I feel like they should have run into each other considering she's a demon hunter and it was his job to take down demons for a few millennia. I have no idea what kind of CR you'd prefer but I'll take a look at what she has out and if something seems to mesh well, I'd like to throw Cas her way.

ironically Wynonna mayyyy or may not also have uh slept with the same angel before she knew he was an angel, oop! but she's definitely realizing that her hometown was the hotspot for heavenly as well as demonic influence now so I'm sure she'd love to pick his brain

Well, Cas has no problem providing information. He's just not the type to offer it unless prompoted, but once prompted he has no reason to stay quiet on the subject.
