INSTRUCTIONS:

▶ As outlined by the TDM, these rumors should be at least partially true, but may be exaggerated or skewed in order to make your character's actions seem more extreme/less sympathetic.

- Lotor did not tell the woman he loves that more of her people survived the genocide, allowing her to continue believing she was alone in the universe.
- Lotor is an abomination of the Rift, and is only alive because of the quintessence in his DNA making him functionally immortal.
- Lotor is the sole cause of the war.

most of these rumors are only true to an extent. most of them reflect what billy believes or how he currently feels about whatever thing. some of them aren't true at all, or require a monumental amount of reaching.

also, because this is deerington and i guess deerington is super homophobic, there are possibly some nastily-worded rumors scribbled around about how billy is gay, which he mostly doesn't care about, because he is, and he's proud. if anything gets under his skin, it'll be the wording/phrasing more than the actual point of smearing his reputation, etc.
