Personal Style: mostly do action/brackets because it's personally easier visually but will match anyone's preference! definitely tend to do quite a bit of backtagging although sometimes i can sneak in some quicker ones depending on the amount of free time i have going for me on the weekends.
OOC Limits: heavy gore themes are a hard no for me (ironic considering who i play, but trust me, it has to be extreme). anything else is just a matter of discussion to decide the limits.
WANDA MAXIMOFF—
Age: 25
Employment in Deerington: baker at jane dough bakery and cafe
Residence in Deerington: 13 e. main street (aka maximoff home for wayward girls)
Day to Day Activities: she's taken up a job as a baker at jane dough, where she tends to conjure up a variety of serbian desserts, while putting in practice to learn more local recipes. she uses this skill to feed all her friends that are apparently useless that getting themselves fed with proper food. she also tends to be practicing her magic with lilith on the side, along with her other local magic friends.
About This Character: wanda deals with a fair amount of mental instablity due to how she's been treated in canon regarding her powers (for more information on her abilities). she was recently captured and arrested by her own teammates before being taken to the "raft", an enhanced imprisonment facility in the middle of the ocean, where she was put in a strait jacket and a power-neutralizing collar. because of this, she most often keeps to herself and remains secretive about her powers, but she tends to be more open and relaxed around those with special abilities of their own. it takes a lot to gain her trust but she can still be kind and understanding, as long as she doesn't feel threatened under the circumstances.
Any Warnings: psychological trauma, lab experimentation, family loss, accidental deaths, mind control.
Present Life: wanda's still trying to recover from her death in the dome, but she's stopped being secluded in her own home and is gradually bringing herself back to the outside world, after coming to terms that despite the danger of her powers, she can't always run and hide away when things go wrong. except, of course, things don't always go too well for her, and when sarissa turns full into a monster due to the event, she'll be forced to help in killing her since her attempt at getting a cure for her won't work.
Future Ideas: and then wanda turns into a ghost, to which she'll be limited in her sense of touch, but will have far more freedom in using her abilities of telekinesis to move things around for her. she'll be stuck in this form for a while, so if anyone is looking for a casper-esque witch to befriend, enjoy the girl who no longer sleeps and is stuck in her same clothes for months to come.
CR You Want: those with powers for her to relate to, supportive friendships, familial relationships (especially sibling-like characters), anyone interested in magic, people to train with, etc.
CR You Don't Want: while some slight conflict is alright, i'd like to avoid anything negative that's traumatizing or long-lasting.

Age: 25
Employment in Deerington: broadcasting station
Residence in Deerington: 12 chastain way
Day to Day Activities: she's got a bit of skill with working radios, so she tends to work tech stuff in the broadcasting station trying to figure out if she can make anything useful out of what they've got there (typically to no avail), but she's mostly making use of whatever amenities are around town since she's lived in the apocalypse for about five years and needs some of that normal life spoils again.
About This Character: addy comes from the zombie apocalypse! it's definitely toughened her up tremendously, not only in her physical build and stamina, but from the losses she's had to endure during those long five years. she's lost family, friends, and lovers alike, and she's hardened her shell a bit, to where she once even fully blocked out a traumatizing memory as her way of coping. she's more vulnerable than she likes to believe, but she's good at getting back on her feet and making the most of what she has. sometimes people think she has too much of a soft spot, but even in a man-eat-man world, she's still managed to keep the part of her that cares for others and still looks out for anyone else even at the risk of her own survival.
Any Warnings: her character history contains zombies, apocalypse, violence, murder, mental trauma, ptsd, family death, child/sibling death, lots of death.
Present Life: she's been mostly trying to stay away from all the major chaos and trying to get by, usually in the form of useful volunteer work in town. this month around, she's trying to assist in getting rid of those pain in the ass rats hanging around (cause there's no way those things aren't carrying some sort of disease with what they're chomping on). she doesn't stand out much, save for the swing of her z-whacker, and she prefers to keep it that way, really, since it's what's keeping her alive.
Future Ideas: i'd love to start steering her in the way of monster hunting, helping to take care of different kinds of creatures that tend to flood through the town. she's got a ton of experience taking out zombies on the regular, so it'd be nice to get educated a bit more on the other kinds of supernatural threats hanging out. perhaps if people are looking to form some kind of makeshift mercenery team, something much smaller and less official than f.e.a.r.
CR You Want: zombie-turned sleepers, are you out there? + friends of all kinds! younger folk, older folk, she's a friendly kind of gal. people she can definitely sass with, people she can teach survival skills to, people who can she can enjoy regular society with again, people who want to mess and experiment with the tech with her, hotties to flirt with (she's got hella canon bi energy).

FRANK CASTLE—
Age: 36
Employment in Deerington: manager at dearly diner, freelance handyman
Residence in Deerington: 1433 gatlin drive + 528 david cliff apartments
Day to Day Activities: he always spends his mornings at dearly diner, and now that he's working there as a manager, he can be found there even more often, sometimes helping with service or sticking to the back where he'll help with cooking meals (he'll more regularly be in charge of the coffee to make sure it's made just right). if his work isn't at the diner, it'll be doing some side business with handiwork throughout the town, which is his way of keeping updated with the local information and suspicious activity that are going on.
About This Character: frank is fairly reserved with a lot of secret history that he doesn't tend to share too often here, including his time as a soldier before his family was murdered, sending him on a revenge spree that gave him the name of "the punisher". instead, he tries to keep things as simple as possible, remaining polite and gentlemanly to those he meets (with a dash of sass thrown in if he's encouraged enough) and mostly keeping quiet unless spoken to. he'll only ever raise aggression when prompted, to which he can be incredibly violent and if he has good reason, he will kill someone who's hurt or tried to hurt someone innocent.
Any Warnings: as the punisher, frank's history and characters contains: violence, gore, murder, trauma, ptsd, detailed mentions of child death, various other aspects to military life, family loss, and multiple kills.
Present Life: frank has mostly been keeping himself focused on managing things at the diner, trying to make sure food gets out to all the people that struggled a bit the past two months during the shortage.
it should be town-wide knowledge by now that frank is in a very committed relationship with wynonna earp. the l-word has finally been shared between the two of them, and in turn, he's officially moved in with her in her farmhouse (and has proposed, but they're keeping that to themselves for the time being). he's also come to as-officially-as-possible adopt mini-wolverine laura and practically considers her to be his daughter at this point, and has also psuedo-adopted cliff and brianna as well, with waverly as his unofficial-but-practically sister-in-law. and don't forget his cute af pitbull puppy, bogie.
Future Ideas: for the moment, he's taking it easy on account of his recent death. mostly, he'll be trying to make sure the local kids stay safe in the next coming month with all the craziness and transformations happening. but if anyone wants to stop by the diner for a bite, that's where he'll be.
CR You Want: people his age to befriend!! most of his cr is in their early 20s or younger, and while i'm still 100% open to more of that, i'd like him to have some actual pals to build trust with, especially people that understanding fighting or having some military experience. also DADS TO FRIEND, let them form a club or something.
CR You Don't Want: romance is off the table because he's devoted to his girl. i'm also not against heavily negative cr, but i'd prefer to discuss it first!
