She loves to hit up the arcade, movie theatre, comic book store and library. The ice cream parlour and pizza store are her favorite spots to grab food. About This Character: Ruby is an awkwardly cheerful bundle of energy. She's a Huntress and the leader of Team RWBY (Pronounced Ruby, because that's not confusing.). She fights monsters and does her best to make the world a better place. While she generally does her best to come off as carefree she's got the weight of her world on her shoulders and a boat load of trauma that she's just not dealing with.
Any Warnings: Mentions of death, dismemberment, she's from a world where nightmare monsters that are attracted to negative emotions exist. So pretty Grimm topics can come up.
Present Life: July is being about as unkind to Ruby as it can. Her boyfriend became the ultiamte betrayer and made her promise to stop him if he started going off the deepend. And then he went off the deepend and she's stuck trying to stop him.
She was very close winning a game of "slowly convince the people who want to murder me not to go through with it" but July's plot also threw a wrench in that and she's going to be killed by her long time enemy Neopolitan. So that's great.
In general she's been out there doing her absolute best to help everyone out and all her hard work is starting to crumble around her. The poor girl is going to be demoralized after this month and is going to slowly start picking up the pieces once the dust has settled.
Future Ideas: - Ruby eventually going to drop out of the criminal weapons and making and offer to make custom weapons for people. She comes from a world where almost everything is a melee weapon and also a gun so odds are they'll all end up being a little bizarre. - She's had a few threads where she's started teaching other people how to hold their own in a fight. I'd like her to get more involved with that. - Her uncle showed up in the game recently. She's going to have a network post at some point just gushing about her cool trash family. - In August she's at least going to be pretty darn depressed but working to get that spring back in her step.
