About This Character: bill cipher is like if Kidz Bop did a cover of Bob from Twin Peaks. bill cipher is like if Bugs Bunny was a Great Old One. bill cipher is a messy bitch that lives for drama. a comedy/horror character. Bill is CRAUed to be a little more chill than canon but he is DEFINITELY A VILLAIN CHARACTER AND MOST OF THE CR IS GOING TO BE NEGATIVE ONCE HE STARTS APPEARING.
Any Warnings: bill's common tools of the trade include gaslighting, body horror, eye horror, teeth horror, and not discriminating between hurting children or adults.

Present Life: just arrived, is trying to gather as much information as quickly as possible. Bill Cipher is conditionally omniscient and watches people's dreams. here is his opt-in.
Future Ideas: Bill is a scary guy, but Deerington is much much better than the place he just escaped. Not that Deer isn't scary, but Bill actually fucking loves streets full of blood and people going mad. That's exactly what he tries to make happen in canon. I think he's going to take a perspective on this place that people need to stop fighting it and embrace the madness and the transhumanism. Life is short, and you're in a land of magic and surprises. What's better than that? Don't be a fucking baby.

CR You Want: I would love some people he can sincerely scare the shit out of. He is not likely to actually hurt anyone, but he can perform some powerful illusions to make sinkhole exploration suddenly seem much much much worse for a hot minute. Then he'll just let you go and leave.
Also! He literally is going to try to watch everyone's dreams and nightmares, constantly. It's all opt-in, but this is his thing in canon.

CR You Don't Want: Bill is, right now, keeping his presence a secret! It's very hard to play a chronic liar in DWRP, because people like their characters to be right and to guess the right answer.
