NOTE: October 3rd Justine is going to pass out and remain unconscious for the hour after the video.

Justine will likely break into locations in order to make sure there is enough food in her home... if anyone wants to lend her a hand? She will also likely grab incents and have them with her though she won't burn them unless something weird happens around her in an attempt to keep her save. She might also ask people to really help her train this month since it's spooky as hell.

I WANT JUSTINE TO BECOME A WITCH! Let's plot that! I love Madoka!
Her ability will likely be ice with lots of blood/vampire like crazies in it. Her witch would be very open to suggestion but also show off her internal raving madness, so crazy voices? Yes.

She just died but it can happen again. I don't mind either way. Justine has more happy feelings in Deerington than in her canon RN so she'll be pretty easy to kill.

NO MANS LAND
See above with the Witch thoughts. This will be similar to that and show off Justine's crazy. I really want to do this because I love exploring the unstable part of her. She sorta has two distinct sides to her so that'll be fun when you meet her in No Man's Land.

I'm thinking that Justine's item will literally be the beating heart of its host. It's for metaphorical reasons but it'd be fun.

NOTE: October 3rd Airy is going to be extremely queasy and every five to ten minutes, they'll have to vomit up blood. She'll also be disoriented and be unable to see straight. I might put her in front of a car if someone wants to hit her? or have her fall into a river of blood when the world shifts to Nightmare? You can live through that, right?

She isn't going to be okay with the setting.

Airy as a beast? Luckily she isn't that violent and it'll be a light transformation. Let me know if you want her to attack you or freak out! She'll try to be looking for help and I'll likely make her forget her name. She'll also be crying through a lot of it because Airy really is too sweet.

NO MANS LAND
This would be fun to write because I have so much stuff about Airy's canon and I'll be able to actually use it. It'll be a Labyrinth of concrete. The alter will be her mental safe room which she got after being mentally attacked. There will also be the ring of a bell whenever something dangerous is going to happen in her no mans land. Think like Silent Hill... Her ritual item would probably be a photo but idk yet. There are a few things it could be.

These are just thoughts for now. I would love to plot stuff with people and see if there is anything that anyone wants to do. I will also tag you! Let me know if you want either of mine. :D I am so excited for all of this.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: Like literally every No Man's Land--NO OKAY, I. Should sanely limit myself, so North's is only up for her close CR a/o castmates, depending on uh, how many of those she ends up having this month.

That said, should we end up plotting that, please, please be aware there is no way her NML is not going to be festooned with sexual violence and trauma. I'll be keeping it as like metaphorical/symbolic as possible just so I don't like, trigger myself, but there's basically no way to avoid that, so. Caveat reader.

MEANWHILE, however, as long as we can figure out a reason she'd touch your character's tattoo: /opens all seven of my hands to YOUR character's sad, sad icky mind palaces. North is both very durable and very stubborn, so she's a good candidate for like, getting to said tattoo (on an already transformed character) without being like, sliced to itty bitty pieces.

Right now I'm gonna say maybe I shouldn't do more than uhhh three of those, assuming I have three takers, lmao.

Inevitably I have forgotten ten million other things but that's what plurk is for.

Wade is going to be severely suffering from Insight. He's going to start out hearing voices (White and Yellow) And talking to himself way more than he typical does. Often times fighting with the voices he hears. He'll be prone to violence and fits and ultimately transforming fully.

I don't want to kill him off yet, so if someone wants to get attacked by him hit me up. Monster form or not yet monster form. Also if someone wants to save him that would be lovely!!! I'd personally prefer the saving to be established CR but I won't be against new CR either.

His No Man's Land is going to be as messy and fucked up as you'd imagine Deadpool's subconscious to be. It's going to be gruesome, confusing and loud.

Also his missing ritual item is gonna be a red ring pop. Fight me. But also also does anyone wanna see what Wade used to look like because that's gonna happen to in his NML

As for after, I'm going with broken bones and painful skin because suffering is always fun right.

OKAY. First of all, like everyone, I'm so into everything here but I also don't to overwhelm myself. That said! Connor is a really good candidate for killing your character if you need them to be slayed as a beast or a witch because he's gonna do what has to be done without hesitation (usually).

If you want access to his NML, I haven't really decided what it's going to be yet but I'm definitely gonna do something. So if that's something you're into you can just lmk and I'll update you as I have details. It's probably going to be a very sharp and cold sort of place, really inspired by Cyberlife Tower and Amanda and her dang roses.

ALSO...........he's going to turn into a witch. I think I have the plans in place already for how he's going to be, like, destroyed but um. If you wanna encounter a very gloomy Connor leading up him actually turning into the witch for whatever reason, now's the time.

But yeah overall if u need someone to kill ur beast person here's ur guy.

Definitely going to have Bruce pass out here and there, and it's going to annoy the heckie out of him, so if someone would like to come across prone Bruce (or vice versa and have him come pick them up-), let me know!

Bruce is going to get Insight thanks to his psychological issues (comics Bruce and his pre-teen manifestations of Hulk, trauma etc.)

Planning for Bruce to figure out the incense and turn his house into a bit of shelter, but I'm also aiming for him to go mad from a prolongued trip on the streets/rivers, maybe to go find someone if anyone would like to be lost/in need of aid, because then-

-Bruce already has a beast (to him) inside so for this I'd like him to turn into a witch! Still hashing out what to do about his NML landscape, but... it's gonna be dangerous. Be warned. He might die. Who knows. Might go with some extreme heat/fire just from Hulk and his whole 'raging fire' thing...

So this is the official heyyyyy I really really wanna do something with this event. I think it'd be hilarious if they end up having to deal with event things before actually knowing for certain that the other is Actually Here, but I'm also open for other things too!

Basically I just want to get this trainwreck rolling, and pointed at the nearest plate glass window. ;)

Arthur is going to be intent on figuring out the fragmented message first.

Then he's going to want to put some heads together to find those 3 things to bring Sodder back (yes he knows how to work in a team)

Once he realises what's happening with the beasts & witches, he'll be all for helping the people return to normal, so... NML diving, full steam ahead!

Towards the end he might be exhausted and negative enough for his own tattoo to start glowing, I'm undecided on that... We'll play it by ear?

I'm not looking to kill Arthur himself, but I'm okay with him killing others in self-defense if people want their characters killed! Bearing in mind that he's only got his gun (and potentially some arsenal from F.E.A.R. hq.)

General
- Majima is an extremely battle-oriented character so I'd love to have the opportunity to fight a beast or witch or two! He will try to save any characters he can, especially people he knows. If you would like to have someone fire a rocket launcher at your character or something, hit me up! He can tank a good amount of damage, so it'd be cool to get him injured during this event :V.

- Making incense with someone tbh, the one cute thing around :x. Majima's never really been to a church (unless you count ruined old ones, certainly nothing with incense and flowers and whatnot), so it'll be a new and exciting single positive experience from this whole shebang.

Transformation
Majima's the closest thing his canon has to an uncontrollable Blood Knight, so he'll be most likely turning into a beast sometime during the month. I'm thinking something like the Death Stranding lion, only less lion and more wolf! I'm leaning towards inspiring screaming fear/madness in those he approaches aaand... idk, a Light weakness seems a little on the nose, still gotta think on that one. I think someone saving him would lead to more interesting character insight, but might be open to getting him killed as well!

No Man's Land
Probably an immense, twilight-covered graveyard dealing with his feelings about everyone around him dying even though he's the one with the death wish

So Rei is going to be among those who straight up pass out after the video. So if you want your character to see her on the street/wake her up after, sure let's do that!

I'm already thinking that Rei will be going right into the Hart Mart for supplies, as well as gather items from the church, just...because anything that doesn't smell like blood is great.

Rei will be becoming a WITCH. Her element is ice, making it possible to bury someone in ice/snow. No, it does not melt, but it does feel painfully cold.

Her witch is a weepy witch, straining and unable to move from where she is anchored to one spot with plenty of weeping. As well, her tattoos are under her collar bones, so they're easy to access.

No Man's Land will be a tundra, and it'll be very cold. Nothing melting, things in everything seems to be frozen, nothing changing. Lots of ice caves and the like. It can be pretty easy to get lost without the host leading you around.

While her alter is going to have three things in particular- her camera obsurca, her regular camera, and a peaceful photograph of the people she loves, assembled as if in a party, the special item is a silver ring on a chain.

People may recall seeing this, as she wears it often. If you want it lost in another person's landscape, let me know and we'll work something out!

Also! Rei has a special music box. While it takes a few seconds to play-about 15 seconds-music will disorient any being plagued with madness for no more than thirty seconds.

So if you want a window into getting into someone's no man's land that's how to do it!

Reaction to the video: Scarlett will be knocked out for the hour.

Insight – Scarlett will be given the gift of Insight from her powers of the orange moon she suffered from last month. She could be found doing the following things.

- Exploring/freaking out at the Insight abilities and how they change the town.

- Being completely overwhelmed by the voices bombarding her.

- Taking refuge/someone dragging her to the church (TAAAAAAAKE ME TO CHURCH~) so she can get some respite from the effects of the Insight.

However, as someone who is both prone to violence/negative emotions, Scarlett will eventually fall victim to becoming a beast. She’ll be undergoing a full transformation. She’ll be completely consumed by feelings of anger and isolation.

- If you want your characters attacked/killed by Scarlett in this state, hit me up.

- Her weakness will be holy items. It’s a bit of an ‘on the nose’ thing considering she’s a demon and someone who’s come back from the dead. This could be things like holy water, iron, rocksalt. Hell, stab her with a crucifix.

- I’m currently undecided if I’m going to be killing her or not. :|a

I’m super intrigued by the No Man’s Land feature which I would prefer if it were some of her closer CR doing this particular option although it’s not completely off-limits to others.

- Her No Man’s Land will be a loud, dark and dilapidated world. Everything’s falling apart, including the Labyrinth, bits of things breaking off and floating into a huge black hole in the sky. Lots of climbing/clambering about this broken place, hope you’ve got decent shoes on. I’m thinking sort of like Limbo in Inception. It’s mirroring the end of the world Scarlett endured in her own world.

- Her essential item (which I’m still deciding on) will be inside an equally falling-down version of her home (it’ll require a lot of climbing over rubble oops) and the altar will be in the center of the labyrinth.

he'll want to hear what she sees with the insight thing too if she wants to talk about it, but we definitely don't have to go that angle if she doesn't.

General: Kurama, having been affected by the moon, will have Insight. So, a thousand plus years of regrets and mistakes made worse by that human thing called a conscience. He'll pretend nothing is wrong, but he won't be so good at it and because of that will avoid people. Hiding in buildings or the forest. Probably surrounded by destruction. He'll more than likely be in his Youko form, because of the emotional strain. At least not murderous? Maybe. Lemme know if you want a fox demon and some shenanigans.

When he learns about the incense, he'll spend every possible moment either surrounded by it or at the church. And sense he is super energized, he'll be available as much as possible!

Transformation: I'm still debating on a transformation. Kurama's intelligent enough to know how to stave things off. If someone wants to play with that, hit me up. I'll probably only do this if we plot it out.

No Man's Land: A lot of gore, torture, disturbing imagery. Twisted plants, electrical storms, dangerous marshes. It'll reflect a bit on the Makai, landscape and full of dangerous traps and artifacts. Content warning for more body horror and blood and violence within, including the Host.

Aftermath: Depends on what happens! If he transforms, lots of broken bones, bleeding, and overall pain he will insist he can take care of. Same with any other injuries. Otherwise he'll be playing nurse to anyone injured and trying to save anyone he can.

Other: Kurama can help with incense! And also help people. I'm also totally cool with him getting killed or injured at some point during this event if someone wants that task. The only limit I have is listed above, so all the things.

And I mean, Kurama's a master thief so if you wanna break in somewhere, he can totally give you a hand.

River will pass out during the blackout on October 3rd.

She will have Insight, and her tattoo will flicker all month long.

She will definitely not have enough food stored up for these shenanigans, and she'll be drawn to incense but will run out. Other apartment residents: how do you feel about incense outside the main door standing guard?

No Man's Land

River's No Man's Land will be the Academy under the guise of a school classroom and courtyard. There will be references to non-consensual surgery and brainwashing. The altar will be in the classroom and super easy to find.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: re: 3rd oct, lo's gonna be outside when it happens, and he's gonna start vomiting blood. he's also going to reassure you that yeah, he's fine, but continue vomiting because GOD DAMN IT. at least he doesn't have insight?

otherwise, lo's going to be incredibly affected by the stench of blood both because of how nauseating it is and how... uh, "hungry" it makes him. so when he finds out about the incense, he'll take as much as he can out of the simple sentiment of "GOOD SMELL = GOOD EFFECT". well, that and it was used on him when he was a sickly kid, and he had enough catholic guilt experiences growing up in the 1800's that he remembers what incense means.

his house in dunwich hollow will have a huge hole in the kitchen from a teleporting incident gone wrong with henry. this will have the most incense given it's connected to the outside. logan's going to be anal enough that it won't run out, even when he leaves to do other things. you're free to assume this is a safe spot you can stay at, and hell, he'll awkwardly take you in. he'll also offer the sticks with incense hanging off them that i can't remember the name of, b/c he Cares. (sorta. mostly it's because he's disturbed by all this and he's an x-man and x-men are supposed to help.)

that being said, logan's going to actively try and find sodder with the fragmented message as clues. he's also going to take anyone with insight seriously if they tell him how fucked the world is now.

his tattoo (a VERY TINY heart-shaped two antlers on his left cheek) will glow, but he won't transform fully. i'd like one thread where he touches someone else's tattoo while they touch his and their no man's lands blend into one, only logan hasn't transformed so his "witch" is just the berserker in him split from his main personality (and heavily weakened!), and somehow the combination means he finds his precious item next to your character's and thus puts the pieces together quickly. :')

he's very much here for saving people from being beasts and/or witches, and if that happens after his experience in the blended no man's land, he'll know how to do so peacefully. if not, i'm v open to having him kill you; he's trying not to, but he's the best there is at what he does, and what he does best isn't very nice.

i won't be making an open toplevel this event for my own sanity, but i'm more than happy to make specialised starters for you.

Oh no the joint no man's land is cute. it'd compliment Rei's overzealous side pretty well.

Also if he's going after Sodder, it's entirely possible Rei might want to join him in that. He left an impression, for sure.

Rei Hino/Sailor Mars | Sailor Moon

CR Wanted: I'm interested in expanding Rei's CR base more, however I'd also like people to have CR with Sailor Mars, to build that alternate different identity.
You do not have to know Rei to gain CR with Mars, and even if you've met Rei, that doesn't mean you know who Mars is. A glamour protects her identity till you see her transform.

CR Not Wanted: I'm open to most things but I'm not really looking for violently antagonistic CR right now.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

Re: October 3rd, Rei is probably going to be dizzy and disoriented, likely with the queasiness as well if someone wants to play with that.

Okay, so. Rei is not going to be transforming into a monster or a witch, nor does she suffer from Insight. She's psychologically stable! (somehow), and missed Lunar Madness! She's also not prone to bouts of negative emotion most of the time, so dodges the witch, and she's not particularly violent...so no monster. Whoops!

What this means is that Sailor Mars will be around more than Rei Hino, and she'll be trying to mitigate threats and damage. If you want her to rescue your character, or are wanting your transformed character to be stopped from going on a rampage, I am here for this. Mars is willing to kill monster characters, but if that is what you want, let's please plot that out.

She will be covering her house in incense to keep it safe, and will happily take in people who need it. that's just what she does.

Additionally, I'd really love to have her explore other character's no-man's lands and try and help them.

That said, she absolutely has things to hide, and so will have no-man's lands of her own. One for Rei, a twisted up, dark mirror of Tokyo and one for Mars, which is the Moon Kingdom and the planet Mars as they used to be. The items will change depending on which side you wind up in.

Other than that, if you have ideas, get at me!

• He'll pass out right in his house. Just... pass the fuck out. Maybe someone was visiting him during this time??
  
• X'rhun will try to get to the mountain. He'll fail, but he's definitely going to TRY GODDAMN IT.
  
• Of course he'll try and hunt for the 3 things to bring Sodder back because this is important. Buddy up with him!
  
• Again, X'rhun cant see well in the dark, so he'll be stumbling around a whole lot. Maybe even tripping over your character.
  
• He doesn't know how to make incense. How do you even, some one please help him. Though he wont be visiting the church often, he doesn't feel comfortable in something other than a temple for his personal patron deities.
  
• He's going to turn into a beast because he does have a lot of negative emotions he bottles up AND he's v violent in a fight. A big... nekomata because as much as I love Bloodborne, the wolf aesthetic just doesn't suit him-- imagine the white tiger from Nioh, if you know that game. Fire wont work, he likes fire, so uuuhhhh ice and water are his weaknesses? Who wants to snap him out of this and go into his No Man's Land? This can be run with multiple people because X'rhun's mental state as NO CHILL and he will be changing multiple times!
  
• As for his No Man's Land... He has a lot of baggage to unpack! I want to write something different each time per character who goes in there, even if the setting may be the same. He's had a long and crazy life, and I want to reflect that in his labyrinth! And it helps that... a lot of locations in canon are already dungeons.
  
• Not looking to have him killed off. He died last month and there's more I want to do this month.

I'd love for Airy and x'rhun to meet! Airy lives next door to him and is also in FEAR. If you want he can trip over her near their home because Airy can try and keep them safe or something.

This is why I took it easy last month, I figured this would be a doozy, and here I am give me all your plots.

Insight: So Ouse will get hit fast and hard by the Insight, because it pretty much just literally says "will target Ouse Kurosawa" on the label. I might have a prompt with her wandering around wondering what the actual fuck just happened to this place, while slowly getting worse and worse. This'll be a decent place to talk to her coherently, at least.

Witch - Ouse will, as much as Bloodborne was the most aesthetic game for me since Silent Hill, turn into a Witch! A nasty Witch. CW Suicide, Suicidal Ideation, and Ouse's Terrible Life will most likely be hardcore applicable this. Imagine a Witch based off of her (NSFW-ish link) Conceptual appearance... in a lonely, desolate, black-water infused Labyrinth that feels like drowning just being in it. Minions? No minions for this one - one of her worst and hardest-hitting traits is how alone she feels. She is dying over, and over again, forever alone. What else does that mean? Why, you get to see her die, over, and over again; she will relive a lot of the deaths she has witnessed... and turn them into attacks against your characters. Her element is water by nature, and she doesn't really need any help on that front, but touching the black water she uses might be corrosive or necrotizing to anyone in the area. Considering the entire arena feels like it's already submerged in an ink-stained pond, that could be a problem. Because it's hard to see. But maybe it just smells like rotting bodies, and that's your first clue. Anyone who wants to fight the Witch is more than welcome to.

Host of No-Man's Land/Altar Stuff: Anyone who fights the Witch is more than welcome to find themselves near the altar of her NML It kind of looks like the Shadowspring. What she's missing will probably be something like her truly loving, caring, and dutiful heart, which might actually be a real heart you'll have to put on the altar-thing I'm sorry. (No I'm not). The altar will be surrounded by lilies, naturally. Where the missing item is is a good question! I'm up for plotting that out. There's... probably only like one other character here she's actually close enough to in order for the symbolic exchange to actually mean anything if it were to go into someone else's, but finding it somewhere in her own NML is game.

- If you'd like something less horrifying and more gen, hit me up. The monster thing will probably take up a good portion early in the month, which means she will be dealing with the side-effects during the next few weeks and into part two. So expect her to be kind of... vacant for a good portion of the interaction, but I'm down.

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event: OKAY! Oct. 3 will find him disoriented and wondering just how much blood he can throw up before he passes out from blood loss. Fortunately, the only places he'll be terrorizing are the toilet and every garbage can in the apartment he shares with his former fellow Paladins.

Unfortunately for him, he's also stuck with Insight and will get to enjoy hearing voices and going mad, which means he'll be prone to lashing out at people. Keith keeps his tattoo hidden, so knowing how close he is to the breaking point isn't something easily discerned. He'll also most likely going to get to experience the joy of horrific full transformation because I am an awful person and the Insight will stir up enough negative emotions that he won't be able to handle it. I'm torn on whether or not to let him live or die, though, and am more than willing to go either way if someone's up for it!

Because I'm torn, I don't have a concrete on a no-man's land as of yet, but I can come up with something readily enough if need be.

So! In general! Daemon's insomnia from last month will be morphing into Insight, and he's going to deteriorate fast and his transformation's gonna be of the quick and messy kind. Also, his tattoo is on his upper right chest just below his clavicle and it will be doing a light-show during the month until he snaps. So he's gonna be up for trying to help people while like...hiding how volatile he's feeling. Which is honestly mostly just going to be Daemon being Daemon since this is...basically his canon state for most of his life. XD

HOWEVER! BEAST THINGS! Tbqfh he's just gonna be a 20ft long displacer beast. So he's a massive six-legged kitty with two murder tentacles. I'm also giving him the displacer's canonical ability of displacement. He's going to be wrapped in illusions (a light-based ability), that make him incredibly hard to hit, even though he's just your basic meaty beast-thing beyond that and is weak to just about all weapons. If you hit him. His murdering will take the form of ambush predation. So he'll lurk, be hard to see and hard to hit, and then stalk-pounce. So he'll probably lurk just out of range of the church, just out of range of FEAR, or anywhere where people congregate if you want to handwave having caught glimpses of him. Also I have a couple ideas about hide-and-seek sort of threads if you want to do something with the stalking angle?

The thing is: one of the major themes of Daemon's canon is that he is this fearsome beast that acts as guardian. Like, there's a statue and everything. It's a major set-piece and multiple scenes reference it. So I'd like some elements of that to come through since he's running off of instinct and murder (ie his life). So I'm open to doing some beast-on-beast fights where Daemon's trying to keep the other one from murdering, or saving someone from drowning in blood before disappearing, or anything that would be like...a flicker of protective.

Let's see. Let's see. I would actually be really interested in playing with the idea that someone else's No Man's Land holds Daemon's Artifact? His No Man's Land is a mirror maze of blood and crystal, and he as a guide would be viciously flirtatious. I'm also really into the idea of Daemon delving into someone's No Man's Land trying to find their altar and artifact, maybe in an attempt to stave off someone's transformation?

- After the airing of the video, Noct will be intermittently throwing up.

- Unfortunately(?) for him, Noctis will have Insight during the event, thanks to last month! His newfound energy will have him quickly searching out familiar faces, while being plagued by the voices of his ancestors. shortly after he will be overcome by his own despair leading to his transformation into a Witch...

- His appearance will be something of a mash-up of Bahamut's head with a fish tail and he will be armed with the trident of the Oracle. His eyes glow red/purple with a dark, sickly looking substance streaming from them. He wears the crown of Lucis on his head.

- The Witch's element is LIGHT and his No Man's Land is going to be categorized by a distinct... lack of it. You'll have to navigate through the darkness of the ruins of Insomnia, his birth place, by starlight. There may or may not be encounters with some funky constellation versions of some of your favourite FF summons, like Ramuh, Leviathan or Shiva. I'd love to tailor a different experience for separate tag-ins if you're down for that!

- Your Host will be a 30 year old Noctis, dressed in a tattered version of this complete with knee brace. he'll walk with a limp and be extremely... lethargic. He's all-consumed by a "why bother" sort of mentality. This Noctis will want to be left alone and you probably can't convince him to follow, however he will show up mysteriously at certain milestones within the labyrinth to provide depressing insight if needed. Luckily, Carbunble will be around to provide some actual assistance.

- the Altar will take the shape of the Regalia (in a field of sylleblossoms of course), where a picture of him with his entourage can be found, as well as the Carbuncle totem and the Lovers' Notebook. The ring of the Lucii (which he's been wearing since day 1 in-game) will be missing— it can be found after a rough constellation-Leviathan encounter, deep within the abyss of her waters if you wish to save him.

- Alternatively, to kill the witch his weak point will be to stab him right in the chest. Host-Noct will be front and centre for this too, and as a bonus will physically react and feel the blows made to the witch— in addition to pleading with your character to stop, he doesn't want to die, why are you doing this, etc. etc... (If you want we can also potentially include this nightmareish bit before another option ie. saving him, is explored...! :3c)

THE BEAST: Allura, while cool under pressure most of the time, has a hot temper every now and again. In combination of how she's been forced to revisit the loss of her home planet in Deerington (not through talking, but through event experiences and delirium), as well as how on edge September put her, she's going to be a little snippy and resentful, which will grow over the days. Allura does usually work this off with literal workouts (nothing like punching something to relieve stress), but this time it's going to go poorly:

So Allura is going to look like some combination of an Elder Ghru and Vicar Amelia from the lovely video the mods provided us for reference.

As the post describes, she will be on the prowl and basically willing to fight anyone and anything. Allura is normally superhuman in strength, so that's going to be an even bigger problem now. Despite the fact that you can literally see bones underneath that shaggy white hair, her toughness is fairly high. She will be PHYSICALLY BLIND, but she will be able to sniff people out/view them in her "minds' eye" by reading their energies. It may be your soul that she wants, but she has to destroy your body to get to it. Sorry.

Her main weakness will actually be water. (It's ironic because she's the Blue Paladin now who is associated with water.) Specifically, cold water or salt water can be used against her to burn her. One can keep her at bay with physical attacks, but if you want to do real damage, that's the way to go.

Despite her appearance, Allura will have a "light based attack" that isn't just physical monster mauling. This is more like a concentrated beam of light that she can shoot out of her mouth. Think about Godzilla powering up and destroying a building. Except the isn't as tall as a building and this isn't Tokyo, but you get the idea. She will be kind of staticky afterwards and need time to recharge.

Anyone can encounter her! So if you want to have her chase your character down, to fight, or even to be killed? Let me know! I LOVE WRITING MONSTERS. SO I am going to be all the fuck over this. I am happy to have her injured or maimed, but I won't be killing her! This time.

That being said, there's a second part to this...

NO MAN'S LAND: Allura's labyrinth, should you get in there, actually looks a lot like a smaller version of the cosmic web, if one could see it. Those who enter will have to jump through a series of white holes, avoid getting pulled into black holes, or helping creating their own wormholes to get from point A to point B. Characters will encounter broken remnants of actual planets as well as shrapnel from battle scattered throughout the labyrinth. In one particular area there will be depictions of the Alternate Reality her team encountered where Allura had actually become the tyrannical queen of the universe. (YAY!) Basically the remnants of her destroyed home planet and then the reality in which it exists and she's the bad guy.

Host!Allura will look much like she does, but be quick to judge and expect people to follow her orders or she will quickly dismiss them. She will try to help those who ask for it, but won't offer it on her own, get easily frustrated and then dismiss with things like "it's all gone, it doesn't matter anyway". Happy stuff.

The actual Altar will be an island literally floating in space, with greenery and the juniberry flowers she misses. Her essential item will be her tiara.

I am happy to have anyone wander into her land, potentially from other lands, if they're connected! I mean, WORMHOLES guys. They can dump you anywhere. However, I will only be holding one successful ritual (which is taken by Shiro ATM), and one unsuccessful ritual (which is open). If you want to find a secondary item which does not reform a cleansing ritual or if you just want to have fun in space, let me know!

Ideas/Wishes pertaining the event:

- Adam will be suffering from Insight, which is a bit of what Adam already suffers in Deerington, being too tuned in to the undercurrents of magic, and he will be constantly struggling to tell what is real and what is insight-nightmares. I’d really like a thread of questioning reality, mistaking real things for hallucinations, etc. He will be very confused and alarmed to find out that other people also see blood rivers and pumpkin boats. At least when you’re hallucinating you can reassure yourself that it’s not real.

- Adam will be suffering some pretty serious mood swings throughout the event. On the one hand, he’ll be an excellent and helpful guide if anyone gives him a task or a destination. He can get you there, and safely, possibly with the help of his dream guide. He’ll be quick to help with incense and can lead the way straight through any No Man’s Land.

- On the flip side, Adam’s insecurity and self-doubt will be crippling whenever he’s left alone or without a task to focus on for too long. Without school and homework to occupy his time, he’ll be very prone to listless depression. He’ll be disinclined to leave his dorm. Which will quickly lead to him becoming a witch. His blackened, abandoned body can be found in the community college library.

- In Adam’s No Man’s Land, hard warnings for child abuse. It’s a black, twisted forest-factory of metal trees with cogs for leaves, and there’s a constant shouting rattle of something that sounds partly like factory clanging except that you can almost make out words in the clanging, abusive rhetoric that calls you useless, worthless, a burden.

- Adam’s witch-form is an oozing darkness, an “unmaker” demon of a blackness that consumes and ‘unmakes’ anything that it encounters. Anything it touches withers and crumbles to dust. It’s a pool or an oozing formless mass of no more than ten feet at most, but it oozes and creeps hungrily. It’s drawn to sources of power and magic, and will quickly drain and dissolve them if it can. The unmaker is trying to unmake the entire labyrinth, and the parts it has touched are just black ash and silence. It can be killed by a sacrifice, though what that means to your character is up to you.

- Adam’s Host, more warnings for abuse references, is bruised and shockingly emaciated, wearing rags. He is driven by self-doubt and would prefer to focus on the witch-form rather than his altar, which he would rather hide and avoid. He will encourage killing the witch and will tell you how to do so: it takes a sacrifice.

- I’m open to Adam possibly dying in this event if anyone kills his witch. It’s not my preference, but if it’s the natural tragectory of a thread I’m open to it.
- Adam’s No Man’s Land can be accessed through the glowing tattoo without him becoming a witch, which means it won’t have the witch raging inside.

I think Bucky will become a witch, if anyone is interested in saving him from that or entering his No Man's Land. His witch will be pretty gnarly because he's got about 70 years of baggage to draw upon. If someone wants to travel to his No Man's Land for another person's item, we can work that out, too. I'm definitely here for all of this abstract stuff and happy to throw him into other people's, as well.

-SHE'S GOING TO BE A WITCH. ahem. she is already a witch of sorts but not this type. basically the effects of insight are going to drag her into a deep despair and anguish that's going to turn her into a madoka witch. For those who are canon familiar the personality of her witch will be similar to when she lost her shade -- I need to figure out what it'll look like but it'll probably have a fox motif and fire involved.
-No Man's Land: I am also open to people trying to save/help her or exploring her No Man's Land but I absolutely have to warn that it will involve violence, gore, lack of bodily autonomy and sexual assault there is absolutely no way around it and I will try to keep it symbolic and not overtly triggering where I can but it is an important part of her history and her PTSD from what happened with Reynard still largely shapes who she is today. ETA: North is going to go in her no man's land and save her

John Blake | The Dark Knight Rises

OCTOBER 3rd: Blake's going to be vomiting blood and being too disoriented to walk or see straight, so that will be fun. May be open to plotting with someone on this, so hit me up if you want... a crime scene of blood vomit... for funsies.

THE DEERINGTON POST: John will NOT be receiving the post, but will eventually catch wind of the riddle and dive in to help out. He'll work with anyone who offers, but will very likely be working initially with his face twin, Arthur, because why not?

BEAST VS. WITCH: Neither of these for Blake! But he's open to wrestling with beasts and witches and trying to save anyone that might need saving. He's not going to be much of a fan of all of this, but since he'll have so much energy (from the moon), he might as well be useful.

HART MART SHOWDOWN: Since Blake will have keys to the Hart Mart, I'd love an opportunity to have a tense showdown between someone looking to loot and Blake trying to be a lawful good employee. :D He's still injured from the last event, so he won't be nearly as difficult to subdue.

NO MAN'S LAND: We're going to Gotham!! Or... some amalgamation or representation thereof. Characters that enter this landscape will be met with The Narrows, where Blake cut his teeth as a beat cop. As with anything taking place in Gotham, expect a sense of everlasting night, as days are very dreary and a thin fog never seems to lift from the city.

DAYTIME VISIT: The Host will be Blake himself. He'll be in Stepford Smiler mode. During the day, there will be a steady calm. Regular citizens will have no discernible qualities and will be "scratched out" of the landscape.

NIGHTTIME VISIT: The Host will be The Batman (aka Blake but no one really knows that yet, shhh). The streets will be slightly less predictable, but will remain controlled regardless, almost as if martial law has been implemented. Infrequently, an enemy may appear: a crocodile, a scarecrow, a clown, oh my...

WILDCARD: Literally open to anything. I love hilarious or weird threads, strange opportunities for CR, etc, so hit me up if you want to do something a little spoopy or different.
