old soldier boys ♥

frank is not the healthiest when it comes to dealing with his trauma, but he's definitely a lot better at it now than he used to be (he's currently engaged and has a pair of adopted kids, so it's an improvement from his murder rampages!). his bff at home, though, runs a support group for soldiers so it's something he'd resonate with a lot, and might actually be willing to at least help with/listen in on, even if he's not the best at being an active participant.
