Personal Style: I really prefer prose but I'll do either. I'm not usually very fast (though if you need me to concentrate on or prioritise a thread, lmk because I will gladly do that) but I'll backtag forever!
OOC Limits: Gender swaps and things that are graphic depictions of vomiting are the only things I can think of right now. Also if we're gonna talk about violent death of parents then I'd appreciate a heads up!
Credence Barebone | Harry Potter
Age: early 20s
Employment in Deerington: Theatre (not the cinema) as a stagehand (so generally evenings)
Residence in Deerington: Where they live
Day to Day Activities: He goes out to the lake with his phoenix (lately he brings Antonio the chupacabra too). He does regular things like shopping for food or going to the diner or cafe, but he tries to avoid anywhere there's lots of people at once. His Dream Guide is a slow loris, and you may catch sight of it too, because he does summon it regularly to make sure it's doing okay.
About This Character: Credence is pretty shy and reluctant to talk to people, though he's opened up like...slightly. He's more likely to have a conversation now than he used to be. He really likes animals and likes trying new foods. He's also not-very-secretly-now capable of turning into an incredibly destructive magical force! This isn't really random, it's usually self-defence or a response to something traumatic (unless an event is doing something else, like he's mostly monsterfied during the current Halloween event).
Any Warnings: Talking to Credence often has references to body horror, past child abuse/religious trauma, violence, death/murder. If for any reason you need me to gloss over anything or keep mention of it out, please do let me know!
Present Life: Grindelwald isn't here anymore so he has some weird complicatd feelings about that, but he's only talked to The Doctor about that at all. Mostly he takes care of his animals and works lmao. I need to cash in his bonus points for...SOMETHING and maybe that would give him more to do.
Future Ideas: I wanna do some villain things or have him hurt people and have to deal with consequences BUT this is sort of a slow idea in my head and I haven't worked it out so idk, idk. I'm ALSO interested in him learning how to like...have remorse for things! He doesn't feel all that bad about things he's done because he didn't learn proper morality as a kid. He's a kind of grey character like that and I like it, but it can get static. I was thinking of having him die this month but that isn't what I ended up doing so I'm still looking to have a death at least once too.
CR You Want: I'm up for anything including romantic attachment but that would take...work because trauma and uncertainty and no idea how to work with people haha. I'm especially up for friendships with people who think the obscurus is cool and not just horrifying! He's got a couple of those but more are always welcome. I'm ALSO up for friendship that gets wrecked because look, destructive out of control storm is A LOT to deal with

Jonathan Byers | Stranger Things
Age: 17
Employment in Deerington: He doesn't have a job yet, but he's a college student because you know what fuck high school. He'll eventually get a part time job, I just haven't decided what I want him to do.
Residence in Deerington: Where they live
Day to Day Activities: He will take pictures of anything! So he does that. He will take pictures of your character without saying anything or asking them. He hasn't learned to use the digital features on the FLUID yet but once he does he will take pictures CONSTANTLY OF EVERYTHING and honestly who can blame him? That said, he still will use his regular camera too. He also spends a lot of time with his brother, Will, and that will be more evident for a couple weeks since Will just died and Jonathan freaked out about it.
He has a shitty car that you're welcome to notice too. He walks a bit more than drives but he does drive! He does normal things like grocery shopping and whatever. He can probably be convinced to see movies. Since he goes to college, he'll be there regularly. He'll also go pick Will (and maybe Mike and whoever is chilling with them) up from school sometimes.
About This Character: Like all Stranger Things teens, Jonathan has a lot of trauma he barely talks about or processes properly. On top of that, he's pretty awkward and is one of those loner types. That said, while he can have a temper (he's a teenage boy!), he's actually very kind and likes animals and LOVES MUSIC (especially post-punk bullshit) and likes art and is serious about being a photographer. He's also been involved in journalism (sort of) back home and he's a smart dude. He calls his brother his best friend (and means it) and he's pretty responsible overall.
Any Warnings: Stranger Things has a LOT of horror stuff, monsters, body horror, psychological shit, death/murder/gore. Some of that may come up with Jonathan but I can easily gloss over it too.
Present Life: He just got here, then his brother died, then he found out a bunch of weird shit about people turning into monsters and EATING EACH OTHER???? So he hasn't really had anything else happen, it's just this bizarre trauma fest!
Future Ideas: I AM NOT YET SURE of a concrete plan oops but I'd love for him to take pictures of things he shouldn't and get in sticky situations because of it.
CR You Want: ALL THE THINGS bc he's so new! He wants to meet all of Will's friends BECAUSE THAT'S HIS BROTHER OKAY y'all better take care of him. But he also needs his own friends, like, people his age or older.
CR You Don't Want: I think I'm good with anything right now!
