Welcome to the newest event! And here is the connected mini-event. This is an exciting time and the event provides several chance encounters for your characters. Remember, everyone, all things in this game has consequences so don't think this will be the last you hear of this event.

Character Name: Ozpin

Unwanted CR: None.

Event Ideas:

Ozpin will not be reading Goosebumps books or playing roller derby, but he WILL be meeting and befriending a Spiritomb! This terrifying blaze of trapped souls will be hanging out with him everywhere, even in class at the high school.

He's also open for Prelude-based prompts, like Quiet monsters and Sirenheads.

Generally, he'll be settling into teaching at the high school (good luck surviving Shonen PE, kids) and adjusting to Deerington.

Jonathan Sims | The Magnus Archives

Character Name: Jonathan Sims

OOC Limits: It'll be a quiet month for Jon, as he's slated to die in early October.

Desired CR: Jon is up to his eyes in player plots and I don't have a ton of bandwidth with him, so he'll be sticking to existing CR or people interested in researching the town.
Unwanted CR: He doesn't need any new enemies or drama this month, y'all, his plate is FULL.

Event Ideas:

Jon has an open Story Clue I'm about to launch, so if you want to spark fresh CR with him, keep an eye out for that log! It will involve the Pthumerian Queen, a serious leap of faith, and an exploration of the Real Deerington.

He'll be open to inviting friendly CR over to talk about Deerington research, setting speculation, etc.

He will not be getting any Goosebumps books or a Pokemon, but he's around to react to yours.

Rupert Giles | Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Character Name: Rupert Giles

OOC Limits: No permanent injuries or death.

Desired CR: Sensible adult friends, or young people he can start to adopt! I dropped the ball on the last plotting post and want to get some new CR rolling for him. That said, Ozpin will get more focus as my brand-new character and Jon will get more focus as my tons-of-active-plots character, so we'll be keeping things a little quiet for Giles this month.
Unwanted CR: None!

Event Ideas:

He won't be reading Goosebumps, but could be persuaded to attend roller derby and complain about the noise and chaos.

He'll be getting a Honedge companion that hangs out in his house with all his other weapons! It may start following him around town, too. He'll be VERY interested in everyone else's Pokemon.
