoever's with him start falling with his intention being to catch the other character and try to shield them from the impact once they hit the ground. i'm sure seeing a giant murderbeast would be just as terrifying as fighting the moon creatures, so again, hmu if any of this sounds interesting.

► HERE'S THE REAL MAIN EVENT: let's talk glamours. so since he's a fable and y'all are gonna be turning into people he knows, cares about or even dislikes, there's a good chance bigby will confuse you for whoever you're glamoured up as. characters that will get the biggest reaction from him include snow white, cinderella, the little mermaid, little red riding hood, the jersey devil, bloody mary, ichabod crane, but chances are he'll have something interesting to say to just about any fairytale or folklore character.
