Welcome to the newest event! This is an exciting time and the event provides several chance encounters for your characters. Remember, everyone, all things in this game has consequences so don't think this will be the last you hear of this event.

Or maybe it will be. What do we know?

New CR, old CR, theme park buddies, exploration friends, getting SUPER creeped out at having a mascot in their house, getting even more creepied out that there's no townsfolk in the park, testing out the blurriness of the people walking around, feeding scoot sprites, eating green tea ice cream, taking so many photographs...also making sure to wear a lot of sunscreen.

CR Wanted: Literally anything.
CR Not Wanted: Not an option. I want all things.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Eddie's gonna be having a REAL BAD TIME with this event. The summer is already kind of a sensitive time frame for his mental health but ALL THIS SHIT Is just gonna be one giant PTSD trip for a certain clown that shall remain nameless. Anyway he's gonna be trying his best to have fun around the park but will be one cagey boyo.

Some options!

1. Definite exploration of Freddy's. Eddie's going to hate his life with a deep passion in that place and be #Shook by the posters. I'm down to play survival night too with this kid.

2. Someone listen to a Watcher scream at Eddie in his mom's voice cause that 100% will happen.

3. He probably won't go on water rides Because Do You Know How Much Bacteria Is In Them?!

4. I am actually pretty down for him to be in at least one of the performances. He'll be enthralled later that he could ever do such a thing!!

5. He will be afraid of the soot sprites at first but then love them and find them cute af.

6. Kinda interested in a few psychological aspects of this event in general. Eddie isn't stable in general and his issues are gonna be uhhh coming out to shine...haha...get it. Shine.

7. Casual fun with food can be had. The better stuff. Like. Hot dogs? Ice cream? Stuff that doesn't make him want to pass out like popcorn. I dunno man.

CR Wanted: X'rhun and I are new so can I say everything? okok specifics: Friends, friends who don't mind him perching on their houses every so often, sparring buddies, mage friends, fellow non-humans, adventure buddies, or simply people who will be able to keep up with him when he gets into his cat groove.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
Who wants to go into the tunnel of love with him? Lewd or not, I don't really mind. Or the carousel-- though he'd be really pleased at being so high up because cat. In the water parks he'll be able to carry someone around for a bit while swimming, especially the wave pool, but he may get bored at the lazy river. And, well... I will also welcome after-hours shenanigans.

Or idk, if someone wants to be his "date" for a day, because there are no such things as circuses or theme parks where he's from! He wants to look at all the things, get into all of the happenings. Of course that'd mean being patient and answering all of his questions about what circuses and theme parks are.

Adam Parrish and Gabriel Caron

CR Wanted: Everything! Things I especially want include: teenage friendships, adult mentors or role models since Adam is starved for positive adult relationships. I’m also fine with negative CR for Adam. His non-compromising pride and high standards (for himself and others) means he can get judgy and unfriendly pretty easily.
CR Not Wanted: N/A
Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
* Adam’s never gotten to go to an amusement park before, so he’ll be wandering around in innocent delight, with a sense of guilt like he’s not allowed to be here or to have fun. All new friends or innocent enjoyment of the park is very welcome. I’m also interested in the Ferris Wheel and Carousel prompts but I don’t have any specific ideas. If anyone’s interested in either of those with Adam I will gladly write up a prompt for it.
* Good Bye Tunnel - Please someone go on this ride with Adam. He will be deeply shaken by the experience.
* Circus performer - Adam will be drawn into the circus performance for the entire length of it, and he will be enthusiastically gregarious. Good thing about the magic assist on gymnastics, because he’s going to be doing some very dangerous trapeze work. He’s also going to be fantastically made up like a forest fairy, lovely and androgynous, which is the sort of thing he has never tried in real life, so I’d like it very much if someone would bring this to his attention later or take a picture of him to show him what he looked like. Adam has been raised amidst very toxic patriarchy, so looking nice or androgynous is an option he’d never considered.


Character Name: Gabriel Caron
CR Wanted: All! Flirtations and negative CR both come fairly naturally to him because he’s a smarmy, flirtatious know-it-all, but I’d love for him to get some more practical friendships or people who push him out of his comfort zone in some way. He wants to be the charismatic center of attention at all times. I’m interested in situations that challenge him to move outside of that, so I’d love to try a bunch of different CR for him.
CR Not Wanted: N/A
Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
* Balloon - Gabriel will accept one of the balloons, and his thoughts on it will say things like “I deserve to be worshiped”, “Adore me”, “Kneel to me”, and specific anatomy he would like sucked.
* Lazy River Ladies - Gabriel will be susceptible to the lure of the lazy river ladies, so anyone who would like to either get into trouble with him and/or help him get out of trouble here would be welcome.
* Lion tamer - Gabriel will be performing in the night circus as a sort of MC and lion tamer. He will be very outgoing and flirtatious, welcoming people to attend the event, but he will come out of the trance in the middle of a dangerous animal performance and may need help managing some lions.
* After hours - Gabriel will be exploring the park after hours, and I would love for someone to wander around with him. He’ll be drawn to the existential philosophy aspects of this, so expect some discussion on that topic. I’m also interested in Gabriel reacting to and getting into trouble with the Watchers. He’s not a combat character so he wouldn’t naturally attack the Watchers, but he would be very interested in investigating them (and for him and your character to hear each other’s thoughts).

Character Name: Moira O'Deorain
CR Wanted: Everything. She doesn't have a lot of CR yet outside of her canon mates yet. Moira comes across as pretty serious, but she lives on dry humor and appreciates people who don't get overly emotional about things. Positive CR is always great, but she's real good for negative CR if you have a super moralistic character.
CR Not Wanted: The limit does not exist.
Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Moira's gonna be exploring the park a lot, so she'll be easy to incorporate into almost any part of the event. Things I'd really love:

- She will have her biotic grasp with her this time because she's not trusting anything after the dance okay. SO if someone is injured at some point, Moira can try to heal them, and she is 100% unaware that her healing has been altered so that anytime she helps others, it takes from her own life source so that would be a fun discovery.
- Getting locked inside Freddy's
- She'll probably play at Chinga and no care about the whimpering, so someone should uh. Maybe stop her from continuing to play.
- She's gonna get a doll for sure and probably pull it's head off for safety's sake, she's seen enough horror movies to hate this.
- ... She will absolutely get distracted by the gorgeous women if someone would like to help save her ass.
- The Good Bye Tunnel and the Love Tunnel are both up for grabs. She won't be happy in the Good Bye Tunnel, but she'll be calm enough to (maybe) help whoever she's riding with if they are having a hard time. She's strict, not heartless. Honest.
- She'll become part of the show for sure and her trance will last after the show is over. She won't be dressed as a character, but if someone wants to interact with a friendly, moralistic, upbeat, optimistic Moira HAVE AT.
- Watchers will be taunting Moira with her failures - the article she published that destroyed her career, her inability to connect to even the people she cares about most, etc. It will make her super pissed. She will probably attack the Watchers because she isn't great about listening to her faults, so if someone wants to hear a secret from Moira so she can get back to herself, that's cool. I might also be willing to make this her first death, SHE'S CURIOUS ABOUT DEATH ANYWAY.

........ And I'm up for whatever else people can think of.

Allura | Voltron

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Okay so I am STUPIDLY excited about this event. And it's a perfect introduction to the game AND Earth for Allura. Things that I definitely know I want to hit up -

Food & Freddy's: I want her to try so much food. I think she'll love popcorn and she'll be very taken in by the Cotton Candy. I would also love for her to visit the pizza parlor and deal with that shit show too.

Games: She can be a little competitive at times so carnival games are a must. Potentially doing them wrong at first and then aceing them and winning creepy doll prizes for herself as others.

Water Park: The Wave Pool and Tunnel of Love are particular interests to me. AND THE TUBE RIDE!! So buddies for any of those would be great.

Circus & After Hours: Just. Yes. She'd be fairly nimble in general but this is great. I'm cool with her being either in the trance or someone who isn't and is concerned about the others.

And just generally exploring creepy park after hours is great too. Partners for that would be appreciated!

Soot Sprites. They're cute and she will feed them popcorn.

This is definitely going to be cementing her first impressions of Earth-like things even though she knows this isn't exactly Earth. Please teach her.

CR Wanted: ALL! I'd like to deepen old CR and I'd love to have Justine met more people. This is the sort of place where Justine would both enjoy and try to ignore the being creepy factor. It might show people how odd her life has been since she hasn't really had the time to go to places like an amuse park before.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
I don't have a lot of ideas but I am absolutely going to get something up and tag around. I need to figure out why Justine is going. She might go but be careful/prepared and go digging into things and looking for answers. At which she'll probably get into a lot of trouble. Justine is not a fighter.

Cotton candy will be eaten.
Possibly inspecting the child statue.
Maybe something with a stuffed toy where she's not at the park but tries to get rid of it and it opens because Justine will scream like crazy because OMG.
I'm up for people pulling Justine on rides but she might not try any without any assistance. Except for maybe the Ferris Wheel because then she can see the whole park but she'd want someone to come with her. I'd like to get her in trouble and mess with her head. It's fun.
She has medication at the moment so that'll help through all of this.

I would love for her to nearly OD during this week and someone take her to the hospital. If anyone is up for that?

Niall is an irritatingly experienced dream manipulator who will be drifting around to assist others with whatever nonsense they've run into. Every single NPC in sight does not like him. Everywhere he goes, heads turn like they're expecting him to rob the place. So do you really want this guy's help?

He'll otherwise spend his time feeding reluctant soot sprites, and he'll be around after hours to explore the park in its altered state. The Watchers don't like him any more than the other NPCs do, but he has no intention of attacking them unless he's goaded.

CR Wanted: Everything. Just got in, haven't done an intro post, and am more than happy for it to be that Bruce hasn't been seen until the event (he might have been skulking around out of sight)

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
Bruce won't willingly go on the majority of the rides, but could potentially be coaxed into the slower ones (lazy river, ferris wheel, tunnel of love etc), for the sake of exploration, discovery, or to just relax.

He'll definitely be interested in checking out the park after hours because he wants to know what the hell is going on.

Due warning: freaking him out, manipulating him etc. into a forced transformation will result in a lot of destruction and potential violent death for those around him.

Look, at this point I think Bruce is obligated to investigate the Tunnel of Love with Blake. FOR SCIENCE!

But if you're not into that, I think we could at least get these two together for some conspiracy gossip over carnival food. :D Or anything, really~ I'm open to other suggestions, too.

he's good with blood and pretty clear-headed in frantic situations so I wanna know what freaks him out. put him on the hanging bodies ride OK! ghost ferris wheel OK! I don't think he'd go on the tunnel of love thing because ?? he doesn't have romance emotions (yet), but almost anything is fair game. mostly I just want to make CR and am cool with pretty much any way of achieving that

CR Not Wanted: Not looking for longterm shipping, as I've currently got some plans there and don't want to let anyone down with false promises. Not looking for negative CR without some kind of emotional tie or payoff (IE I'd rather play out a betrayal or misunderstanding vs characters just disliking each other without an emotional balance)

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
(so many great options, so I will prob do an open thing, but plan with me so I can maximize my variety pls! :>)
-Stuffed animal - I'd love to do a thread with someone where Bucky or another person destroys one of the stuffed animals after trying to throw it out several times.
-Exploring with someone - maybe trying to touch people and/or trying to figure the distorted statue out. Bucky has fond memories of Coney Island growing up, so he'll be all about getting a little lost in those memories with food and games and shit. Maybe throw a ferris wheel ride or the carousel in on this.
-Soot sprites - Bucky's going to make friends with them in his usual Disney princess fashion.
-Freddy Fazbear's Pizza - I would love to do something with Bucky finding a poster of himself or Steve or one of his sisters as a kid. I would also love to trap Bucky inside with someone to fight animatronics.
-Games - Let him win things for people with one hand tied behind his back missing. He'll be happy to win prizes for people, especially cute women and kids, but he'd win something for another dude, too, if he thought it would make them happy. He won't be taking any prizes home for himself, but he'll happily win them for others and if they take home one of those creepy accident dolls, he'll guiltily help deal with it, too. (or even if he didn't win it for them, but they have a creepy doll problem he's got ur back)
-Shame balloon - open to someone else having a balloon with Bucky around to witness, but he won't be taking a balloon himself
-Good Bye Tunnel - someone ride this shit with him. he's only gonna do it once!
-Tunnel of Love - totally down for awkward rides or a mid-ride hookup (someone hasn't had sex in 70 years)
-Circus - Bucky's gonna perform some daring acrobatics on a horse. His trance will last past the show if anyone wants to deal with bizarro!Bucky. He'll be cold and dispassionate, almost more like the Winter Soldier than the Bucky people know here. General after hours exploration or the after hours pizza place thing could be cool with this.

AND FINALLY!
-Lazy river - He will get his dumb ass grabbed under by a flirty fishmonster lady if anyone wants to save him/try to. I'm considering killing him here, but I haven't completely made up my mind yet. If I do kill him, it will be at the end of the week.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: I'M PRETTY UP IN THE AIR ABOUT WHAT I WANT TO DO but Shiro's going on the grounds of investigating the park and seeing if there's any information or clues about the city there.

For sure, he'll get dumped in the love tunnel because I think that's hilarious. And poking around after hours, though I'm going to abstain from fighting the Watchers outright. Finding the bathroom posters is probably guaranteed to be a bad time, so that might be fun.

He's probably going to wind up injured somehow. That's just sort of a given. Possibly fighting the fish ladies if someone wants or needs a rescue?

Otherwise I'm up for plotting!

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

- Shame balloon. Because that's exactly what she needs. Welp.

- For some more friendlier/less horror-filled tags, Scarlett would probably be playing some of the games. She's extra strong so she could win some huge stuffed animals for the kids she knows if they want.

- As she can hold her breath for half an hour with being a demon, she could possibly save someone from the pretty ladies. Or fail to if she can't free them in time. Either way it's gonna be horrific.

- The Good Bye Tunnel - she's here for the terror. It'll be fun, right?

- Someone dragging her onto the Tunnel of Love for a joke/some light hearted fun, because to be honest, she's not gonna go on her of her own free will. So yes, making some hasty decisions and bad choices would be super fun!

- Getting pulled into the Carousel of horror!

- Possibly taking part in the circus, I'm considering having her do tight-rope walking and coming out her trance half-way through and falling to her death? Or if someone could get her down/rescue her before she does kill herself.

CR Wanted: Any! If you're the kind of person, like me, that's okay skipping introductions, please feel free to assume your character has already met Blake around town. He's friendly and quiet and his jobs haven't been approved yet, but when they are he'll be literally everywhere. :)

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

Being that John is CRAU, please check out his CRAU opt out post if you feel you may not have an interest in this kind of CR, or if you want to request limited exposure.

That being said, Blake's going to smell the evil stink on this place from a mile away due to his past experiences with this sort of thing. Unfortunately for him, fortunately for me (and you?), he's absolutely NOT going to avoid this place. He will be picking up his Tyvek bracelet and boldly venturing in with his noble spirit all chest out, and while he'll be doing his best to be cautious and observant, it wouldn't be any fun if he didn't get himself involved in some shenanigans.

Here are some ideas/thoughts if anyone's interested:

- observing shameful thoughts via balloon-vision, maybe as many as possible

- Tunnel of Love for light romance interactions

- Ferris wheel (perhaps more than once) and investigation of ensuing shadows

- As much as I love the idea of Blake becoming a performer for the show, I don't think anyone will really be able to tell he's acting the opposite since no one really knows him, so I'll take whatever weird performer interactions if anyone wants to set a bad (or good) example with Blake to start, haha. He will be there watching the show, of course.

- After dark exploration and observing the Watchers

- Literally anything else! I love doing crazy, different things! Pretty much anything goes, so ask if you want, or we can plot something unique together. :D

Ideas pertaining the event:

• Entertaining the soot sprites.
  
• Riding mundane rides and eating mundane food and going to the waterpark just generally.
  
• Going on the Ferris Wheel and seeing the spectres! Or going on the Carousel and having to...fight the ride.
  
• Flipping out at the children's posters in the bathroom of the Freddy's Pizza. There would be much flipping.
  
• The Good Bye Tunnel with a friend for Horror CR of the spookiest kind.
  
• I have no idea how I'd get him onto the Tunnel of Love ride, but if we can contrive something I'd be up for a bit of Daemon-torture, because wow it would hit all of his buttons.
  
• Daemon trying to interact with any performing friends at the Circus, or helping people who come out of it early.
  
• I'm thinking I want Daemon to...do...performance of some kind and the trance lingering a bit after with him as a huge nerd who tells bad jokes and is very shy and self-deprecating. So let me know if that sounds hilarious to you.
  
• Spooky After Dark investigations, like a very cautious Scooby-Doo.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:
- ALL OF THE CARNIVAL GAMES AND RIDES PLEASE. Oh, and the food. Jesse lives for carnival food.
- Would really like to interact with the Ferris wheel. Jesse had a bad experience with shadow people during the first event, and while these ones are harmless, it would be nice if someone could help him deal with the fallout.
- Would also really be interested in the carousel! Part of me wants him to break one of the animals off the ride, even though it will just eventually become plastic again.
- Tunnel of Love. Yes. Absolutely.
- Interacting with people affected by the Greatest Show. Not so interested in having him be a part of the show himself.

▸ circus: i'm absolutely going to have peter wind up in the circus show at 9pm sharp. he'll fall into a trance and head straight up for the acrobat and trapeze scenes. how is that young teenager just so good at that? how? its obviously just the circus magic fff. watch him, be entertained by him, maybe try and snap him out of it? he'll be extra confident and practically arrogant during this trance-like state, as he is the Goshdarned Best Trapeze Artist to Exist ok don't argue

▸ ferris wheel: he'll be headed up to get a view over the whole city, maybe see what the extents of this place are, but during that time he'll definitely see some super strange shadow people. catch him in the aftermath of it maybe? or if you want to ride the ferris wheel with him, that is also an option!

▸ freddy fazbear's pizza: possibly getting locked in after-hours and having to find that safe room? + all that that encapsulates. peter's gonna be hanging out, just enjoying some nightmare-pizza, and come across seeing some especially super weird posters of mayBE HIMSELF and also his best buddy ned when they were a little younger than they are now (so, yes, like last year's year book pics) as well, so that'd be a fun trip for peter + his cr c:

i'm definitely open to anything else in the event, but these are the main three that stuck out to me. i won't be doing any open prompts this month because i'm still working on backlog, etc. etc., but i would be super happy to write up closed starters for those who want to do a planned out plot thing! hmu here or find me over at plurk (thwip) / discord (spidey#2716)!

• Josh is totes available for general hangout-related things. He's more likely to get involved with the food, rides, and checking out the restaurants and all that while employing the buddy system. Let's get into some trouble, friends!

• Come join him being freaked out by Chinga because thaaaat can't be good.

• Hell yeah to the Tunnel of Love. ♥ ♥ ♥ Josh is so there for any lurv tunnel action. Lbr, he'll probably be smoking up in his swan.

• Haven't decided if I want him to be a performer yet, but he'll def be there to watch the Night Circus! He'd be capable of detecting the marionette strings and can possibly help a bro out of a trance or two.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

• MEETING PEOPLE IN GENERAL. Somebody explain this Deerington bullshit to her while she pokes around and tries to throw this creepy ass stuffed rabbit away. >( I'm down if someone wants to drag her into shenanigans, but if left to her own devices she'll mostly try to stick to the vanilla areas, like the normal rides and the kiddie pool spots. She's also not sporty at all, so lmfao, she'd lose every game anyway, someone save her...

• Her shame balloon will say she killed someone and she'll 500% freaked out if anyone finds that out, w h o o p s.

• After-hours exploration! Henry is definitely likely to come back and look around at night. Perfect opportunity for some killer mermaid or ferris wheel action, maybe, huehuehue.

• There are a few opportunities for her to get really scared and have her powers get janky. Her app has more details, but essentially when Henry goes into fight or flight, there's a chance she might just... suddenly teleport away and end up god knows where, if anyone wants to play around with that.
