Jeff is both a dad AND Frank's age! I'm not sure how they'd get on, but since Jeff's also seeking fellow dads and same-age people, maybe there's some way to toss these two at each other and see. If nothing else, Jeff does go to the diner semi frequently to grade papers.

oh yes! the diner is the a+ place for frank to make new acquaintances (since he's not really the type for going out much and making friends). throughout july, he might be a bit of a scary sight until late in the month, sporting his punisher vest at the counter, but he should reverted back to normal after that if that suits you better for meeting!
