Oh, hey, if Rei is at the library, then she's probably run into Giles at some point, because you know... you can take the librarian out of the library but he's probably just going to run right back into it.

I was trying to figure out how best to point Rei and Giles towards each other but I was chatting with Giles' player and remembered he works there, so that works out!
