About This Character:
The Doctor is an alien that looks human. There are currently 14 versions of The Doctor. This is the 10th version of the Doctor. This version is cheeky, flirtatious (in a harmless way). Ten is very warm and very caring. Trying to give who are lost another chance and to forgive them.
The Doctor wants to solve problems with cleverness over; killing. This face of The Doctor does not like guns.

However, get on his wrong side and this version of The Doctor can be as cold as ice.
At Ten’s canon point, The Doctor believes to be the only one left of his kind.

Any Warnings:
The worst is Genocide. There’s an opt-out post if you don’t want this to come. This isn’t about 10’s face in particular but 10 is all his other faces. Has all those memories and has lessons and trauma from those past faces.
Ten specific warnings are his War PTSD (which is guns for this to come out) and on occasion can be semi-suicidal

Present Life: Captain Jack is back! The Doctor is the happiest he’s been for months. They’ve caught up and agreed about how much they love each other.

Ten is still helping out Gwen, Credence and Oscar in various ways so they can be better versions of themselves.

The Doctor is also befriending Alice. She is a vampire and he’s healing a long in-canon war between The Time Lords and Great Vampires.

Future Ideas: N/A up for plotting

CR You Want:

Telepathic CR would be nice. The Doctor already knows of Jean (and would like to extend on that)

Doctor would like to get to know more of the mutants besides, Jean, Rouge and Remy. Considering he’s an alien.

Anyone who needs a mentor or guider figure. The Doctor would more than be happy to help out.
