Personal Style: I typically prefer bracket but can work with prose too. I tend to keep things backtagging as long as I can, but do cut offs time to time but if there's something you want to keep playing out I'm open to it. When I can I like to boomerang too.

Character Name: James "Logan" Howlett
Age: ~198 years young
Employment in Deerington: He works part time as a driver, but will probably need a different job soon.
Residence in Deerington: Flatwoods point, in an old house. Visuals forthcoming.
Day to Day Activities: He typically putters around home, because he's not exactly and never really was a social butterfly. He's fixing up the house which is an ongoing and arduous process, but can otherwise be found in town either at a pub or running errands. He does some work as a driver, so if you'd like to pretend he's helped move your character or something for them, let me know and we can handwave that! Similarly, he'll be looking for some more part time work to get cash saved.
About This Character: Logan's a very old mutant with angry claws made of a metal that's poisoning him. He hasn't been very open about the latter, or how it's really Transigen's work (assumed) suppressing the mutant gene through modified food products, so his healing factor hasn't been keeping up and thus he's been wearing down. When he arrived he was much worse off, but game events have given him a boost and he's maintaining it. He's Laura's bio-dad by means of cloning, and pretty much a grumpy dude who likes cigars.
Any Warnings: Typical Logan Warnings
Present Life: Logan's just still getting acquainted to the brief bursts of peace here in Deerington, fixing up his house and pondering the idea of loosely setting roots in the dirt. He has had a few encounters with people who have pushed him toward that, also he feels compelled to be around and take care of Laura and Rogue due to canon relationships (despite universes,) and has somehow come to mentor two dumb teens Billy and Stiles as well in a gruff, backwards way. It's making him feel like it's harder to disappear (which is what he would've wanted,) so he's starting to open up! He's also head over heels for Jean Grey who is from a doomed timeline, so there's angst where that's concerned.
Future Ideas: Long term goals: I would like to find a way to keep boosting Logan's health through IC progression, whether that's finding some treatment plans and going through that to see if it works and mapping out the ups and downs or just using events and player actions to get him a little closer to a cure, so to speak. Really open to ideas!
I also would love to just get more CR with Logan and everyone around him because he may be gruff but he'll also have a heavy conscience make him take a few steps back around into helping, despite all his desires not to, should something go awry. If anyone wants to also deal with him in the terms of his decaying health (but not necessarily the fix - just tolerating it, short term care,) that'd be cool too! I hope to experiment with that in the future as well.

I vaguely remember talk of him asking/getting her help baking something for Laura bc she needs cheering up (provided this event isn't The Worst, even still-) and owing her a favor or smthn in turn. Or just chilling and seeing how her research went?? Gimme it all, he needs to get a wide range of ppl to get protective over in his own grumpy way.

frank's in a bit of a violent streak right now due to his punisher mode, so we could wait until he's out of that if you wanted or there's currently stuff going down with laura that they could discuss.

i haven't been super tethered to this event atm bc it's a lot to digest but i am definitely up for them discussing things about laura, in the wake of this, etc, and then just doing chill shit together sometime. or discussing complex lives made available to them through this multiverse and how shitty it's gonna be if the loves of their lives disappear anytime soon
