NOVEMBER'S EVENT

Welcome to the temporary rehousing event for Deerington! All characters will be able to return to their homes with the December Event. Until then, they have been given new temporary homes in tree houses! For housing arrangement, you can choose between being randomly placed in a tree house or choose your roommates.

All housing information will be listed on the 13th. Even those who sign up for specific housing, your character's house number will be randomly assigned.

The event itself with specific details will be posted on the fifth.

This page also serves as the plotting post for November's event!

All locations, character homes, and character items will return to normal in December. Until then, only what's mentioned in the event will be accessible to characters.

HOUSING FORMS

Housing sign-ups will close on the at the end of the 12th at midnight.

You may choose to have your character randomly sorted into a housing arrangement or you can choose to house your character with specific other characters. If you choose to have selected roommates for your housing, make sure everyone involved signs up as well. This will ensure that we know everyone placed in specific housing is in agreement of this arrangement. Thank you!

Anyone who is not signed up by the 11th at midnight will be randomly placed. While all characters will be given a housing number, your characters do not need to stay in a cabin ICly. You can choose to have them go off on their own. Just be aware that all amenities most characters require to live/survive comfortably are made readily available at the campsite.

DETAILS OF THE EVENT

So you can get prepared for events ahead of time, we will now be releasing event bulletins before the event so players can prepare accordingly.

November's event will be as follows:

All characters will fall into a brief coma. When they wake up, they will discover that Deerington has returned to normal....Or has it?

Deerington will appear overly perfect. The weather will be a little chilly, and the sun has returned along with the deer and the Dog Keeper's dogs.

All characters will wake up outside of their homes in Toy Boxes. These boxes will look a lot like the Barbie doll boxes you all may be familiar with. Meaning there will be a clear window of plastic on the front, and the box will be decorated to suit a character's canon. You may choose what name appears on the box (whether it's the character's actual name, alias, etc) and you may also choose if their canon's name is on the box (ie; X-Men, Yuri on Ice etc.). All characters will be turned temporarily into dolls. You may choose what kind of doll your character is transformed into whether it's a nendroid, a puppet, a Barbie-esque style doll, or what have you. Further details about what it means to be a doll will be in the post itself. Characters cannot experience death while being dolls, but they may be maimed.

All locations will have turned into doll houses. This means that all items and homes will be temporarily inaccessible. All locations and items will return to normal in December, so don't worry about losing homes/items for good. This event is meant to challenge characters' physical comforts.

However, all characters will fine six canon objects in their boxes with them that are most closely associated with that character. There is no limit on these kind of canon items so long as they are associated with the character themselves. That means Harry Potter could have his wand, Hedwig, a cauldron, and whatever else is associated to his character, but he couldn't have Beatrix Kiddo's sword. All six items will be real and functional.

All characters will return to living state after a certain period of time.

They will then be ushered into the woods by the Dog Keeper's Dogs and the deer of Deerington where they will find a Camp Site that has been set up for them. The camp site helps to provide shelter, some food, and some useful equipment like axes. Temporary shelter will be provided to characters through tree houses.

The two types of tree houses are pods and cabins. Two people in a pod, four people in a cabin.

You may choose your roommates or choose to be randomly placed. Anyone who doesn't fill out a form will still be randomly placed. However, your character does not have to stay in their assigned tree house. They are free to make a camp outside of the camp site.

Not staying in the camp site will put them in a dangerous situation as there will be monsters throughout the woods. The camp site is safe from the monsters, but outside of the camp site is not protected.

For the canon items that are in their toy boxes, will those turn real as well? Like, if there is a gun, I'm assuming it's going to be a hunk of plastic when they're dolls, but when they change to real people again, would that gun become real as well, made of metal, fireable, loadable, etc.?

Also, if a PC is wounded during October and it would carry over into November, would turning into a doll and then popping back to themselves heal the wounds, or would they still exist?

- is it limited to canon point? following the harry potter example, could the elder wand (functioning or otherwise) show up in his box even if he was from before the canon point of having encountered the wand?

- will these items persist in deerington after the event is over?

- can food show up in the toybox if it's been associated with the character in canon? like a (cauldron) cake. or. raw meat, that the character (or their ... impersonation...) has been mentioned to be fond of.

- belated checking: so merlin is meant ot be 'impersonating' another character who does/did exist in canon but died.. would that fall under 'alias' and the type of items he could receive related to that character, or would all items have to be related to himself personally?

- adding some more bc it looks like there's a lot of debate about it-- what size are the characters? regular canon size but doll-ified, or have they been shrunk down to like an actual nendroid (or whatever doll type we choose)? the items would match that size i presume.

- are their homes/residents still like normal houses just solid plastic and inaccessible, or have they been turned into actual small portable-like dollhouses?

- is plain cloth with stuffing an acceptable doll form? voodoo/effigy dolls?

DOLL STUFF

• Logan wakes in Wolverine Samurai Hot Toys form wearing a black suit with his hands curled into fists and his claws extended. The hands can be removed and reattached easily. The items that come with him are:
  
  1. Danzan, his katana which can cut through anything
  
  
  2. a full outfit set: white tank top, jeans, belt, boots
  
  
  3. the armour he wore in the Sentinel War
  
  
  4. three sets of hands: open, slightly curled (to hold Danzan), fully curled without claws
  
  
  5. his leather jacket from the Hudsons
  
  
  6. a set of dog tags reading "LOGAN" and "WOLVERINE" with serial numbers under both


• He will be trapped in his box, which has been put facedown to hide him. Logan is attached to a stand that reads "WOLVERINE". He'll need help both in having the box opened and for someone to deattach him from the stand.


• Doll Logan just wants to sit in pretty Deerington and ignore the fact he's made of plastic. He's pretty sure it's a dream, and he's also pretty sure it's too nice for someone like him. He'll become real again if someone either holds his hand or hugs him, but this has to be out of kindness.

CAMPSITE STUFF

• Logan lives in a cabin with Cable, Erik, and Wade. You'll be able to tell he lives there because he'll carve territorial claw marks into the trunk their house is attached to. Feel free to drop by and say hello!


• Logan's going to spend his first day touching base with any of his considerably meaningful CR, and then the second day lying in bed alternating between sleeping with his back to the room and lying in bed playing with his claws, extending and retracting them and wincing because it hurts every time they come back in. He'll have his quilt with him the whole time, which is in soft, earthy colours, and has little patches of things he likes: books, various fruits (tropical ones especially), beer, Sprite cans, milk bags, cigars, cards, chess pieces, cartoon animals, trees, etc.


• Once he's done with his mild depressive episode, Logan will be doing, but isn't limited to: a) LUMBERJACKING, because chopping wood is nice and cathartic; b) woodworking, but he's just carving little things like bird whistles or animal figurines or whatever; c) hunting, complete with skinning and gutting and what not; d) cooking what he hunts for other people! I have half a mind for Logan to hunt and cook a turkey for any American friends he might have on Thanksgiving? Anyway, he mostly eats his meat raw lol so he's definitely cooking for others and not himself; e) foraging for other food; f) just hanging with any animals that want to hang with him because animals make him feel calm and happy inside and he's a Disney princess.


• He's open to snuggling if you're already an acquaintance or friend of his, or... really if he's met you before and you're feeling cold and it looks obvious. He'll act affronted, but will actually dig it like the tsundere he is.

FOREST STUFF

• Logan's definitely walking past a special mushroom or two, so you might be able to meet a happy version of him! I'm also tempted to write him curling up and just staying there among the glowing mushrooms because he's so tired, but will only do so if anyone wants to save him from it. LMFAO.


• With him being curious about any events that aren't common in nature, he's inevitably going to track and find the ice faeries. He'll also be hanging with them because of course he will. The snow will remind him of simpler, happier times. And he really does like the otherworldly music of their singing.

All in all, there's a lot of slice of life potential for him this month! I'm definitely down for Logan teaching other people some survival skills while they're here, like hunting/foraging/etc etc. This is also an opportunity for him to do any woodworking for people that might want anything made, because he's really good at it!

Doll

As interesting as it is, I'm probably going to opt out of a lot of Doll Shenanigans. Dolls are creepy It's just not an aspect that interests me much. He won't have anything more than his Rose Whip, a rose, a spare outfit and his pictures.

Campsite

Kurama knows survival out in the wilderness. Also, he's a walking garden most of the time.

Things Kurama will want to do:
- Tending to the Greenhouse - with his power to grow and manipulate plants, there's likely to be no problem getting fruits or veggies. Just. Don't cause a commotion in or around the greenhouse, or there may be an angry fox to deal with lol

- Roommies - He's up for random, so we won't know for a while, but he's got your backs. Treehouses are his thing.

- Hunting/Gathering - Foxboy will be able to definitely help with hunting. Who knows, maybe he'll make something of the skins from the animals. He also knows what berries are edible and what to avoid.

- He will have no seeds, so he can't help people with his medicine, BUT he's very good at first aid. So if anyone needs a rescue or something, he's there to help.

Otherwise, Kurama's going to stay to himself, probably only returning to the treehouse and general campsite at night as Kurama's dealing with some Issues from using his demonic power so much the last few months. Nothing big, just losing that humanity he's very fond of. Which also means there can be Youko sightings where he'll taunt hunters or steal prey or generally make lives difficult.

Also, up for people working with him on anything and reminding him he has friends and that he needs to understand no one's as fragile as he seems to think.

- She will be trying to cook on that crazy grill thing... She likes helping out in the kitchen where she was before she came to Deerington but she might light herself on fire... again. SOMEONE SHOULD STOP HER FROM LIGHTING HERSELF ON FIRE!!

- I'd like for Airy to get caught by the mushrooms.

- Also telling campfire stories or singing songs because she'll have her violin still and want to keep people chipper given the setting. Music = Life!

- She also might try and help with hunting but Airy really sucks at that kind of stuff so... it'll be a flail boat time.

DOLL STUFF

• A flower petal costume that barely cover her and baby's breath in her tumbled mass of black hair.
• A white sweater and a short black skirt.
• A second head where she has silver white hair.
• A finely embroidered white kimono
• A full white form-fitting rubber cat suit that covered almost everything, including her hands.
• A grey business suit.

- She will be trapped within her box and unable to get out without assistance. Bucky will be getting her out.

- Her doll self looks like this & this.

- In order for her to turn human, I'm having her have to wear all of her accessories. This is everything you see her wear in canon and it's a little all over the place. She'll also not understand the white hair but she'll be switching that out before she turns human again... if anyone wants to run into her with white hair is welcome too.

- I am thinking that the plastic will melt off of her when she becomes human again. It won't leave a mark but it'll feel like her skin is on fire through the process.

CAMPING/FOREST STUFF

- Justine's rooming with Majima and her blanket will be white with strawberries on it and it'll look so cute!

- She will be exploring the surrounding area and definitely see the ice fairies. There are fairies in her canon so I'm excited for that to come up in conversation because the fairies in her canon suck.

- I might have Justine near/around the showers if anyone wants to work on finding more nicely smelling stuff lol. She doesn't want to smell bad. I don't think this will become a prompt but it anyone has ideas I am all ears.

- Justine will be helping with gardening too! Plants are awesome and safe lol.

Dolls:

- Ouse doesn't really have a lot of her own possessions, but I am thinking of putting her Miko outfit in that box. Especially considering her doll box will say "Zero: Nuregarasu no Miko" (in Japanese) on it, so might as well. Also it may have 'replacement' heads and hands for her corrupted form and she'll just...... leave those in there
- As a doll, she will basically be like a Barbie or a dress-up kind of doll
- Side effects: Her Glancing ability won't work! Nor will she be able to feel any physical feelings at all! Which'll be a mixed blessing.
- Just come hang out with her. Curing loneliness cures 90% of her ills and makes her feel human again.

Camping:

I put her in randomization.

Note to anyone she is camping with:

You don't want to touch her when she's asleep. You don't really want to touch her at all. She reads minds based on physical (and eye) contact, and what's more, she has horrifying nightmares that she could probably share with someone who touches her, unless they have a specific resistance to her Mitori/Glancing abilities.

Otherwise, roomie shenanigans are a go. More than likely she'll wander off late at night after she only sleeps for a few hours.

- Otherwise, I am down for SoL hanging out in the camp stuff, playing with the dogs
- And mushrooms: Fair warning, Ouse giddy, happy, and affectionate might be a little overboard so proceed with extra caution. But I am down with her making a few new... friends out of it and all.

Just a few things!

• This is X'rhun's doll form. I prefer to handwave any doll shenanigans, but if someone really wants to come across him while he's a doll, just let me know.
  
• He's rooming with Zoro. Pray for the poor guy's soul, he's going to be living with a catman.
  
• X'rhun will be HUNTING FOR FOOD. Wild pigs, fowl, anything he can get his hands on, maybe even a bear if he can swing it. He'll do his best to keep the camp fed as well as he can, and I'm open for him to have hunting buddies. I'm also open to people taking food from him regularly, especially if they're unable or unwilling to hunt for themselves.
  
• He will also be available for teaching people survival basics, such as how to hunt, how light a fire, how to make a fire pit, how to cook stuff, how to ration, how to climb trees, etc etc.
  
• Basically this dumbass cat is going to put himself to work being the big bad hunter and also protecting the campsite if any monsters come too close and the dogs don't get to them in time. HE WILL FUCKING FIGHT--
  
• His blanket is just patterned with roses. Just roses.
  
• I'm totally open for mushroom shenanigans! He's definitely likely to get high and demand cuddles from anyone who comes across him, or he can save someone who gets high and dangerously close to dying.
  
• Playing with the dogs! Who wants to see a catman play with dogs?
  
• He's susceptible to the cold, poor thing. He wont do well in the dark, and around the wintery patches of woods, soooooo people who come across him at night or near those places will become CUDDLE BUDDIES WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT--
  
• He's going to visit his site of death and find the statue for the first time! He's never visited it before because he was so busy in the past month, but he has some time now. If anyone wants to accompany him there, let me know!

So first off Mikan's box is going to have the title of her game on it and it'll be Super DanganRonpa 2: Farewell Despair Academy and have her title listed as Mikan Tsumiki: Ultimate Nurse, Ultimate Despair Edition!

Much to her annoyance.

Her items will be:

1. A first-aid kit
2. Syringes w/needles
3. Her school uniform
4. A sexy nurse outfit (she'll be waking up in this outfit)
5. A heart-shamed picture frame with a certain girl in it. Which she'll immediately flip out about and try to destroy upon discovering.
6. A copy of her normal outfit

She'll also be an anatomy doll bc I'm terrible. Luckily she'll be covered by her clothing, but I full intend on having one prompt with her finding out about this and flipping out more so uh. Yeah.

As for the camping part idk who she'll be rooming with yet but uh sorry in advance. She'll probably be hanging around the greenhous trying to study the plants and make notes about what they do and can be used for.

She'll also def. be getting into the mushrooms bc i live to inflict mikan on people. so...rry.... (not really).

She'll also be totally showering in cold water bc she doesn't want to take hot water from anyone else so I'm gonna have a prompt of her freezing a lil bit after a shower so. thumbsup.

As always, I'm up for both body horror and stupid bullshit, including:

- Majima's going to be one of those neat lifelike sculpture-y dolls. He won't like it, but more importantly he'll be extremely upset that he can't curse about it. Please join him in impotent PG anger!
- I'd be super up for a body horror-esque returning to human where he has to claw his way out of his former doll 'shell'. I'd be happy to play out any similar return to normal with other characters :).
- He's going to be trying to chase down Dixon's Potatohead ear, but totally game for anyone else losing body parts and playing it for comedy.

SLICE OF LIFE/SURVIVAL
Also game for:

- Stupid tree house exploration, the embarrassing discovery that Majima has a Three Wolf Moon blanket, who is responsible for this
- Foraging for food, hunting, misadventures with mushrooms, encounters with ice fairies
- Playing with pups! He'll resist at first but secretly be on a mission to try and teach a Delivery Dog tricks.
- Dumb cute things like cooking, gardening, finding flowers, looking at stars, patting deers
- Drinking booze tbh

Dolls:

-I am going to be opting out of having Rei turning into a doll.
-Her box will be labeled Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon and she will be miffed.
-I'm up for having her help your character escape their box.

Survival/Camping

-Rei is rooming with Yuri Kozukata.
-She will be foraging for food, hunting, etc.
-I'd love for her to have some misadventures with mushrooms!
-She's going to at least try and be friends with the Delivery Dogs.
-Cooking and other slice of life things I am open for!

-I think she might also attempt to put together some sort of sauna, or other way to heat water. She has fire magic, they have rocks, ondol's are a thing she knows about.

No surprise, John Blake will be the Hot Toys Exclusive Figure, pretty much as-is. The box has one side that will present like pictured, and the other side will have the viewing window.

The Accessories (almost everything seen in the picture):

- one (extra) hand: right "grip"
- one Glock 17 pistol
- two clips of ammunition
- one regulation gun belt
- one police radio w/ shoulder attachment
- one flashlight
- one pair of handcuffs
- one regulation GCPD uniform
- one Bat Signal

Open to pretty much anything. If someone wants to come and rescue him, feel free. Otherwise, he will be cutting himself out and then trying to figure out how to fix himself (while simultaneously enjoying the revised Deerington).


CAMPING

John's going to be podding it up with his guy pal, Bruce Banner, and sleeping as much as humanly possible. Which is literally the least Blake thing people will probably ever (not) see. He's going to be taking it easy after a rough couple of months and the only thing that's going to stop him is if someone drags him out, or he needs to save some asses from shenanigans.

SO, WHO NEEDS THEIR ASS SAVED?

- Seriously, he will stand around the mushroom fields with his watch and a bucket of water. No giving in, you're not that kinda fungi.

- He'll also drag people back from the snow patches, as he suspects there's nothing to be gained from those weird fairy things.

- He will literally spend the rest of his time cooking whatever people give him, so if you character wants a meal, hit him up.


OTHER THINGS

- Making soap!! John will not be living without soap, so the second he thinks they're looking like they're about to run out, he's on that.

- Cutting wood!! He's going to try. T~T

Anything anything else anyone would like to do! Literally anything! I am down for whatever. I will potentially do a top level with some additional, interesting options as well. :)

Shiro's up for RNG housing, so, whoever ends up rooming with this guy, please be prepared for insomnia and constant fretting over his CR. I'm sorry in advance for this.

SURVIVAL
You know what's handy? Having a metal hand that heats up when you need to start a fire. And big brawny shoulders to haul wood and whatnot. He's also the type to offer up his blanket if someone needs it. Or general Slice of Life nonsense in the woods. Who wants a ghost story???

... and the camp may very well bear witness to what happens when Shiro is left alone to try and cook his own food. It's not pretty. Or just general goofy camping shenanigans.

THE PERILS
He's going to be available to drag people back from danger as needed -- which may or may not result in Shiro over-exerting himself again, ending up in either:
> snow patches
> mushrooms

So if someone wants the big guy to owe them a favor? I'm up for it! or if your character needs a rescue? Up for that too!

Dolls
Cable wakes up as the Toys Era Cable Action Figure. His right hand is curled as if he's holding a gun, and the left has his fingers splayed and curved into claws. He's wearing a red t-shirt, gunmetal grey cargos, and army boots. His eye lights up if you press a small button on his back (hidden by the shirt). The box itself looks like this.

He comes with:
- two pistols, loaded
- two spare clips for the pistols, loaded
- four sets of hands
- An ELGM (handheld grenade launcher)
- three grenades (for the launcher)
- a cloak

He's going to be able to punch himself out of his box, so he can help anyone break free of their own box. A hug will change him back to human again. Good luck trying to hug him.

Tree Houses
Cable's going to be bunking with Deadpool, Logan, and Erik. Come visit!

Camp Grounds/Forest
Cable will be helping out wherever possible. He'll be chopping wood. Hunting is high on the list of things he's going to do, though he only has pistols and a grenade launcher so THAT should be fun. He'll also likely find the mushrooms and berries. The mushrooms are going to be very tempting and he may just lie down in them. He won't eat the berries, and he could help anyone who might eat them and start puking blood. Run into him out in the woods, it's a good time.

Allura is going to be a Barbie Doll. Yep. It's going to be full Princess(TM). Buff princess. Item wise, she will have...4x colorful space mice accessory toys and be wearing her canon dress.

EDIT: I'm thinking the way to help her turn "human" (Altean) again may be her coming to terms with what she did in this last month, being able to atone with the people she hurt and also forgiving herself. So any help with that will be cool

CAMPING

I put Allura in the RNG so I am looking forward to housing shenanigans!

Overall I'm also open to general campsite enjoyment--someone teach her about s'mores?--and some exploring outward. Facing off with monsters would be fun too, especially since she just was one.

I don't plan on doing a top-level, but I am interested in tagging into yours! If you are also not planning on top-leveling then I am happy to set up closed prompts too.

I'm a Barbie Girl, in a Barbie World~

I'm skipping the doll thing, because that episode of Criminal Minds, while cool, is also really really creepy. But I'm still putting her in a box, which will be plastered with her face, her name and "Voltron: Legendary Defender" on it. She will be confused by this, since her son is the Paladin, not her.

What she will have on her:
- Her normal set of clothes (the outfit she wore while undercover in Zarkon's army)
- Her casual clothes (the set of clothes she wore while stuck on Earth - a red tank top, dark pants, shoes and a beige-color long sleeved shirt she kept tied around her waist)
- Her Galran army issued blaster
- Her Blade. How does she have it when Keith does? Doll Magic. I mean, every Krolia comes with one, so...


Camping

In terms of housing, Krolia is getting RNG-ed, so be prepared to end up with a very tall purple alien woman as your roommate.

In terms of camping, well, Krolia knows enough survival skills to get by – she and Keith were able to survive two years on the back of a space whale by building their shelter (complete with fireplace!) and hunting and gathering food. So if you want to hone your skills, learn new ones, or heck, make friends with her, by all means, accompany her. She might not be the most talkative conversationalist, but at least you'll learn how to kill and field dress your meat?


To Known the Unknown – Beyond the Grounds

Krolia will have qualms about going out and hunting and exploring. Depending on who she goes with, perhaps she'll end up with somewhere in the vicinity of the mushrooms. I mean, surely there's someone out there who thinks the Space Mom needs to lighten up a little, hm?

DOLL THINGS

• Lance will be an action figure! Not his 80s version like I'd originally planned, because I thought I should probably be a bit nicer to him than that. Buuut, I'm still gonna be a bit mean to him this month.


• His injuries from October will be reflected in his doll form as a completely useless right arm. Let's say the ball joint in his shoulder is jammed and cracked up, so the limb will just be dead weight. I also feel like this is the perfect set-up for him to lose it somehow~


• He'll also be trapped in his box thanks to his dead weight arm and ties holding him in place, and his box is bigger than average to accomodate his items, so it'll be fallen over face down in the dirt. When turned over, the bottom of the box will read 'LANCE' with the subtext: 'Paladin of the Red Lion' and at the top it will read in the big logo letters: 'From VOLTRON: LEGENDARY DEFENDER'.

CAMPSITE THINGS

• Lance is gonna be randomized for roommate(s), so whoever ends up living with him should know in the very least that he's a pretty decent roommate, also a good bedmate since sharing beds is apparently a thing.


• However, after returning to human form, his injury to his right shoulder is going to remain, and the medical supplies they'll have access to are more on the basic side. So he'll be in a decent amount of pain and discomfort for the rest of the month. Not as bad as October since he's been healing, but it takes about 8 weeks for broken collar bones to heal and he's about halfway there by mid-November.


• He will absolutely love his quilt and become very possessive of it. If you try to touch it in any way, he'll get testy and yank it away. It will be in various shades of blue patches, with red accents and in patterns that are traditionally Cuban, like something his grandmother made. It will have little motifs of blue and red lions on the borders and various white, purple, blue and pink star patterns spiralling around each other throughout, like a patchy nebula.


• His physical state will limit him on what he can do, no chopping wood for him, but he'll certainly try hard to pitch in where he can to keep his mind off of it. He can cook pretty decently, and will figure out actual decent food with whatever people scrounge up, but he'll need help because he's down a hand. And he'll likely try to forage in the forest.


• Other than all that, when he's not sleeping, he'll likely want to sit close to whoever he's most close and comfortable with and lean his good side against them for some form of contact. If you've got a good rapport with him so far, don't be surprised to find his head falling onto your shoulder near the campfire because he's tired and hurting and wants a hug.

FOREST THINGS

• Lance is definitely going to either lay down near the mushrooms in their calming cloud because they take the edge off of his discomfort, or he's going to accidentally eat a berry. More likely the mushrooms, though. Even after he learns of the potential dangers of the mushrooms, he might be drawn back to them anyway because they were just so nice and comfy.


• He will absolutely want to follow the fairies and try to interact with them. They're like the mermaids! Beautiful and enchanting~ and he is very friendly and curious, especially about beautiful and enchanting creatures. And yes, he'll probably touch them, but he won't get badly hurt from it. After discovering the fairies, he'll probably spend a lot of time watching them later in the month when he's feeling better.

Anyway, that's about it! I'm still figuring out his items, but they will likely have a big impact as well once I finalize them and I will list them in a placeholder comment to this when I've got them sorted. If you have any ideas on things you want to do with Lance, throw them at me! <3

Doll

Dorian will be turned into an articulated action figure similar to the ones put out for Alistair and Morrigan, unfortunately I don't have fun pictures to show for it. The only thing Dorian seems to have had put out was a bust... and I'm not that mean. So for the most part he got lucky as he'll have ball joints for his shoulders, wrists, hips, ankles and neck to rotate all the necessary parts, and normal joints for knees and elbows to move back and forth. His clothing will have some cloth and leather details but for the most part he will be plastic. His expression will be frozen so he won't be able to speak though can make muffled, mumbled noises as if his mouth was glued shut.

Dorian's box will have his name and the title of the game Dragon Age: Inquisition complete with the game artwork

~He will be wearing This outfit in the stance featured in the 360 view below, just imagine his staff in his right hand.

~He will come with three hands, one left hand holding what appears to be a "fire ball" with plastic details that would've gone up his arm for a neat effect. One Left gripping hand to hold his staff two handed, and one extra right hand that is open. His staff can then be placed on his back.

Note: when made real, that hand with the fireball will essentially melt, so that won't be a pretty sight. Also who wants just disembodied hands???

Dorian will be essentially held in with a giant piece of plastic at his back holding him in place against the window of plastic with staff in hand. Outfits tucked in at the back behind him. Book and optional hands displayed in the window as well. Someone will have to help him out as he won't be able to get the leverage to escape on his own!

Condition to turn him human-- Dealer's choice? Maybe go fairy tale with this and he needs a kiss on the cheek or a hug or some kind of affection? I'm honestly open to any suggestions!

Campsite/Forest

I'll be signing Dorian up for random housing and he can be found wandering around the campsite, maybe reading his book or out in the woods playing around with his magics once they are returned to him and he's human again. They still will be wonky so he won't be able to be of much help in the magic department without it potentially going horribly awry. He might be able to spark a fire if need be or heal small things. He may be able to help cook, but it may take some convincing if you want him to help chop fire wood or something else. He doesn't know how to do much else, but he'd be willing to learn to help out.

He can help with hunting and foraging or keeping people from eating the berries! And he is a good companion for the company if anything! Otherwise if there is booze, he will be there to help drink it.

Mushroom shenanigans are welcome, either to be high and snuggly or to save people. Same with the whole no touching the fairies or what not. He will probably need a cuddle buddy for the night times, either his roomie or he can climb into someone else's bed.

The quilt will probably have the faces of all his inquisition fam, the symbol for the Inquisition, the heraldry for the Tevinter Imperium, a snake, a dragon or two, a peacock, a swan, a white lotus, and various patches of emerald, gold, black and silver or white.

Again I'm super open for any suggestions or ideas if your character wants to meet Dorian or run into him anywhere else or doing anything not listed.

he's going to be one of those poseable dolls with the poseable hands and fingers but the joints are loose so he can't hold anything properly.

thanks to doll transformation, merlin is losing the fancy fur lined mantle and coat (or it's all locked in his house i guess) and will be stuck with this getup. a black turtleneck-type thing, a cozy looking burgundy sweater that could be more cozy if it wasn't v-necked down to his waist, generic black slacks and sockless loafers. his starting inventory for the month will be!

- a stack of books but they're all glued together and inaccessible individually and heavy as fuck bc it's basically 10 real books stuck together.

i don't have any fancy ideas for how he's turning back into a human but i don't want him to die (yet) so it's just going to happen on its own before the three day mark.

he will be in randomized housing and for the most part one will notice he naps often and has lots of restless dreams. frequently naps on couches and falls off them bc of nightmares, despite better judgement. which is a nonissue now that there's temporarily no couches. but the nightmares are gonna continue bc they're not deerington-based, just. him-based. he's very neat and keeps his space clean and will probably be wiling to clean up the entire shared living space if allowed.

CAMPING
- merlin is probably going to make a few attempts to make the plastic houses liveable again. like stripping blankets from unused doll houses and piling them together. failing that he'll bring that stuff back to wherever he's staying or pass them around, sorry whoever owned these blankets last it's ours now.

- not huge on camping but he (probably) lived alone with his kid brother from the age of 10-12 onwards so he'll be used to making do. he won't have a weapon (the sword he arrived with is a plastic stick in his house now) but with rope he can help snare creatures or bring down something bigger. foraging is a tossup but basic cooking he can manage. he sews. let him fix your clothes.

- shoving blankets on people. blankets he stole from plastic houses. a vested interest in making sure you're warm after finding out we only get One Quilt. his own quilt is going to be basic and just a flat dull red color, the same as his family eyes (Weird).

- will probably do some rounds of fairy watching and asking them to freeze food to keep for longer.and making sure no one dies of frostbite while keeping the fairies safe, don't hurt the fairies guys they're making the place pretty, and also cold as fuck, but it's just what they do!!

- joining the 'i'd like to be vegan this month please' club. between people turning into monsters last month and demons back home eating humans casually, he's going to skive off meat for.... for now. which means joining the gardening crew!

- he picks up litter.

SWOOPING IN LATE TO NAIL DOWN SOME EVENT PLANS...

Josh is going to be a He-Man doll with a box full of stoner apparel for the doll portion and gleefully running around with rippling muscles until it wears off. He'll be a little bummed to give up his buff plastic bod, tbh...

For camping, he's in cabin 6 with Dean Winchester, Krolia, and Annie Leonhart. Hi roomies!! Luckily he has his magic back so his cabin won't go cold or lacking in questionable medical substances...

Henry is going to basically be her usual punk ass self in doll form. Her items will mostly just be her inventory items and normal things from home (but she will be getting a blanket like the one she has at home, kyaaaaah) Unlike Josh, she's SO TOTALLY NOT INTO THIS B.S., at least a city girl attempting camping will be... marginally better... probably.

Mostly she'll just be hanging around decompressing from the event, BUT SHE MIGHT BE GETTING INTO THE MUSHROOMS. For one awkward day of being happier and more touchy than anyone's seen her before.

Possible threads with North, Logan, Cable, and Sean so far??? I'm also in the process of seeing if she can switch cabins since she was accidentally placed with another of my characters, so we'll see how that pans out.

And last but not least... 10K is brand new! He was raised roughing it in a national park setting since he was a wee babe before the zombie apocalypse sent him out into the world. He's def your expert in all things cabin life for those characters who need help hunting, identifying poisonous berries, etc.

For that reason, I'm going to skip the doll portion and intro him at the camp where he'll be SO EXCITED to see live animals and actual working showers. Baffled, but excited. No solid plans since he's new, but he'll be in cabin 8 with Vira-Lorr, Leo Flynn, and whoever takes Henry's place in it!
