Tech Boy here is The Worst, but he's a good tech friend and project buddy if you think Allura would be willing to put up with him. I was looking into plotting a trip into Sodder's heart, myself, so if she needs/wants an extra hand, please let me know how we can make that happen.

Ohhh, yes! Allura will definitely "put up" with people for a project's sake. She has an interesting mix of either very long or impossibly short patience, depending on the situation. I'm not sure where he would hit, but even if they butted heads, I would definitely be down for this CR.
