Player Plot Requests
PLAYER PLOT REQUESTS
To make a request for a player plot, no matter how big or small, this is the place to do it. Most player plots will automatically be accepted. Some might invoke mod inquiry. This page allows all players within the community to keep track of what player plots are being requested. Be sure to communicate effectively with everyone involved, and for player plots concerning larger parties or having open involvement to the community, be sure to post OOC planning posts if necessary.
Please fill out the following form as thoroughly as possible and comment below. You should hear back within 24 hours on your approval status.
Your characters can discover new monsters at any point. Please make sure to make a monster request on the monster request page prior to commenting here if you plan on doing this. This is to ensure that monster replicas are not brought into the game whether through players offering the same creature, or a creature being brought in that I was already planning on.
Monster discoveries made through these requests can happen during any time, regardless of whether or not it is a Horrorshow. Please do not bring in any major monsters as there will probably already be plans made for them in game. Thank you!
Player plots do not need to be horror oriented. They can be just about anything at all. Have fun.

I had submitted this player plot three weeks prior to the initial week that I had wanted to run it so that there would be time for exchanges between myself and the mod team to tweak anything that was required to be tweaked. As stated in my plot submission above, I had wanted to run this plot next week. In my April 20 pm, I had expressed the expectation that I would have gotten to compile my OOC plotting post this coming week and posted it to the community.
I am asking for the third time for acknowledgement and feedback. I am doing this as a response to my player plot submission as private messaging the mod account has led me to no success. I don't believe me asking for acknowledgement a little over a week after I had submitted the plot (where I received no acknowledgement from the mod team within the first week of submission while most of the plots on this page have received one within two to three days) is unreasonable. I still don't believe me trying to reach out to the mod team for acknowledgement and feedback two weeks later is unreasonable. I don't believe me asking for the third time for acknowledgement and feedback is unreasonable.
I am kindly asking for an acknowledgement of my player plot. The way that I haven't been communicated with despite my attempts to do so (by submitting my player plot with two methods of contact and messaging the mod account the first time asking if my submission has been received) has been discouraging and disappointing, and the lack of responding to me is becoming disrespectful. I shouldn't need to beg the mod team to communicate with me. All I wanted—and still want—was a reply about the approval status of my plot.

We have sent you a PM in regards to this.
Your player plot has been approved.
We apologize for the delay and meant no ill will or disrespect. This was merely human error of someone thinking they had already approved this and therefore accidentally overlooking it when approving other plots. There was no malicious intent on our delay.

In the future, we strongly urge you to read our Mod Contact page as it explicitly states to not DM our mod journal as we have a constant problem with receiving messages and regularly lose notifications.
Our mod contact page also offers plenty of alternatives you could have used in order to more quickly settle this matter and without the increasing frustration.
We appreciate your future consideration and hope you use these resources should anything like this happen again. Thanks!
