About This Character: Lev is from a post apocalyptic zombie world! And raised in a cult! So he's very naive to the ways of the modern world, even things that are from the 50's. Lev also tends to take things overly literally or in a completely strange way. He has a strong sense of faith and a rather peculiar way of approaching the world. He comes from a violent place but he's ultimate quite gentle with a strong draw towards doing the right thing.
Any Warnings: Lev is AFAB and canonically experiences religious abuse and transphobia. One of the major hallmarks of the cult he was in involved scarring one's own face. I try to keep mentions of it lacking in details. Also due to the nature of his canon, there's just a lot of violence and death and he's just very flippant about it.

Present Life: HIS IDK BFF ABBY IS HERE. So he's actually pretty happy? With his life in Deer right now. He also has weird feelings for his friend Nico that he's trying to figure out if that's just what friendship is like or if it's something else. Also if you have CR with Abby, Lev will probably keep tabs on them. Just to make sure they're on the up and up, you know.
Future Ideas: No real plans. I will probably kill Lev someday but not soon. And maybe have some conflict over not wanting to leave Deerington with Abby.

CR You Want: MORE KID FRIENDS. Lev has never really had friends his own age before and while he's met a ton, I'd always like more. Especially kids who are maybe softer and would be ??? at his unintentionally violent ways.

Employment in Deerington: N/A, Nico is a freeloading truant
Residence in Deerington: here! Always open to other residents, there's plenty of space if you don't mind a mildly haunted house with bad electricity and a cryptid roommate.
Day to Day Activities: Right now Nico is probably spending a lot of time in the sinkholes because they're underground and that's his shit, and also in getting his powers back closer to what they were at home (so, meditating in the sinkholes lol), and he recently discovered Magic the Gathering so he's absolutely hanging out in the comic book shop and the arcade. No school because that sounds horrible, even if it does pay.

About This Character: Nico is morbid, sarcastic, stubborn, self-loathing and nosy. He's got a short fuse and a suspicious nature, what's not to love? Nico ran away into the woods at eleven because he loves to be dramatic and basically no one managed (or... tried...) to actually corner him and re-civilize him until very recent canon, so if you need a weird feral spook factory to attend parties and/or throw down with monsters on your behalf, he's your guy. Once he attaches emotionally he can be supportive, sensitive and very protective, but it takes awhile to get him there because he's got about a million trust issues. Also he is an absolutely massive nerd of the cards/tabletop/arcade sort of flavor, and he's slowly learning to re-embrace that part of himself in game after trauma made him shut it down super hard back home.
Any Warnings: Greek Myths get pretty messed up and involve a lot of death/torture/lack of consent, and while the first two might be something that Nico will bring up, he might also vaguely reference myths that do involve the third. Also struggled through a lot of repression and self-loathing involving his homosexuality, and he dealt with more than a little bit of supernatural violence and two supernatural wars. 

Present Life: For now Nico's most major stuff is still exploring the town since he's stopped assuming he can just do whatever the gods sent him here to do and get sent back home. I was MIA a lot of last month so that's basically it for now oops
Future Ideas: Definitely planning to have him make more friends, start getting too attached to the game to want to leave, and then angst about that. YEP.

Additional Comments/Dumb Shit: I finally got sick last month and was out of commission for a big chunk of October and the start of November so I ended up dropping a whole bunch of threads so I could jump back in to current events and not get too far behind in the game. Residence in Deerington: Probably technically with John Connor, but he doesn't sleep and doesn't have any urge to have a room, belongings, or whatever. So... he's all over the place. He even likes to stand outside and do guard duty outside of the Connor house until daylight. :)
Day to Day Activities: Other than the above? Finding objectives to accomplish in a timely manner. He has been trying to 'help' people more than harm.

About This Character: This fella is a robot, and a very serious one at that. While he's learning his emotions and processing what it means to be his own individual, he's very much a stoic and deadpan character who needs to loosen up and learn more about humanity and how you don't have to be a human being to be 'human', if you know what I'm sayin.
Any Warnings: He did have a history of killing humans before being reprogrammed, but it doesn't come up super often.

Present Life: He is really just cruising along, getting used to having a life where he's not predesigned to do something specific. He still adheres to defending humanity, because it's the closest thing to his old command he has, but... other than that? Just interested in gathering weapons, keeping guard, and helping ferry people around as a bodyguard-type figure.
Future Ideas: Not sure, honestly! I'm going where the wind takes me with Bob.

Day to Day Activities: Normally, Tim spends his mornings jogging around town, yoga by Lake Tomie, then work and adventuring the rest of the time. In November, while he's recovering from Death Flu, he's spending most of his time being a sad pathetic lump

About This Character: Tim is an anthropologist by academic training, worked in publishing, and at the Magnus Institute from about four years. It was a pretty sweet gig to start with - and in the last year or so, it was definitely not a sweet gig. He comes off as bright and happy go lucky, for the most part, but it's easy to bump into his sarcasm and more acidic nature, which is closer to the surface now that it has been for a while in the wake of his arrival and the trauma of his last few months back home.
Any Warnings: Tim's canon works with elements of horror, and specific elements of Tim's history include body horror, post traumatic stress reactions, death of loved ones, and character death. Recent events in October that may come up in November threads include character death, mental manipulation, and mild trauma response.

Present Life: Death flu has Tim feeling like a pathetic mess at the moment, and he'll be that way for all of November, but he'll be picking up. If you'd like to drag his miserable, pathetic ass out to go see a sinkhole or catch him on one of his rare work shifts whining about how terrible he feels, please do.
Future Ideas: Memory Sharing from back in September is still available if anyone wants to find him in the dreamscape. Soft boy patheticness is on the docket for November. Someone please take pity on this boy.

CR You Want: Literally all of it. Tim needs to up his flirting game; Tim needs to get harassed by people that hate Jon and find out that he and Tim are bros. Someone please...please get on Tim's case about his association with Jon Sims.

Employment in Deerington: He's in his last year of high school!
Residence in Deerington: His little cabin in the woods!
Day to Day Activities: He goes to school, visits and cleans up the church, collects any trash or debris around town to recycle or throw away, knits, and gardens! He's a very busy boy.

About This Character: Diarmuid is a medieval monk from 1209 who has been in Deerington for over 2 years now! He's learned quite a lot and has developed better writing/grammar. He is very well-versed in the nature of Deerington, and has a lot of trauma from his time, but...! He's still a good egg and will help anyone who needs it.
Any Warnings: He is a religious character, but he has developed a very open mind in Deerington and had already been very isolated prior to Deerington anyway. He also has had a lot of issues with the church and how some people from it are (... he was almost choked to death by an older monk in canon and all his brothers died because of a religious relic, for example). He does have a lot of trauma and death that may come up, but he's generally quiet about it and very optimistic/friendly.

Present Life: Currently, he's sort of... gotten over this hump in his life, and he doesn't fear nearly as much as it did arriving. He faces doom and danger very much without so much as flinching, outside of his usual phobias. If someone is in need of help, he's ON IT. He's also super eager to get a diploma, because that is something that is exceedingly rare for anyone to get in his time.
Future Ideas: Becoming an adult! He's gonna be so proud of being a MAN NOW. Still severely lacking in chest hair, sorry kid. That's not gonna change. But also, I'm hoping to get him a job once he graduates...! He also needs more kids his age as friends in general. Also, maybe a girlfriend someday. He's still swooning over a cheek kiss he got two years ago.

CR You Want: A N Y. He seems to do unbelievably well with antagonists and generally less savory people. For some reason. They're his buddies more often than not, and it's very weird, but I accept this role in his life.

Day to Day Activities: Lotor spends a lot of time training and keeping himself in fighting form. He also reads a lot when not planning his lectures and researching everything that catches his interest.

About This Character: Grandpa Eggplant is kind of an arrogant asshole whos a nerd and a total dork deep down. Loves exploring and learning about new places and people. In canon he's the newly crowned Emperor of the Galra after killing his dad, and his parents were super abusive so uh. He's got a lot of trust issues and tends to use his words to get out of most situations. Knows he's smart and is kind of an ass about it.
Any Warnings: He's one of the poster children of child abuse and most likely has PTSD. Mentions of the Alteans on his colony dying, but it was never determined how or why so I'm just gonna shrug.

Present Life: Lotor's biggest life theme at the moment is trying to get Allura to understand that the Altean colony was a lot more than just a quintessence harvesting horror show. He's pretty gaga over her, but is giving her space. He's trying to learn what he can about Earth and human culture as well as that of other sorts of Dreamers.
Future Ideas: Once he gets more used to the setting I'd love to get him involved in trying to solve some of the issues going on.

About This Character: Woody is a 12 inch tall cowboy doll imbued with life. Most toys in his world are, as you're probably aware! He's out in the open about it now, and strives to be a valuable member of society despite his stature.

Present Life: Currently, he's absolutely heartbroken about the vanishing of Bo and Jessie... but pushing onward with his good bro Buzz Lightyear. He's practicing his guitar so that he can be a good music teacher to the youngsters! He also has quite a number of NPC toys living with him, and wants to get them out and enjoying life as well.
Future Ideas: I'm not too sure! Mostly just wanting to help care for people, forge some friendships, confuse the hell out of all the people who seem him walking around town.

Peter Parker | Marvel's Spider-Man

Employment in Deerington: high school chemistry teacher
Residence in Deerington: this rinky-dink townhouse
Day to Day Activities: When school's in session, he can be found in his science lab Monday-Friday! Afterward, he's usually out and about making sure everyone's safe, or exploring some of the weirder things in Deerington. Spider-Manning is definitely part of his thing, and he can be seen swinging around in full costume often.

About This Character: Peter Parker is pretty similar across the board of other Peter Parkers: geeky, sciency, loves stupid puns and jokes, and has an overall big heart and urge to help others. This Peter in particular has had a lot of development in Deerington, including having his first relationship with a man (and losing that relationship painfully when said man left, cool cool cool), as well as... trying to cope with the fact that he kinda maybe sort of has issues with depression. He gets a LOT out of helping people, and often feels especially down when he's able to protect a number of people in Deerington during the worst events. But also, he loves building stuff and has the energy of a little kid when he's in a good headspace.
Any Warnings: Peter has had issues with depressive episodes, stemming back before his game began — and he comes from the point in canon where he's, uh. Homeless, still separated from MJ, with a dead aunt and a locked-up ex-mentor. And now he's been in a horror town for two years. So the depression game is stroooong, and if that's something that might unease you in his internal narrative, lemme know!

Present Life: Teaching kids at school, building weapons for people, and overall doing what he can as Spider-Man! He also has been extremely into information collecting, and of my five characters he knows the MOST about Deerington. he also made a pamphlet with information your characters are welcome to any time!
Future Ideas: Not quite sure! Now that he's admitting his mental struggles with some of his CR, he's gonna be feeling a little more in control of himself. Other than that, I'd love for him to help people out more! Save more people from harm and supply them with ways to defend themselves!

William effin' Byers | Stranger Things

Age: 13.5 (the .5 is important)
Employment in Deerington: Currently works part-time at the Deerly Diner and the Bowling Alley, but really only does actual work at the former, because nobody here goes bowling. We're in hell, who wants to bowl? Might be in the market to change jobs soon, since he only wants to work if he knows the people there, so...
Residence in Deerington: Casa Hawkins/Harrington aka 3253 Castle Road, with the Hawkins gang + Brianna + a demon horse
Day to Day Activities: Will is usually either at one of his jobs or at home, because we stan a boring king.

At the bowling alley, he's either chilling with Louis or sitting on a counter somewhere and drawing/listening to music. Don't try to get customer service, it won't happen.

At the diner he's a little more proactive, and will help out anyone who comes in by getting them drinks, taking their orders, etc. But he'll also just stop working to chat with his friends, so it's a miracle he hasn't been fired yet.

Will also spends a lot of time at the library reading or working on his monster book, so feel free to bug him there.

Periodically he'll go on a rambling tour of the town to check in on all his friends and make sure nobody's dead or severely injured. Just in case.

About This Character: Will is from 80's Nostalgia: The Netflix Show, and specifically comes from near the end of S2. Super succinctly, he was abducted into an alternate dimension in S1, then was possessed by a monster from said dimension in S2. It's fine, he got better (mostly).
Any Warnings: Will is the token son of the Cool Mom and the Deadbeat Dad, so periodic warnings for verbal/emotional abuse of the shitty dad variety. There's also a metric shitton of trauma and PTSD associated with the abduction/possession thing. It's great!

Present Life: Will has been in-game for over a year and has sort of settled into this being his life for the foreseeable future. Recently he's relieved to have his surrogate mom parent Steve Harrington back, and is trying to step up accordingly and help take care of the newer Deerington residents (basically transforming into Joyce Byers 2.0). He and Mike finally talked about Feelings and Stuff (only took 15 months), and Will is struggling with the knowledge that the happiness he's found in Deerington is very temporary, and that the real world is inevitable. He's also struggling with some bad PTSD/flashbacks of his possession lately, and the resumed presence of Something in his head...
Future Ideas: SO ABOUT THAT -- succinctly Will was yanked from a canonpoint where he was completely possessed by an eldritch god from another dimension. The monster didn't fully come with him, but it wasn't a clean break (think yanking up a deeply-rooted plant and leaving clumps of the root still there). Over a year of Deerington shenanigans + multiple monster transformations (namely in October) have made those traces stronger and stronger. Eventually I want this to come to a tipping point and have shit hit the fan.

Also y'know, maybe let him have One Nice Day.

CR You Want: EVERYTHING Will tries his best to be welcoming and helpful to anyone, if he can, even if he's naturally on the shy/awkward side. He gets along best with adults, being too mature for his age, and has a habit of collecting parental figures. He's also very trusting if someone seems like a "good guy", so it'd be easy for someone to manipulate that. He also needs more friends his own age, go ride a bike or something, kiddo.

Lysithea and Qifrey would get along. He'd totally be reminded of one of his students, Agathe tbh. But he's also been a subject of child experimentation to an extent, which is also affecting him currently with his eyesight. But Qifrey is a witch and a pretty good cook/teacher so I think they'd be able to get along pretty well!

She spends time at the library or the lake when she's out and about, watching birds or something wholesome like that

She also runs all the errands and goes grocery shopping like...daily, for dinner and stuff. She looooves cooking and likes to experiment with new recipes (sorry Jean)

She goes and sees her girlfriend also daily, because she's a SAP.

She'll also visit her friends in town (Usagi, Varian, Fern, etc.) and have tea or something because again, wholesome.

About This Character: Yeah, she's the protagonist of Twilight. No, yeah, that Twilight. Yes, I'm 100% serious.
Any Warnings: Sparkling.

But really, there's some scary shit that's happened to Bellz with the vampire hunting and whatnot, so that may come up. She also has some hardcore mental health/self-loathing issues which may come up.

Present Life: Bella is having a fairly mellow, chill time in Deerington, despite literally dying over the summer. She likes her house and her friends and her gf Clarisse, so of course that's gonna get all fucked up by Clarisse dying this month. This is going to send Bella into a spiral, and she'll basically do a complete 180 to major, hardcore depression, which will be! Fun!!
Future Ideas: Because of this month, Bella won't really be able to hide her deep dark mental health issues, and will have to, y'know...talk about them. Hopefully this (along with realizing that her reason for living/real-life fiance wasn't the MOST healthy relationship) will get her to a better place. She also might end up undergoing a monstrous transformation down the line, which she will be super hype about (we'll see.)

CR You Want: ALL THE THINGS!! Bella is an awkward introvert and tends to be very polite and surface-level with people, which means that her circle of friends stays smallish. She needs more people in her life, paternal figures, friends her age, maybe even people to mentor, who will get her out of her head.
