I'm Gray, and I have way too many Pokemon trainer OCs. And yup, Franciscus here is another of them. Or, technically, a 2-month-old AI clone of the original Franciscus. He's coming in from a murdergame where they were all trapped in virtual reality, and he ended up murdering someone and getting executed by his best friend there. They're cool now, though. At least he still has cloned versions of his two most important Pokemon who will be coming along with him.

Also, he did get to know some AI clone versions of characters who are in game, so let me know how you feel about potential fourth-walling! He's not likely to bring it up in any way since he'd very much like to not make people paranoid about "evil clones" thank you very much.

HELLO DEERINGTON. my name is Junebug! i'm bringing in this meme Osomatsu Matsuno from the anime Osomatsu-san. but hold the phone! *record scratch* he's also a CRAU! he's fresh out of a murder game known as Cartesio. he had A Time there. not only did he execute someone, but he also made it to endgame (???) and discovered he was not the real Osomatsu, but a copy/clone, as was everyone who was pulled into that game.

he's probably not going to disclose this information unless he becomes close to someone. otherwise, he's pretty open. he likes having a good time and being lazy. though his time in Cartesio has made him more cautious of his surroundings, he's still not going to be completely serious.

Hi I'm Kate and I have no idea what to put here, I'm just generally excited to be here. I'll be bringing in Hammond and his mecha Wrecking Ball from the game Overwatch.



He's totally a hamster, roughly the size of a pikachu and a really smart engineer. He was genetically modified on a Lunar base and later escaped in a pod attached to his Gorilla scientist friend's escape shuttle. I couldn't make that up if I tried. He's still exploring and trying to find his place in the universe and you can bet his fur is a bit ruffled from waking up in a new place like this, especially one so cold. Oh, and Hammond will be modifying his Fluid and carrying it on his back attached to his backpack, so it will auto translate things for him just like his mecha does in game.

I'm so glad to see someone playing an obvious nonhuman in this game. Franciscus is probably going to try and categorize Hammond as a Pokemon at first, but at least he's now been introduced to the concept of non-Pokemon animals existing so it won't be too weird.

Hello everyone! I'm Ashlee, not new here but...! I have a new character to introduce! This is Laura from Logan: the stabby child who was raised to be a weapon, only she and her friends weren't having that and managed to escape their captivity. She's not much of a talker (yet) and she'll probably be skeptical/careful around people and their intentions, but she's a good child and has a very good heart. She's gonna be a street hooligan for a little while until her fellow adults get her to actually settle in and have a home. Good times.

Hello everyone! I'm Basil and, while I'm pretty new here, I do recognize a few faces in this crowd. Coming in with me is this bright ray of sunshine in the wintry gloom of December, Felicia from Fire Emblem Fates. Specifically she's from the Revelations path for those of you who have played... but, details.

In short, for those who don't know, Felicia here is a sweet, dedicated, and terribly clumsy maid who really should resign herself from domestic service and become a ninja soldier-- since that's where her strength lies-- but she refuses simply because she has a strong desire to help people. She's a ditz, but is smarter than she gives herself credit for... and can't make a decent pot of tea for the life of her.

Oh, and she has some control over ice and snow. It's not really Queen Elsa levels, because that's what her sister does, but that's not to say that things can't happen...

Silas here, not new, but bringing in my second character to join Pidge. It's Roxas from the game series, Kingdom Hearts, and he's just a guy who wants to have a good life and his own body. Neither which he gets in the games because of what he is and what his purpose is. Roxas is a species called a Nobody, so technically he isn't supposed to have a heart, but he does, and it's all a lot more complicated from there and it would be like an essay if I tried to explain it all in one go. Anyways, he does have a temper but in the long run is just curious about everything since he had limited means to learn about the world. Also, unlike Sora and Ventus, Roxas does not trust everyone right away and isn't the "FRIENDS!" type. He does makes friends. In his own time and way.

He's post-Dream Drop Distance, so fairly far into the series. KH3 comes out next month...

Hello there! I'm Sam, and new to this game! I'm bringing in Kaede from Elfen Lied, who you might know better as Lucy. Lucy was more of a code name given to her by others, where Kaede was her real name and revealed at the last minute in the manga. Thanks Okamato.

She's Kind of Pink, a diclonius (a kind of mutant not the dinosaur) has these weird stubby horns on her head, also has weird hand-shaped telekinesis, walks with her hair in her face because she won't fix her posture unless she's Interested in something, and occasionally wears really stupid hats. Oh, and she's a little bit of a murderer. By like, several hundred people at least. She's (somewhat) calmed down from that due to the canon point she's coming from, and is more depressed and listless from The Breakup than actively murderous. She's definitely still a prickly grump with a side of trust issues and paranoia, though. Patience is recommended.

And while she's in this Hyde personality most of the time, she does have a Jekyll side! She's called Nyu then because she says her own name like a Pokemon, and is astonishingly friendly and actually smiles. But unfortunately she shares Kaede's Resting Serial Killer Face. Nyu finds this very distressing, but most likely won't be around for awhile to have an opinion about it.

Bonus fun fact: Kaede's 5'4'' and a contralto. Small scrawny frame, surprise deep villain voice when she opens her mouth.

Hello friends!

My name is Ax, currently playing Rei Hino (incandescentfaith) bringing in my second character. Lara Croft, from the Tomb Raider reboot franchise. Lara's coming in from the end of Shadow of the Tomb Raider, where she's trying desperately to stop the Mayan apocalypse and keep the sun from going out so I'll keep spoilers to a minimum!

For the people who aren't familiar with Lara, she is a nice, nerdy English girl that enjoys hunting for relics and practicing terrible archaeological ethics. She's a brilliant, dedicated researcher who speaks a dozen languages, possesses an eidetic memory, and is incredibly loyal and kind...unless you try and kill her. That's when she becomes the bad guy's Bad Day, since it's like flipping the switch that turns hers into an action movie hero.

I've signed her up to be an Anthropology professor at the community college, and she'll also be running an antique appraisal service.

She has a permissions post right here, with an opt out. Lara comes from a fairly dark canon, and she herself has a fairly ghoulish sense of humor so if you want to opt out of interacting with her, please let me know here!

Hello Deerington!

I'm Sara and I am brand spankin' new to the game and bringing in the (twelfth) Doctor from Doctor Who. He's the guy in the title. Don't let him tell you his name is "Who". He is a 2000 someodd year old alien that also happens to be a time traveler, zooming through the universe and fixing what he can like some self-appointed cosmic janitor.

Personality-wise he's quick, curious, acerbic, and compassionate and most people who come into contact with him will hit his rather hard shell first, but stick with it, he's a marshmallow when you get in there. He's the tsundere Doctor, believe me. On the flipside if you get on his bad side (100% guaranteed if you threaten or hurt his friends) he will rain absolute hell down upon you and probably never let up

His best friend is Clara (ohmyclara) and his wife of dubious legality and moral standing is River (retrorsum) and any CR of theirs can expect the Doctor to be weird/embarrassing in their general vicinity. He's stupidly long-lived so going from having the entirety of time and space at his fingertips to being trapped in Deerington is gonig to be an exercise in figuring out how to not let him experiment on cars and kitchen appliances through sheer boredom XD

He's not signed up for a job yet, but eventually he'll likely be giving wildly off-topic lectures at the college.

I'm Kim and very much new to the game. I'm bringing the eccentric magizoologist from the Fantastic Beasts/Harry Potter franchise, Newt Scamander. Since the second movie is still quite new, Newt is coming from post Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, so don't you worry about any spoilers for the current film!

He's a bit of an awkward guy who's fairly bad at people, but has a good heart and loves creatures. Newt is a good guy with a penchant for trouble and has a completely disregard for what is legal for the sake of doing what he thinks is the right thing. He also will be arriving with three of his creatures: swooping evil, Pickett the bowtruckle, and a niffler.

I've got Newt as the vet at the vet clinic given his extensive knowledge of caring for creatures big and small and he also will be a magic assistant at F.E.A.R.

I'm Ang, and I'm another bag of fresh blood and new meat! I bring with me this obscure-AF dude, Henry Stauf from a 20-year-old PC game called The 7th Guest. He's got a pretty substantial case of death, and has been haunting his own mansion for about 70 years at his canon point. In life, he was a toymaker who pulled himself out of poverty in the Great Depression by making a Faustian bargain with a group of mysterious demons he knows only as The Voices. He's about as odd and antiquated as you'd expect a ghost from the Roaring 20s to be, and loves puzzles, riddles, and a good insult war.

I've put him in Prospero in his very own domicile (on Route 7, of course!) and given him a job as a Librarian's Assistant at the library, so you all now have a legit library ghost.

Next, is Jason Todd cesspit from DC Comics. He's a fast talker and heavy hitter. He's walks the moral grey line and is pretty much a good guy trying to be bad. He's coming in injured from Red Hood and the Outlaws - Annual Issue #2 where he's recovering from a pretty bad beat down from Batman.

Hi everyone!! I'm Julio, and I bring you Max Caulfield from the emotionally compromising wonderful game Life is Strange. If you haven't played it you totally should because it will make you sob uncontrollably a better person. If you have played the game, well here's a link to her in-game choices!

Max is a geeky, introverted girl from the usually quiet town of Arcadia Bay, Oregon. She has the unusual ability to turn back time for a few seconds, which sounds like a useful ability until you find out that it fucks up reality pretty badly- which, by the way, it totally did. Max is a CRAU, having spent about three years in Wonderland, which is your classic panfandom jamjar with all the usual terrible implications. So yeah. Baggage.

On the more mundane side, she has a passion for photography and Chloe Price. She's into old-school movies, hipster songs, not developing a fashion sense, being a nice friend... and Chloe Price.

Oh, have I mentioned that she's best friends with Chloe Price?

Hello, everyone! I'm Jhey, and I'm still a novice to games, but super excited to be here. :) I play Shinichi Izumi from Parasyte: The Maxim, which is an anime reboot of an old horror manga. This guy comes with an alien parasite who took over his hand named Migi, so definitely a two-for-one deal here.

For some basic info: Shinichi is a sweetheart who is the definition of altruistic, a shy and awkward nerd, but hosting some darker themes brewing inside that I fully plan to explore here. :D Migi, on the other hand, is all logic and science who is still trying to understand How to Work With Emotional Humans. His ~instinctual parasite aggression is also amplified here in Deerington, so if he perceives anything as a threat to his survival, he might... go into attack mode on you. BUT PLEASE DON'T BE FRIGHTENED OFF BY THE CREEPY ALIEN HAND.

Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm bringing you this loser. This is Doug Ramsey, a member of the New Mutants - the first next generation of X-Men to be introduced that you've probably only heard of because of the movie in the works. They don't get nearly enough panel time for how great they are.

ANYWAY, Doug here is a mutant whose only ability is to be able to translate all languages. He was apparently so unpopular in the original comic run that some readers put together a write-in campaign to encourage the writers to kill him off. Which they did. (They only heard some people liked the guy after he died, go figure.) He remained dead in the comics for nearly 20 years before they brought him back in 2009. His revival boosted his powers so that the definition of what a language was became greatly expanded. Basically everything is language and he sees the world completely differently than anyone else. (For better details, you can check out his app.) Of course the writers tend to forget or choose to ignore what he can do and just make him the resident hacker.

Also his powers kinda work on their own sometimes, so at one point they fucked him over and tried to translate the entire internet into a cohesive whole. So he's had to fight a literal internet addiction.

Hello, hello!! I am Igni, and I am bringing to you... Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of her Name, Rightful Heir to the Iron Throne, Rightful Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, The Mother of Dragons, The Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, The Unburnt, The Breaker of Chains, and probably like 12 other things, maybe, at some point.

She's a really badass young woman who is taking her kingdom back and has freed slaves and literally been engulfed in flame fully two times without so much as a scratch and also the first time it happened she hatched some petrified dragon eggs, so that's a thing. She has dragon's blood in her family lineage and she is powerful as hell and does not tolerate the infliction of human suffering so she fucks up people who hurt innocent people and is basically a pretty intense human to be around.

She brings with her two dragons - SEASON SEVEN SPOILER WARNINGS FROM HERE ON IN. If you'd like more information on them and their size/appearance within Deerington, her app has that information rife with s7 spoilers this way. Her canon point is the end of season 7, so she's fully canon updated and ready to kill things, hurray!

hi, it's laws. i've found my way back to this game, except this time, i'm playing a kiddo!

meet jughead jones. he is a 16 year old dude from the small town of riverdale. i'm taking him from the latest season. s3e6, to be specific. don't worry, i won't give away spoilers, but basically, he'll be entering deerington thinking it's all part of a way too realistic game going on in his hometown atm. so, he won't be trusting anyone (or, really, anything) at this point until someone manages to convince him that he wasn't kidnapped into a rl faux town but a freakish nightmare faux town.

here are some quick facts now:

▪ he is a tol boy at 6'0".
▪ he has a bottomless pit for a stomach.
▪ he wears a crown-shaped beanie like all the time.
▪ he is the leader of a gang back home, so he'll also be walking around with a serpents jacket on a lot.
▪ he has a serpents tattoo on his upper left arm after shit happened to the one on his right.
▪ he has both his motorcycle and hotdog in game.

▪ tattoo place: a shadow of an antlered deer in what looks to be the riverdale forest near the southside on his right forearm.
▪ current housing: 12 chastain way in flatwoods point between the broadcasting and fire stations.
▪ current jobs: 11th grader at deerington high school because he isn't passing up $. he also works in the ticket booth at the movie theater.

he is most likely going to live in his big ol' haunted house until he realizes it's, you know, haunted. then, he'll dive right into his hobo life and get himself a tent, camp around, maybe sneakily sleep in the theater. livin' it UP.

Heyo, Deerington! I'm Wind, and I'll be dropping Sanji from One Piece fame into the thick of things.

Sanji is a gritty but ridiculous pirate cook who loves two things and two things only: food and women. Also secretly friends. He's a shounen, after all, and he's going to do the shounen thing, even if he'd rather scream bloody murder at said friends than admit it to their faces. He chain smokes, swears like it's going out of style, and thrives off of suits and ties. Even when they don't match. Especially when they don't match.

Most importantly, when he sees a beautiful woman, his eyes become hearts, his joints become jelly, and he noodle dances to their every whim.

SUP NERDS! i'm chrissy and i was here once before in the summer, but then life went BOOM, but now life is okay again so here i am again. with gwen stacy of the spider-woman variety. she's from a very different canon point this time though, so that's fun!! here are some bulletpoints about dis bish.

- she's the one that was bitten by the radioactive spider, and peter parker's the one that died, in her world. her world is assbackwards in a lot of ways though - including a lady captain america, and a tony stark that owns a coffee chain. starkbucks. it's hilarious and dumb.

- she has a job this time! she's working concessions at the roller rink. come visit her!!
- she's also a college student here, since you get paid to do that. who knew you could major in music performance? not gwen! not until she got here. she gets to play drums for money here. pretty sweet.
- she's 5'5 but does whatever a spider can so like watch out
- also she carries a symbiote around with her. e-65's version of venom ( who gwen calls gwenom, it's a.. thing, like an actual thing ) is different than regular venom, just in that it's synthetic ( not an alien ) and it mostly just possesses her and feeds off of her negative thoughts/feelings. it makes her act like an asshole, and apparently can transform her clothes so idk it's a weird situation. but basically it's kind of a you won't like me when i'm angry deal more than a i'm an alien who eats rude people deal. gwen is still gwen, mostly, she just.. is scary and can make her tiny spiders spy on people and act like tentacles kinda. it's all weird.

I'm Lore and I'm bringing in Eliot Waugh from the Magicians. He's the recently voted out High King (Yeah... he's still touchy about that) of Fillory. He's a telekinetic magician with a focus on physical magic. Though he's mellowed out some, he's still a cocky elitist asshole, but he's a loyal cocky elitist asshole... so there is that. He's also a master mixologist, so be ready for some badass drinks. To make things slightly easier for him he's coming from the same canon point as Josh, near the end of the finale for season 3.
