Character Name: Atsushi Nakajima
Age: 18
Employment in Deerington: Hart Mart as a cashier. Interested in community college, but needs a kick to actually apply.
Residence in Deerington: Lives with Usagi Tsukino and Makoto Kino in that Really Pink House.
Day to Day Activities: He died in October, so he will spend most of November being sick and useless. Atsushi is a people pleaser and lets other people dictate his daily activities. Sometimes he'll be focused on work around the house, others he will be delivering supplies to people or checking up on friends. If someone has a favor to ask, he'll drop everything to do it.

About This Character: Atsushi is a well meaning person, who is generally conflict avoidant and socially timid. He has a snarky streak, but will put a lid on it to pass in social situations. He's also a bit short tempered at times, prone to holding grudges (he's looking at you, Mother Superior,) and has an unhealthy hero complex. He's someone who can be tossed around and beaten, emotionally and physically, and will always rise up. Even if you take off his leg, stab him like a pin cushion, or destroy what very little self esteem he has left.

His 'Ability' is called Beast Beneath the Moonlight and it allows Atsushi to become part tiger and wreck shit. He can also generate from nearly any wound (he pops his severed leg back on at one point,) and has cat-like senses.
Any Warnings: Child Abuse/Neglect, both physical and psychological, as well as what might be PTSD (audio and visual hallucinations.) The orphanage he grew up in abused him horribly, including warnings like near drowning and electrocution. However, Atsushi and his prose rarely bring these up.

Present Life: Sooo death sucked. But he's really glad that it wasn't permanent. Atsushi is privately angry at himself for letting so many of his friends get hurt/killed and handling that self loathing really well. He's not. He feels like he needs to earn his revived life somehow. Looking for any way to make up for it. Also, trying to learn to bake a birthday cake for Makoto. He's been learning to rely on his friends more, but continues to screw that up too.

He still thinks that he turns into a tiger under the full moon. I've kept this misunderstanding going for five months and I'd like my sixth month card punch, please.

Lastly, Atsushi is in a depressing situation where he has now spent more time in Deerington than his new home of Yokohama. He isn't sure how to feel about some of his CR being closer to him than the people back 'home.' If he can even call Yokohama home anymore.
Future Ideas: I'd like for Atsushi to enroll at the community college! Horror-wise, I'd like to eventually have him open up about the orphanage and begin unpacking the burden of his past. I'd also like for him to lose his leg at some point.

Day to Day Activities: Madoka goes to and from school during the day, then patrols the town from sunset until late evening. She is happy to lend a hand to anyone in need and tries to establish herself as a helpful magical girl.

About This Character: Madoka here comes from the end of the Anime canon, meaning she was wiped her existence and become god. Kinda. She was once a normal fourteen year old girl, who didn't stand out much beyond the karmic destiny forced upon her (thnx, homura,) and longed to be helpful. Now, Madoka has overhauled the grimdark magical girl system of her home and become an omnipotent being.

In Deerington, Madoka is generally stuck in her 'mortal' form. She chooses optimism when she can, but is no stranger to grief and not about to force anyone to bottle up their feelings! Madoka is considered an embodiment of hope by end series, and it's an accurate comparison: She can see the bad in the world and she understands that horrible things might be reality, but that doesn't mean she won't believe in goodness!
Any Warnings: Nothing major for Madoka personally. Her canon has characters with suicidal ideation, self harm (their bodies don't necessarily feel pain,) and general dark concepts.

Present Life: Madoka joined the Deer party in October and yowzers was that ever a thing. She's quite shaken by everything that happened in October, but doing her best to settle into her new 'normal.' She is enjoying her flesh and blood existence and excited to eat food again! She's also very troubled by how heavily warped her abilities are and looking to change that.
Future Ideas: One day, W I T C H. I'd like to play just a smidge with the horror of Madoka's conceptual existence. One of her power warps causes her to disappear if she uses too much of her magic and I'd like to use that eventually.

Otherwise... She's here to be surprisingly mature for a fourteen year old girl.

About This Character: stefan's an old ass vampire with a hero complex to match his hero hair. he keeps the vampire part of himself low key though he hasn't been careful during events. he's a nice guy unless he drinks too much blood and then he's off the rails and turns into the ripper.
Any Warnings: stefan's past contains some disturbing themes just as: torture, dubious consent, blood, mental manipulation, and murder.

Present Life: right now, stefan's comfortably in a relationship with katherine. they had a rough october so they're just going to be quiet in november, doing their own thing. stefan will probably finally get a job so he can support himself. he's going to try and be very off the grid when it comes to getting blood because he was kind of a prick last month when all that blood was everywhere.
Future Ideas: he's going to be facing his blood addiction once again and hopefully finding a way to control it once and for all.

Day to Day Activities: during the day, amos is always at work, tinkering around the junkyard doing this and that. he's been rebuilding an engine over there though he has nothing to put it in. it just gives him something to do and some hope that he'll get out of here. at night, he'll go out to bars and enjoy a drink and a meal or he'll stick around his apartment like a bum. he's got a new dog named diesel (thusly named) that he'll take with him all places that he can.

About This Character: a surly space mechanic with a murky past that he doesn't talk about. he's good with his hands, good with a gun, and terrible with talking. but he's gotten a little friendlier during his time in deerington.
Any Warnings: amos' past contains warnings for: child prostitution, prostitution, trafficking, violence, murder, language.

Present Life: amos goes to work and goes home, mostly. he keeps to himself save for a handful of people that he likes. he's protective of the kids he's met and he's been willing to help people out even if he's always been about keeping himself as the priority. he's working on an engine for a spaceship though he has no ship to put it in.

About This Character: scott's a newly realized superhero, single dad, and all around manchild who also goes by antman. he misses his daughter a lot and he's very rarely serious but he's a good guy and a good friend. he's also a terrible vampire.

Present Life: scott's got a steady, solid girlfriend who had to knock his ass out last month because he was a little out of his head on blood. he didn't do too many bad things but he still feels like crap and that's only going to get worse when his personal horror comes out to play.
Future Ideas: after his personal horror, i think i'm going to look into scott setting up a lab to further study pym particles.

About This Character: amara is a siren from partali - one of six mystical women in her universe who have superpowers for... some reason. very little is known about them and they in turn don't know much about themselves, especially since the main link to their powers they had died a long, long time ago. she has a variety of powers all imbued with the shock element and is a very pugnatious person with a strong moral core. she worked as a wildly successful vigilante on her homeworld and became very rich and famous on partali as a result. amara has an ego the size of a planet and i promise her showing off with her powers isn't me trying to flex on you icly, she is really just Like That

Future Ideas: i don't really want to ruin her self confidence or anything because it's a good thing for her, but i would like to explore her feeling powerless and failing to help people despite the power she has at her disposal! it's a new feeling for her.

Employment in Deerington: He JUST got a job bartending at the (fake) Hair of the Dog
Residence in Deerington: 2010 Howard Hill in a little house with Korra and Bolin
Day to Day Activities: Mako goes for a run almost every day and then usually trains his bending in their backyard. Then he pokes around the city / checks their neighborhood to make sure no weird shit's going down under his nose, and now he'll head over to the Hair of the Dog in the afternoon / evening.

About This Character: Mako's app is here for a more in-depth explanation, but basically: a former street kid-turned-old timey detective from his canon's version of the 1920s who can control fire & lightning. After growing up on the streets and being the sole caretaker for his younger brother, Mako's got an outsized sense of duty and a need to keep the few people he loves extremely safe. He's also kind of an awkward, easily-flustered nerd who takes a little while to pick up on social cues and has to write down cool one-liners for himself to remember to say at criminals later.

Any Warnings: He's an orphan street kid so there's a lot of violence, child neglect, and generally sad stuff that'll come up for him.

Present Life: Currently Mako's dealing with everything that happened to him in October, which really slammed into him and his CR with a vengeance. He and Korra both turned into monsters, everything was a lot. It redoubled his desire to get out of here, so he's started poking into the mysteries of Deerington in order to solve the puzzle faster, and he just landed a job at the Hair of the Dog as said above, which will finally get him some money!

He has now also been on one (1) date.

Future Ideas: I'm hoping to get him a lot more involved in the Deerington lore and sort of solving the plot mysteries around here, so I'm going to be aiming him at a lot of the exploration stuff. If there's anyone who could help enable him into that (he's already hit up a few) let me know!

About This Character: This version of Dean Winchester is coming in directly in after an angel busted him out of Hell, from the end of episode 4x01, "Lazarus Rising." His application is here for more detailed information about where he's coming from. The short version of it is that he's just spent 40 years burning in Hell, 30 on the rack being tortured, 10 years off it doing the torturing. And this is the worst part of his life but uh. Little does he know that he has years and years of additional trauma/horror waiting for him. :3 :3 :3

Dean, being as repressed as he is, tends to keep all of his trauma and emotions inside until he bursts, which, you know, absolutely healthy way to Deal With Things. He's got a snarky sense of humor and he loves pop culture of all sorts; he's a nerd despite what he tries to tell himself and others.
Any Warnings: God. Dean's whole life is one unending content warning to be honest. The ones I have listed for him are as follows: Physical, Emotional, and Psychological Trauma; Child Neglect and Weaponization of Children, Religious imagery/blasphemy, Hell, PTSD + Constant Trauma, Emotional Repression, Strong language, Suicidal ideation, Low self-esteem, Codependency, Violence, Blood, & Gore, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

Present Life: Well, recently, to avoid dealing with everything the oldest version of his younger brother told him, Dean ventured into the woods alone at night and accidentally broadcast getting his ass handed to him by a giant spider. He's currently healing from that at the Gothic Farmhouse he shares with Sam (OU). He's also dealing with the different variations of himself and his brother, and Cas and Castiel. He's struggling with a lot, hence his reckless life choices.
Future Ideas: I'm hoping to have Dean face and work through his Hell trauma, his Daddy Issues, his repression tendencies, and to grow as a person. He's always good for monster hunting, but I'm also looking to have him explore interests outside of that, too. Particularly: I want him to develop his nerdy interests more! In season 8, he clearly enjoys LARPing, and I've always thought he would greatly enjoy D&D, RPG, etc., and would love to get him involved in all of that somehow. I have been contemplating maybe having him turn into a monster, at some point, too, because I think that would be a really fun and neat way to get him to deal with his own world views.

CR You Want: Found family, gen, friends, fellow people involved in horror/supernatural shenanigans, younger siblings to adopt, adventurers, other monster hunters, etc. Negative CR is great, too, so long as it makes sense and we're communicating OOC about it.

Hello! I'm really excited to see all the Supernatural peeps around and how the various universes might play out! I haven't watched the show in ages but it'll forever be nostalgic for me :')

I have a teenager here who's jam-packed with supernatural horror (basically he's the "fated" host for a demon king of Hell, and he was traumatised and "prepped" for it before the cult leading this finally got the demon into him permanently. Aaaaand I brought said demon with him to Deerington, so he's a heap of Possessed Angst).

The type of demon inside him is associated with the Goetia, so like witchcraft and sorcery more than Biblical stuff, BUT Paimon is one of Lucifer's most loyal followers in his version! So Ashlee and I have plans for him to starry eye at the Lucifer inside of Endverse-Sam, kind of latching onto him..... It should be fine....

I definitely think it'd be interesting to toss him at your Dean sometime / I'm always here for supernatural horror mashups and seeing how traumatised teenagers and equally traumatised adults might interact :'DD

Day to Day Activities: David spends a lot of weekday time at the school teaching and preparing lessons, but he also gets up in the wee hours to go running, and can be found regularly at the gym and a variety of stores. He gets around.

About This Character: David is a young genius mutant who has been through a lot of stuff. Mostly because of his psychomimetic powers he also has far too many skills, though unless he's in a competition, he'd prefer to downplay those around other people who can do similar things. He hates taking up too much spot light. He's very interested in tech and medicine, and helping other people out, and will go beyond what is comfortable for him just to do so.
Any Warnings: David's died. Twice. Once was very graphic. He's had a ton of friends die when they were only teens. He's also currently an investigator into mutant deaths and disappearances back home. Probing too much into his background will lead to veiled or even open discussion of death, systemic racism and prejudice against mutants, and lots of sadness.

Present Life: David's very pleased just to be connecting with people. Of course this is strongest with his fellow Mutants, but he is starting to spread out and make connections with other people. Which has led to some awkward shooting down of romance and fostering close friendships. Mostly he's just trying to get to know people.
Future Ideas: I would love David pushed out of his comfort zones. He's used to being in situations where he can be, if not in control, at least able to think his way around problems. Getting him hurt/lost/undermining his confidence would be nice. But it's also important for him to find specific purpose here, which he has yet to manage. So people pushing him toward organizations or investigations would be great.

CR You Want: Friends, flirting, people he can more or less adopt or be adopted by, especially if they had teen years growing up where something about them made them part of a marginalized group. And a rival or someone for him to be so annoyed by that he goes off ranting about them if their name is even hinted at.

About This Character: The Bag Girl (muscle/killer) of now long deceased crime kingpin Roman Torchwick, Neo is a capable criminal thug and B&E specialist with a playful attitude.

For years, she's nursed a grudge towards Ruby Rose and Cinder Fall over Roman's death. For a long list of reasons due to experiences here, despite having gone crazy and killed Ruby in July, she's trying to put her past behind her with Team RWBY. She's still criminal scum, but she's playing nice these days and looking to find a home here in Deerington

-Right, so an important note with Neopolitan. She is mute, and Remnant is not known for being egalitarian towards people who are different or who have disabilities. She's only recently begun to learn ASL, but it is possible the subject of Ableism in her society can come up if her backstory is delved into. She prefers to write/type/text usually, but will willingly use a variety of methods to communicate.
- She's also capable of disguising herself magically and is a bit of a little murder hobo, so even if she is playing nice, I don't rule out future stabbery.

Present Life: She is on relatively neutral terms with Team RWBY. there is a lot of distrust to go around but she has reached at least neutral terms with most. Some don't like her, some like her more, but there is peace, so yay!

She is currently in a happy relationship with Emerald Sustrai, and has begun to see Deerington as a place where she can actually begin to live, outside of the shadow of the tragic events of her life.
Future Ideas:
- Further investigation into the core plotline of the game. She actively wants to protect her ability to remain here at Deerington, because she doesn't think there's anything waiting for her in Remnant.

About This Character: An admitted sadist with a tenuous grasp on empathy, Larxene is a "Nobody," a class of creature that maintains its sentience but minimal to no emotion that results from the corruption of a "Somebody" (In her case, a keyblade wielder named Elrena). After canon update, she is at the moment of her death in canon and so remembers her emotions and memories as Elrena.

So, she is still an admitted villain who 'plays along' and causes only minimal trouble while helping people that tolerate her enough to avoid getting into too much trouble. She's always looking for a laugh and a fight.
Any Warnings:
- She's a sadist, so random electrocution's a possibility!
- Major fourth wall material related to Disney. She's encountered the channel, figured out Mickey Mouse is a world-famous fictional character and has big-time issues about it. As part of her coping, she now replaces 'God' with 'Walt' because she thinks it's so clever.

Present Life: She's here for the laughs, here for the larks and here for the amusement. She happens to be in a stable romantic relationship which still amazes her. Otherwise, she's just looking for chances to amuse herself (usually in fights/risking her life) any chance she can get.
Future Ideas: More of the same. Larxene is a stable character in that she more 'reacts' to events than she plots. She left the plotting to Marluxia and this hasn't changed.

- Reading and relaxing in cafes or bars (with non-alcoholic drinks), sometimes with a book.

About This Character: A three-eyed sorceress and hero who has an obsession with forgiveness, a balanced path between "Light" and "Dark" and personal freedom of herself and others. She is almost libertine, though she's become intimately aware of the consequences of her free-wheeling behavior, and so tempers it to some extent.

She is a firm believer in trying to achieve a world where as many as can be saved are, where all can be free.

Present Life:
-Currently very active, working with FEAR staff to try and maintain organization, finding the help of Winter Schnee, Leonard McCoy and K to be extremely helpful. She's recovering from October and just glad that the Flesh Sinkhole =/= a horrible plague.
-She's about to participate in the Mini-Event with Mother Superior, which will clarify her specific attitude towards events going forward, and she'll be preaching very clearly for a specific result if she can convince everyone. (She's got the untenable attitude that all Key NPCs should be spared/protected to face the consequences of their actions over time, rather than killing any. She's aware this is a VERY hard sell with Roderic, Superior and to an extent Julia Sodder)
- She's been building up a romantic interest in one particular character, but is waiting until December to approach this. In communication with the players involved, and this will likely be an unrequited affection, which will be very cool to work with, but that'll play out over time.
Future Ideas:
- A lot of involvement with the metaplot of the game. As most of us should be used to by now, she b-lines to all mini events quickly.
- Failed flirtation attempts are a pretty regular thing for her, so that's usually very amusing, though that's already pretty well set as to where her interests are.
- She's going to run herself ragged trying to save everyone.

Age: His age is unknown so I've arbitrarily given him one. He's 36. (I've also arbitrarily decided his birthdate is May 10th given that his character was first introduced May 2010)
Employment in Deerington: He is the Biology Professor at DCC
Residence in Deerington: David Cliff Apt 104. It's going to annoy him that he shares the same name with the place he takes residence in. Also, David lives quite modestly considering. His apartment is a single bedroom urban mancave, small but with plenty of open space to give it the illusion of roomy
Day to Day Activities: David does not have a set routine yet, but you can almost predict his behavior. He is a workaholic and if he's not in a classroom teaching or rehearsing then he'll be in his office grading and prepping. David also enjoys coffee shops and pubs, running/biking, reading, cooking, or listening to music during his free time.

About This Character: David has very little personal history, so what we know about him is what has been presented to us in the comics (come on DC, get on the stick and give David some personal background would you). What we do know is that David is a CSI and the decorated director of the CCPD crime lab. He's clearly ambitious (reasonably ambitious), is serious about his job...with that in mind he's not a huge fan of mask-wearing superheroes (and of course villains) to him their presence undermines the law and they cause just as much destruction as they try to prevent. David can be quite rigid and serious in his professional life, he can be scathing in his criticisms and astute in his intuitions, but he's also very cordial and warm with those he cares about.

Any Warnings: Not that we know of, David seems like he's got life together, well adjusted if not a stressed-out human being.

Present Life: David is just coming off the end of a Grodd invasion back on his own homeworld and he's been slammed into a different world/dimension where there are people who are from his world, but they are not from his world at the same time. He's trying to process that and reconciliation is not something that will come easy for him.
Future Ideas: Convince him that superheroes and vigilantes aren't problem causing shitbirds, convince him that Batman is somehow better than the Joker.

Day to Day Activities: When he's not working or dealing with the various threats of the city, he's usually doing something involved with music or hanging out with his various friends around Deerington

About This Character: He's a huge nerd when it comes to sound and the science around it, but that's worked out great for him, as he's unlocked the secrets to hypnotizing people (and rats) with the sound of his music, as well as shattering objects by hitting their sonic frequencies. He'll gladly and eagerly share everything he's learned with anyone who takes an interest.

He's also someone who hates to stand by and let things happen. Whether it's fighting the crushing blows dealt to those in poverty in an uncaring capitalist system, or dressing up in a costume and fighting against people and creatures who threaten people's lives, Hartley generally wants to help when he sees people suffering. He can also be a bit stubborn and impulsive, and often doesn't bother to come up with anything resembling a plan before jumping into action.

Any Warnings: Hartley's parents reacted very badly when he came out of the closet, so there could be mentions of their homophobia. Also, if anyone has a fear of rats, he does have a tendency to keep swarms of rats around.

Present Life: He's gone on a few dates with Rhys, and the two of them got along pretty well, and then he's recently had David show up, who he's just learned is his boyfriend from another timeline. He'll probably have to deal with that at some point, but he figures he doesn't have to yet, because he figures *he's* not the Hartley that's dating David. Even if he does find David really attractive.

Future Ideas: Just general him talking about his alternate timeline boyfriend showing up with people who are close to him and trying to sort out what to do with that. Other than that, just being impulsive and heroic and putting himself in danger and unintentionally making everyone around him worry.
