Event Ideas:

WANTING WAS ENOUGH- I'm all for anyone dragging him into karaoke (his voice is decent but he's no rock star) or getting his face painted (with less intense effects, of course)! I am also ALL for the weird lollipop changes, and definitely want to do something with the age ones, the animal feature ones, or even the gender/hair changing ones! (I have so many baby!Syaoran icons from the Rewind card antics, please let me use them)

He might also be camping out at the park for a good chunk of the month since.... yeah, that is a lot going on out there

SHHH!- That said, I do want him to try to fight some of the sound creatures? He did just regain his Thunder and Water talimans this month, so they could... possibly make a dent, but if anyone wants to team up with him/combine their magic for a stronger effect, I am all up for that! He also has his Dream Guide as of last month, so it's possible he can help fend them off with that, too.

THE BOX IS OPENED- Still trying to figure out what I want to do with the cryptids exactly ~~he can't fight Nessie, RIP~~, but maybe helping people fend off Chupracabras with his Dream Guide, since it's a wolf?? I sort of want to be awful and have him kidnapped by Mothman, HAHA--

OOC Limits: I'd like to keep any association with drug use more on the fun and lighthearted side of things, and avoid references to problematic addiction as much as possible. I'd also like to keep any drugged plotlines far away from any de-aged plotlines as they concern my CR during the event.

Desired CR: Old acquaintances meeting in new ways (via the lollipops), new acquaintances meeting for the first time, ASL students, people in need of haircuts for his barbershop, people with whom he can giddily share the news of his engagement, anything and everything.
Unwanted CR: His romantic cup overfloweth. Otherwise, taking all comers.

Event Ideas:

• Wrench is having a streak of bad luck brought on by an adorable creature this month. Let him accidentally wreck your shit or make something worse for you? Or just come save him from a runaway car or a falling piano?

• He'll be reinstating emergency ASL lessons in light of the sound-sensitive monsters. Come learn from him. (Also good for communicating across loud concert venues.)

• Would love for him to have a chance to feel the impact of virtually any of the lollipops, so I'll probably be sending him through his paces with briefly being A Youth, and possibly female, and maybe even an elf or something else.

• I'm sorry I'm sorry but I kind of want a Bigfoot pelt? Who'd like to help him get one?

• Might let him meet a Jackalope and see that he survives his entry point into Deerington, which could really change the course of his thinking about the futility of life as he knows it.

• Guess what? The dude actually sells body lotion that protects against liquid poison. Did you get turned into a strange creature by a lollipop? Come see him at his barbershop to learn more about the services he offers.

WANTING WAS ENOUGH: I'm mostly here for the lollipop shenanigans, but primarily the lemon or grape ones. I do prefer her to go younger, but I can definitely work in an older Inaba, too. She won't be camping unless someone insists, but she'll be playing music on her own. I'd also like for her to do karaoke - she's a hugeass nerd and will sing anime songs and she's a real good singer, too.

"DON'T MAKE A SOUND": ...so. Who wants to hurt monsters by Rickrolling them or with other various meme-related music. She also has some anime music on her phone, so if anybody is ever OK with being fourth-walled, I am here for your Peak Comedic monster shenanigans.

THE IDEAL HOST: I'm not looking for possession, but - I am here for exorcism! Inaba actually has some experience with this, since she's just off the heels of having helped exorcise a huge spider curse. It's A Thing.

THE BOX IS OPENED: I'm thinking of having some Jackalope future visions! Maybe some of her home canon (since she's from volume 1, I have a lot to work with) or her future from SCP if anybody wants to deal with any of those.

Event Ideas:
Mick loves eating and he will be HERE for the food trucks and the drinking and probably the other drugs as well. Give me shenanigans and maybe a flimsy excuse for some fire setting! Mick will also be learning that the sound-hunting creatures can't be easily burned with his flame gun.

Event Ideas:
Buck will be getting body painted for sure. I would prefer to keep this to close CR if it's going to head in the orgasmic direction, but otherwise I'm good for a nice little massage. I think a lollipop might be fun for him, too. Maybe he'll have wings for a day. He'll also probably wind up around the music a lot because he loves all the animals.

Current Body Horror Note:
Vira-Lorr's head is not attached to her body. If you don't want to see that body horror of the headless horseman routine, let me know and she'll wear an attractive neck brace and it won't be mentioned. Otherwise, get ready for a lot of dumb 'head' puns because she's using humor to cope since she can't drink. (She's on perscription anti-nausea to deal with the fact that everything smells like rotting flesh right now.)

Event Ideas:
Vira-Lorr will have a Top Level for this Event. I'll get to it tomorrow.
--Party Shenanigans: Sure, I'm down for any and all. She'll hear the "Key whisper" at some point during the month because I intend to involve her in the Father event. Definitely up for some light stuff, various fun and easy going activities.
--SHHH: I would like for her to have a few 'hiding' run ins with the creatures and to have a couple 'fights' where she's using the tricks she's picked up in watching them to angle for weak points. Maybe one kill of one of these awful things.
--Cryptid Fun: I'll include two prompts in her top level related, and she's up for a fight or positive interaction. She will not be hunting bigfoot for his pelt. I'm leaning towards positive interactions this month.
--Possession: No, but she'll help cure if you want.

--Father:
Yeah. Doing this. I'll be posting a top-level. She's had some suspicions, and this is an awful confirmation of those suspicions. I'm going to ask the mods a very VERY important question to color her responses, and depending on the answer I'm down for her fighting the bastard multiple times (or trying to help him.). If I am interpreting the situation correctly, and there is no peaceful solution, I would like to include an "Ultimate Attack" using one of the Deer in a single fight with the Father. It would play very closely to a thing that terrifies Vira-Lorr to this day.

Vira-Lorr's canon has its true "Ultimate Attacks" as tag-team moves. It's only possible to use any of them if the right specific canon mate is present and participates. I've been tormenting Vira-Lorr since December 2018 with the possibility that two castmates (Sharona and Winfield) could possibly have been trapped here in the previous iterations of sleepers in the town. Sharona + Vira-Lorr is one of those tag-team pairings, so I'd like to include a 'finishing move' involving her and an unseen Deer Statue. The spell is going to be a "Once in Deerington" sort of thing, because wow is it ever overkill, but hey it's for the fun of the visual and the torment that Sharona might actually be one of the deer here.

Event Ideas:

- Five's definitely a little paranoid, so someone showing up named "Allison".... SUSPICIOUS. But then he'll party, no worries. He'll be staying in the park.
- I'd love to play with the quiet monsters, maybe fighting them or getting people away with his spatial jumping. I'd also like to have him get hurt and ignore it for a while, if anybody would like to have their character discover that he has a wound in a thread and help him out.
- That's it! I'm willing to play with others' possession, Siren Head, and the cryptids too, though!

Due to the event of July and Ruby Rose's death, I am aware that there may be characters who haven't accepted her apologies or trial as sufficient. If your character is one who would intentionally go out of their way to take a swing, please speak to me first. I would prefer to avoid lethal events (either her killing or being killed).

Event Ideas:
Neo will be the one of my three who doesn't have a top level this month unless requested. She's going to be hitting up CR.
--The Party: Yeah, expect her to be here in full swing. I'm up for any shenanigans you want. She could use a lighter month, and I'm thinking of tossing her primarily at this portion of the event.

She may actually camp out at the party some and I've got a few ideas about it.
--Silent monsters: Look, of course I'm going to bring the girl whose weapon is Hush and whose specialty is keeping quiet into this. She's a little too well suited.
--Disorienting Monsters: Yeah, I'm down for some creepy pasta watching the tv if anyone else is up for it, and I'm equally willing to pass.
--Possession: Taking a hard pass on this for her this month. I'll only deal with this if close CR gets possessed and she's trying to help them, in which case yes I'm in. But this is more of a "at your request" option.

The Father:
She needs to be convinced, but she can be convinced by a trusted CR to participate. if nobody nibbles, she will probably pass on this fight/event for the moment.

THE STORY SO FAR: He has a house upgrade and it's the Jingshi house from his canon home, and it's where he and Wei Wuxian lives. Otherwise, romantically, the wangxian team is doing Just Fine.

WANTING WAS ENOUGH: He can appear with rabbit ears, wings, or an elf. But it's possible he's chill with the music and concert, get wasted, and get accidentally high.

THE IDEAL HOST: He can exorcise the possessed individual and help heal them with his magic

THE BOX IS OPENED: He will go hunting for the Jackalope because the man has an affinity for rabbits. As for the cryptids, he'll help out a group or save them. My limit is the worm, perhaps.

SHADOW OF OUR SINS: It could be anytime. I am super interested to join a group or a party to fight the mayor and see Deerington Unmasked. I might have him walk away with heavy injuries if there's a victory or close to it, but if I'm super into it then work details with me how the severity of injury and fight is going to go! For this plot, I might plot his first death from battle exhaustion and severe injury.

August-catch all: If none of the prompts works, I have an open post that covers the campfire stories, the storm during the breaking of the dome, and etc. It's open to all.

GENERAL PLAN: Get wasted, kill monsters, cryptid night-hunts, make friends, try not to die, and live out his best life.

Event Ideas: Body painting might be interesting for both Tony and Buffy, and I'd definitely like to have them experiment with the lollipops for varying effects. Deaging one or both would be fun to play around with, but also I'm leaning heavily towards (temporarily?) turning Buffy into a vampire.

Having Tony wind up possessed might be something interesting to do as well.

With regards to the mini-event, if I decide to participate, Tony has a pretty significant water phobia, so that could be something that might come up. I'm not quite certain yet on fighting the Mayor, but it's an intriguing idea! I'll probably further solidify my plans as I get to writing up my top-levels and whatnot, but I'm very flexible too. \o\

Character Name: Larxene (Kingdom Hearts)
Desired CR: Any and All for the most part. Neutral's a lot easier these days than it's been in the past, but Negative's still easy to get.
Unwanted CR: Romantic (Unless your name's Penny Polendina). Dance card's currently full surprisingly enough. Yeah, she's as shocked as your character is.

Death? Nooooot really planning on it, nope.

Canon Point Note:
-For those just hopping in from Kingdom Hearts (looks like we just got 3 castmates, yay!) or looking for clarity: Larxene is, as of several months back, Post KH3 death. So she has been 'unified' back with her memories and emotions as Elrena, in addition to several mind-altering events during 2020 that have twisted her around to have a more positive/protective attitude towards younger characters. So she vacillates at times between snarky, sneering and helpful in a fight with a bit of a sadistic edge, and sometimes a more emotionally vulnerable, tired person who's realizing she might actually care about a few people and prefers it that way.

So... she's Larxene, but now with FEELINGS (tm). Still, expect plenty of her usual snark.

Event Ideas:
Larxene will have a Top Level this event.
--Party: Her top level won't have prompts, but I'm down for hopping into party threads with others. She might have a date at the concert because it's a perfect excuse.
--Silent Monsters: Oh yes, I'm down for this. She might use the crack of thunder to defean one of those bastards as a method of enabling escape.
--Distorto Monsters: Creepy Pasta visions are absolutely a go. She might be curious to pin down the source of what's keeping them here while hunting Cryptids.
--Cryptid hunting Oh yes. There'll be at least one or two prompts in hers on this one.
--Possession: The plot is available on request, but only on request. If not requested I won't be doing it.

The Father:
I won't be doing a top-level for the event. However, if one of her CR wants an arguably insane, lightning wielding maniac to help them take on the Father without much concern for the consequences? Give me a buzz. Larxene's down for one or two matchups.

She will have opinions on what she sees in the hospital. The notion of imagination, of dream having power is something that Larxene can appreciate and understand.

If Five ends up getting hurt, Jean can definitely try and help him out if he'll let her. She's the team's doctor, so. She's got you, Five.

Is it Sleepers only for demonic possession or would Townspeople have been affected by this as well? Especially with the demons jumping ship from host to host if they can?

Also for those with telepathic abilities will they be able to push down the demonic presence to allow the host to shine through or will they encounter resistance, especially as the possession progresses?

for the Allison concert, if Jonathan were to take pictures of "Allison," would there be any hint in the developed pics that she's a ghost? Transparent or doesn't show up or something?

wanting was enough: Jonathan will absolutely go to a concert, even if it's not his Type(tm) of music, so he'll be there! And definitely taking pictures, because that's his thing. He'll go more than once so he will have heard both of the ghostly whisper things. While I won't be writing a specific prompt for it, assume that he did do the karaoke thing so you may have heard him do that. Jonathan already has his demon horns and doesn't trust Deerington SO he's going to avoid drugs and lollipops. He's going to take that "play music loudly" thing seriously so his house is a safe place to hide from monsters!

I'm waiting to hear back about whether his photos would show some sign of Allison's ghostly nature, but if they WOULD then I'll add a new prompt to his TL, so put a pin in this idea.

scary stories to tell in the dark: Jonathan is already a demon himself, so no possession. BUT I'm up for any cryptid encounters that don't involve Jonathan dying.

Desired CR: Anything! I'm really interested in building some new long-lasting relationships for good or bad, though I prefer ongoing negative CR to have a reason/catalyst than just because. I'm also interested in Credence meeting other queer people bc he still doesn't know what to do with that identity and wants to learn. Also I'm always up for anything that pushes him closer to Being A Villain or at least doing something incredibly morally dubious!

Event Ideas:

Credence won't be likely to attend the concert stuff unless someone convinces him, so it's not likely he'll have heard the music advice. Also he doesn't like own a radio. Help him.

don't make a sound: Credence is available to come destroy quiet place monsters with the obscurus transformation. This is also VERY LOUD, not just destructive. He can control this transformation now so your character isn't in serious danger from it, though there could be some varying level of injury if that's what you want.

scary stories to tell in the dark: I'm up for Credence encountering someone possessed, but he has religious trauma(tm) and this could turn out real bad for everyone!

Otherwise, I'm especially interested in Nessie rescue since Credence does go to the lake fairly often and any encounters with Mothman.

He'll be heading to the concert out of sheer curiosity. Plus the fact he maybe...kind of...misses being around people. Body paint will need some kind of outside influence, cause he's no artist. But it'd only be the refreshed/relaxed outcome for his 16 year old self. He'll definitely be taking advantage of the food trucks. This boy can pack away food like crazy, so he'll be filling his stomach on multiple occassions. As for the lollipops. He's getting turned into a dog. bc he's usually an overexciteable puppy dog, so why not go all the way? He may end up camping, depending on whether he gets invited to join people or not.

SHHH!
Even though he's not as in control of his powers as he usually is, Peter can still creep around stealthily. So he'll have no trouble working his way past the creatures. So short of someone he knows getting attacked by one of them, he won't really get involved with this part.

SIREN HEAD
Same as before. He'll investigate out of sheer curiosity, and will try to follow one when they leave. He'll get a bit of head scrambling going on to keep him escaping, of course.

THE IDEAL HOST
The boy is getting possessed! Heck yeah. Screw morally grey, he's going straight to the darkest timeline. ~~No not Spider-Man 3.~~ If you've got a character you'd like maimed or even killed, step right up. He'll be happy to help. I'm going SPN demon style, because that's the type I'm most familiar with in media.

Giles is gonna eat a lollipop and revert to his PUNK ROCK REBEL early-twenties self. Enjoy 24 hours of "Ripper" being a hedonistic dumbass.
Body painting is on the table with Ripper.
Giles will be available for Quiet Place monster encounters. He's only human and will default to hiding, but he's competent with his assorted medieval weaponry.
Giles can perform exorcisms if needed!
