OCTOBER PART 2 PLOT PLOTTING POST

All those who have signed up for the second part to the October Event may plot here! Sign-ups have since been closed and you can find all group listings here as well as some important information pertaining the event. The event is here.

Only characters who have been signed up may interact directly with this event. However, characters can still bring attention to what's going on to the rest of Deerington. That means you can still have a character make a network post about something they have discovered and characters who are not signed up may interact with it. But as far as the actual investigation and obtaining items go, make sure to stick to just those who have been signed up!

If you have any problems or questions, let us know!

Please make sure to plot thoroughly with your group here and make sure that no one gets left out and everyone is on the same page to have a good time!

It will be assumed that all items have been obtained and sacrificed by November 1st at the latest. Your characters do not need to do this exactly IC, but for the sake of game-wide consistency, it will be figured that they have accomplished the task by this date at the latest.

Character Name: Abigail Hobbs
Character's Group: 2
Involvement in that group: Abigail is very good at figuring out fucked up puzzles that require parts of a house/items being torn apart. I would like for her to deal with a delay outside of the kitchen because she's extremely prone to despair and her and kitchens don't get along at all. She can help with either going through the closet or painting the crib in the dollhouse. I'd like to also put her in the running to possibly pick up the stuffed animal. She can kinda fight but she tends to hesitate and she'll only have a hunting knife on her. She also had a rough month for her arrival in Sept (womp womp she died) so it'd be really awesome to give her a little extra protection/not have her get super hurt during this event.

Ideas for the Group: It'd be super rad if she could try and help someone else. She's not the best team player so this is a super good opportunity for the sad teenager to actually have some good experiences with people who aren't going to just use her and throw her to the proverbial wolves when done. Other than that, totally open to seeing what other people have in mind!

I KIND OF WANT LO TO HELP HER WITH THE DESPAIR PART?? he's been cleansed this event and has miraculously had his head free of Bad Voices, so i think he'd be able to do that (albeit clumsily). i just like the soft cr in their thestral thread, sob. ;_;

re: crib painting, i know majima wants to paint it as well, so maybe abigail and majima can do that?? you should hit them up. >:3

She's just a prime example of gaslighting by multiple sources and it'd be nice for someone to not look at her like she's crazy :'D. She totes won't stab him.

It's okay Abigail he has PTSD too, his boyfriend is a zombie, and he kinda died this one time before shenanigans happened. More likely to hug her tbh.

Awwww trauma bonding is always so awful great. I look forward to it! She has a hard time labeling her feelings because there's so much guilt so an outside perspective that doesn't have access to the news back home would be great down the road. :D

HI! I also wanted Justine to grab the stuffed animal since that's something she'd do IC and it's super cute. And Justine also died last month lol. So that was also my thinking. Figured we could talk it out since our two characters seem to be the only ones interested? Unless I'm wrong at which I'd feel like a jerk.

If the stuffed animal is one of the main reasons you had Justine join this group, then I'm fine with taking Abigail out of the running for it - ICly I can justify her not picking it up if needed (I have you on plurk and I happened to see it before responding here).

YOU'RE ON MY PLURK! Well, I feel like a butthead lol. I've been a little all over the place today/this weekend.

I do really want to have Justine get the stuffed animal but I am also okay with leaving it up to a roll if you'd rather do that? Like, I want it but I'm awkward when I realize that other people want it too and I do want things to be far.

So let me know if you'd prefer that.

I think it'd be easy to say that one of them finds it first. They both have a similar temperament where they won't take things from someone else. Okay, Justine might but not from Abigail because she's too cute lol

I'd love to plot something too! Or have them both be there when Justine picks it up so they can talk about the room. I don't really know Abigail's canon but I do think they have a fair amount in common >.

Abigail comes from a pretty dark canon - her father was a serial killer who killed girls that looked like her at all the colleges she visited. Plus then dealing with Hannibal Lecter manipulating her - she's not in a good place.

They can definitely try to talk in the room.
