Character Name: David Alleyne AKA Prodigy
Age: Mid 20s listen I don't make Marvel's sliding timescale
Employment in Deerington: Computer Science Professor at Deerington Community College
Residence in Deerington: David Cliff Apartments #555
Day to Day Activities: David spends a lot of weekday time at the school teaching and preparing lessons, but he also gets up in the wee hours to go running, and can be found regularly at the gym and a variety of stores. He gets around.

About This Character: David is a young genius mutant who has been through a lot of stuff. Mostly because of his psychomimetic powers he also has far too many skills, though unless he's in a competition, he'd prefer to downplay those around other people who can do similar things. He hates taking up too much spot light. He's very interested in tech and medicine, and helping other people out, and will go beyond what is comfortable for him just to do so.
Any Warnings: David's died. Twice. Once was very graphic. He's had a ton of friends die when they were only teens. He's also currently an investigator into mutant deaths and disappearances back home. Probing too much into his background will lead to veiled or even open discussion of death, systemic racism and prejudice against mutants, and lots of sadness.

Present Life: David's very pleased just to be connecting with people. Of course this is strongest with his fellow Mutants, but he is starting to spread out and make connections with other people. Which has led to some awkward shooting down of romance and fostering close friendships. Mostly he's just trying to get to know people.
Future Ideas: I would love David pushed out of his comfort zones. He's used to being in situations where he can be, if not in control, at least able to think his way around problems. Getting him hurt/lost/undermining his confidence would be nice. But it's also important for him to find specific purpose here, which he has yet to manage. So people pushing him toward organizations or investigations would be great.

CR You Want: Friends, flirting, people he can more or less adopt or be adopted by, especially if they had teen years growing up where something about them made them part of a marginalized group. And a rival or someone for him to be so annoyed by that he goes off ranting about them if their name is even hinted at.
