Louis | The Walking Dead Game

Character Name: Louis
Age: 17 in canon 18 in game (coming up to 19 in september!)
Employment in Deerington: He's just graduated from high school. He works part time in the bowling alley and plays piano in Pixie's a couple nights a week.
Residence in Deerington: 221 David Cliff Appartments with Daryl Dixon
Day to Day Activities: He can be found hanging out where the people are- he's highly sociable and doesn't like being alone, so if a lot of people spend time in a place, he's likely to be seen there a lot. He will regularly be found at both the rec centre and at Pixie's, where he plays the piano (he likes classical). He can also be found at the movie theatre or the diner on occasion. He has his dog Rosie with him on the regular. She is the best girl.

About This Character: Before his world got devoured in a zombie apocalypse, Louis was a rich kid who did a bad thing and got himself sent to a boarding school for troubled youth. He was in this school when the zombies started to happen and all but one of the faculty abandoned the kids there to die (super). Despite living through 8 years of zombie hell, Louis is a genuinely nice person. He acts as the emotional support for his group and had a knack for knowing when people need to be made to feel a little better. He deals with all his trauma (and massive self-loathing issues from the aforementioned bad thing) with jokes and fooling around. He IS a fun guy, but some of it is a font too. Still, he'll absolutely talk to anyone - he's as easy to befriend as an excitable puppy. If you want some easy, positive CR, here he is. Of course, the closer a person gets to him, the more likely he is to let on about how miserable he actually is so it's kind of a double-edged sword. His world state is here, seen as he's from a canon with multiple potential canonical paths. He's also a CRAU from Entranceway- where he was for 10 months.
Any Warnings: You'll get a heaping of child abandonment, violence against children, kidnapping children, murdering children and the general awfulness that comes from being in a world full of zombies. He tends to cover any trauma with humour so that's healthy.

Present Life: He's been spending his time helping people out as usual and doing his best to keep people he cares about alive. He now has two!!! people from home and while he's glad for them, he's also a little stressed out because that adds to the zombie-likelihood because their world is awful. His girlfriend is here, but she's from a world state where she ISN'T his girlfriend and he hasn't worked that out yet because he's an awkward turtle with her at the best of times.
Future Ideas: He'll be doing a lot of TLC stuff in August, because he knows that July was AWFUL- so he'll be checking in on his CR, probably bringing them snacks or finding ways to cheer them up. Once he realises where Clem's at he's for sure going to have a bit of a crisis because she was a vital part in him dealing with his shit back home and if that's not real what else isn't? So... enjoy that, y'all, you get to see Louis sad.

CR You Want: Louis is a social butterfly-he thrives on having a whole ton of friends. Thanks to the adult abandoning thing he gets closer to fellow teens and kids (and younger adults) a lot faster than adults. He'll still be pretty cheerful towards adults - but trust takes a lot more work. GIVE HIM ALL THE FRIENDS.
CR You Don't Want: Probably no romance because that's going to be a real trainwreck for him real soon.

Ohhh man, I'm excited (?? wrong word choice) to see how things pan out with Louis and Clem! If/when Peter learns about this angst, he'll definitely be a shoulder to lean on for Louis.

Also just adding to my little list of future things to get up to with you:
- that little dark heart-to-heart for more sad
- maybe an updated demon talk / demon business sometime??? Peter knows Paimon's name now, thanks to Luna, and they're about to have to learn how to co-exist a bit better, so he'd lean on Louis for that, too.
