Character Name: Dean Winchester

Employment in Deerington: No job yet but I figure park ranger would probably suit him pretty well
Residence in Deerington: 62 Shepherd Road, Flatwoods Point
Day to Day Activities: Right now just getting the lay of the land, trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Since he's coming from an alternate timeline where Sam said yes to Lucifer and now Lucifer is slowly taking over, his world has a super apocalyptic vibe. So the fact that he can... actually walk into a coffee shop again or get a burger is going to be very enjoyable lmao. He's sort of avoiding Sam since it took a hot second for him to understand that he isn't Lucifer so may have tried to kill him. He's got a very nagging feeling of being adrift because he's realised that he's been taken away from the one thing he wanted to achieve which is killing Lucifer. He can be found around town but highly likely to be alone and looking like he really doesn't want company.

About This Character: Full info here - Alright so because this is an AU Dean from a pretty messed up version of the world, he's not quite as nice as OU Deans can be. Topline differences are mainly: he hasn't seen his brother in 5 years, his brother is now possessed by Lucifer, he's obsessed with killing Lucifer, it makes him unbalanced af. He trusts precisely nobody so he's a hard nut to crack. He's been leading a resistance against Lucifer with the intention of surviving a harsh world and killing him so it's all he's been geared towards for a few years now.
Any Warnings: He comes with a few warnings tbh lmao. His content warnings are here in more detail but mostly it's violence, mental health issues, some offensive opinions on religion at times and because he's from a world where it's a virus pandemic style apocalypse, seems very apt to warn about that too.

Present Life: Main thing right now is just adjusting (badly) to having been pulled from everything he's been building towards for the last couple of years. Sam and Castiel are providing difficult things to deal with just by existing so that's something he's avoiding dealing with.
Future Ideas: Eventually I'm hoping he goes some way to repairing some of the relationships he used to have. He's never going to be whole again but I'd like him to work on improving how broken he is because what a sad boi. Also forging some new relationships once he remembers HOW to have friends again.

CR You Want: Mostly casual acquaintances because he's not in a mindset right now where friends is a possible thing. That said, I'm more than interested to lay some foundations for friendships developing over the coming months! It'll be a rollcoaster but eventually it'll pay off?? Probably???
CR You Don't Want: Overly happy CR is unlikely rn because he's just not in the headspace for it. I don't think he ever will be lmao. Romance is so off the table it's in another restaurant. On Mars.

It would probably be terrible and I'm here for that. He doesn't exactly have a high opinion of angels. Especially since they left his world to get ravaged by Lucifer :|

Cas isn't developed enough to be proactive about repairing their relationship. He's used to trying to repair things he can fix by fighting/killing something, using a spell, or tracking something down. Relationships aren't his strong suit, hence why only Balthazar really liked him whereas the other angels merely respected him.

With that being said, the fact that he doesn't actually know something's wrong let alone that their relationship is broken doesn't really help matters!!! Of course, Cas will be upfront about things he finds strange and call Dean out if he does manage to figure out that there's something wrong (like in their current thread) but other than that, it's going to be a long and arduous journey, so I demand restitution!!! Dean you must let Cas show you off to the Queen! He will, of course, teach you the proper dance steps for the formal greeting, wouldn't want to insult the whole beehive and get stung by her soldiers!

LMAO restitution! Look. Dean would absolutely not go willingly should he know what exactly he's being led to. But this still needs to happen and Dean should definitely get stung. Because he won't dance.

And yeah I think in terms of their relationship it's going to take Dean a little while to explain himself. He can explain the facts and what happened (probably while angry) but not how it made him feel because. Nope. But eventually he'll relearn how to stubbornly share. And that prayer in future is definitely also happening. Because.

I feel like throwing Buffy at a Dean who's like, over everything ever, might be a bad idea, but.... /shrug emote

She's used to prickly/snippy people, and although BtVS is pretty soft at times compared to Supernatural, she knows what it's like to have everything go to hell, so that could be an opening for commiseration.
