Yes!! Underneath all the awfulness of parasites and other #NightmareThings, I love that it's kind of a chance for them to deal with teen dram and how things will go with that. I also realise both Ruby and Peter have dealt with being on the bad end of Fern too, so that could maybe be a thing they talk about someday?

I'm planning to keep Paimon more lowkey this month, he's just hanging out on the beach for a bit to find some chill, but we could definitely shoot for something in December! I love all of these wild children too and am forever here for more things with Rubes ♡

Dreams could definitely work!! Paimon's so.... weird and messed up, there's a vast spectrum of dreamscape stuff to potentially work with, I think! His dreams could go from like, memories of setting people on fire with his mind to sitting in an empty room drawing with the skill of a child gk[ld';f He's some Twilight Zone shit and I'm so down for seeing how his spookiness would mix with Bill's spookiness.

OH you're canon familiar, I'm really glad! Check me always trying to explain bits of Peter/Paimon/Hereditary in general and probably failing miserably....... But ohhh my gosh, right? The Stranger Things kids have been unexpectedly and delightfully wonderful to explore with him, and I was super excited to see Eleven join the mix!

I'm so weak for exploring kids who grew up in atypical / traumatic situations and how that would affect them later on. Paimon's such a wild spectrum but I'm just starry-eyed at the thought of him being able to relate to El, like the whole fact they both were essentially manipulated by like, a group of people with an agenda....... Arts and glitter though, y'all it's so pure..... ;;;;;;;

Peter finally knows! It's taken him like... a year, but he knows Paimon's name by now and that he's a "demon king", but not much more than that! The canon point I took him from was right after Paimon permanently got into him but before the cult explained who he was?? So that's been part of the process and Paimon's still very lost on all that. He's been reaching out to anything that feels familiar / could help him understand himself, so I could absolutely see him being drawn to El and just straight up wanting to hang w her, show her his crafts too. :')

Yes. Honestly Ruby spends so much time kind of shouldering the weight of the world and everyone else's problems it's just really fun to throw her at a very mundane problem and watch her flop around like a fish out of water. I'm digging the idea of them both just not knowing how to handle this and navigating through a pretty normal teen problem.

Yes!! Ruby is actually aware that Peter has been in the same boat as her. She had a brief talk with Luna about it but hasn't brought it up to Peter because both her and Luna were concerned about him worry about it and she's also #internalizingeverything in a totally healthy way. So I'd definitely be up for them kind of having a chat about that. Ruby's got pretty darn torn about her situation and it would be good for her to get it off her chest.

Yeah! December sounds good or we can do something simple in the old inboxes if we get antsy. Give me awkward demon possessed, he's such a good and I love their friendship so much.

Oh my gosh, I'm so here for this. Peter's honestly... not really addressed it much at all, not even to Luna. He's just tried to keep the peace and swallow it down, but he probably needs to talk about it sometime. Since he and Ruby have both been kind of targeted by Fern like, over time, so them relating about that would be so interesting! I also love how Fern literally only stopped actively trying to be rid of them because of his devotion to Varian and Paimon LMAO. Also three cheers for Internalising Everything.... :') These kids need to just scream into a pillow someday, actually get things out.

Yessss. Ruby's in an awkward spot because she's made attempts to smooth things over time but they've mostly blown up in her face? And it's not really a situation she can walk away from because there's teen drama and Varian's got emotions caught up in it now. So she's pretty darn demoralized about the situation. I love the idea of them just sitting down and just having a big old mood about their respective situations.

Pour one out for the kids who can't cope with reality! They need to find a good solid poor choice outlet for their issues. Scream into a pillow, throw some rocks at something. They're both so soft I can only image how poorly they'll do.

Oh yes, it's got that FEEL to it. The poor kid had to wait 15 years for his dad to tell him he was proud of him. It's G R E A T. Not affected his emotional wellbeing at all.
